Fantastic experience: They have all been extremely professional and supportive throughout my daughter's journey with them. They work quickly and efficiently and everyone here behaves as a team! 5 stars because they haven't dropped the ball once. They stayed on top of my daughter's appointment in order to get her fixed up before the school year. Dr. Majestic of course is our absolute favorite but really this entire office is full of rockstars! I recommend for ALL ages!

Fantastic experience: History: I dislike going to the dentist. My husband referred me to his hygienist, April. So I saw April today and this is the first time I have left any dentist office feeling relaxed and (no pun attended) a true smile on my face. April really made my visit very pleasant.

Today, I was with Dr. Magestic for the first time . Phenomenal!! I have to fillings updated. She was great at the numbing, checking in and made my visit fast, painless and high quality. Fantastic experience: Today was my first visit to this office. April was my hygienist. Not only was she super sweet but she was also very thorough and explained every part of my evaluation. I have sensitive teeth and dread going to the dentist but I felt little to no discomfort at this appointment. I will definitely be back! The front office staff were also great!

Negative experience: Back in 2022, They claimed I had 5 cavities. But refused to release the dental x rays that I paid for to another dentist. The exact words from the dentist were “your teeth are pretty on the outside but no on the inside” WHAT KIND OF DENTISTS TALKS LIKE THAT. They actually finally released the x rays THREE MONTHS , ON THE DAY of the second opinion appointment. Definitely felt intentional and pre meditated. Second opinion said I had none btw. anyway, it’s been four years now and my teeth are still fine. Thank god I didn’t listen to Perry dental!!!

Negative experience: If I show up an hour late to an appointment it would get rescheduled and I would be charged a fee. Why is it ok to keep me in the waiting room for an hour past the appointment time? And to do one filling one day and reschedule additional fillings for another day? Maybe don’t overbook the practice! It’s a lot to take time off of work when you were expecting one appointment, even if you can get back on time!!

Negative experience: Go elsewhere. I had a few fillings done by Dr. Mika. I ended coming back in for an appointment due to jaw pain and told her about one filling, how it was filed deep and a small pit in it. She said she would fix it another day. I had another appointment in early December for another filling and after this filling I would experience excruciating jaw pain and couldn't open my mouth. I would wait for the pain to subside for a few weeks, since this happened after my first filling. The pain is just now going away and it is Feb12th. I had called twice since my last filling about fixing my other filling and the pain not going away. My last call being Dec30th. I was told a note would be given to Mika each time I called. I have not heard back. All my fillings done here all also all sensitive.
