Just got my second bridge and I cannot thank God the father enough for David, Wilson, and Krista. Thank you very much. That was a long 4 1/2 hours in that chair. They were great and get me through!! Dr. Wilson is the most thorough Dennis I’ve ever seen. My bridge is perfect.

Negative experience: I’ve had good experiences with the hygienists and front desk, and the care itself has always been solid. However, my interaction with billing was very disappointing. I was fine paying a $35 late cancellation fee, but the representative was rude, condescending, and unprofessional—she even hung up on me and refused to explain the charge. They really need to improve their billing customer service.

Fantastic experience: Tabby is a caring thorough hygienist who goes above and beyond to accommodate my teeth sensitivity issues and keep me comfortable during my visits. She has also given me valuable tips for dental care at home. She and Dr. Wilson work together to provide me with a comprehensive plan. I appreciate my gentle dental professionals!

Fantastic experience: Tooth broke and had no pain but felt Dr. Wilson should look at it and provide best options. The people in Dr. Wilsons office worked with me to schedule an appointment to have Dr. Wilson look the tooth over and he did provide a couple of good options. As there was no pain I set up an appointment for a later date to properly fix the issue. Everyone in Dr. Wilsons office was a pleasure to work with and I feel very good about everyone and everything that occurred while I was there. Great people, great Dr.

Fantastic experience: Friendly office, every one was pleasant. I would recommend this dental office. Dr. Wilson made me feel at ease, well, as much as I can at the dentists.

Positive experience: I was pleased with Dr Wilson and his friendly staff, as well as the dental cleaning. However, I am not pleased with how the hygienist does the fluoride treatment. Both times I’ve had my fluoride treatments, I was about to leave her room and she remembered it. She brushed the fluoride on some of my teeth with a little brush while I was standing up. She missed some of my teeth, so all my teeth did not get treated! She had at least half of the fluoride left in the little pack it came in. She was in a hurry as well as me standing up as she tried to apply it. I could have done better to bring it home and apply it myself. I don’t really think I got my money’s worth either time from the fluoride treatments. Even though, like she says, my insurance pays for it. I still need the full benefits of the treatment. Thank you!

Negative experience: Melissa at front desk is extremely rude and unprofessional. Sending a letter to Dr Wilson with details. Please mail me the charges from our old insurance company (only those, not our entire history over the past decade) from years ago that you just recently made us aware of for the first time so that we can try to get in touch with them and find out what happened. Also send a bill for yesterday’s services that are not included in the insurance. Canons most recent cleaning is covered by insurance. After nearly a decade of being Dr Wilson’s patients we will be going elsewhere.

Negative experience: I loved them at first before I knew exactly how awful they are. I took the time to fill out a Release of Information at their office so I could have my x-rays sent out to another dentist so I could get a second opinion on some dental work recommendations. They apparently took offense to that as they never sent the x-rays so I needed new ones taken at the new dentist office so I not only made me waste my time filling out the Release of information but I wasted $134 on new x-rays. What a shady dentist. I will NOT be back and anyone who asks me about a good dentist in the area I'll tell them to RUN from this one.

Negative experience: Each hygienist I've seen there has had a bad bedside manner and subtly belittle me. The dentist is polite enough but conversations he is having in his office I presume can be heard quite clearly in the exam rooms. I have noticed this on every visit. They seem to have a vested interest in farming your next procedure to a Dothan Specialist...things that can and will be happily done by another local dentist office. I'm not sure the reason behind the unnecessary referral. Even the specialist seemed a little surprised to me, however I could just be mis interpreting his remarks about the procedures he said i needed. However, being sent out was UN necessary and I have since found another Enterprise Dentist. Their cleaning scheduling is too far out AND they say they can't even schedule you and will call when they begin having openings....and that day never comes. Parking is horrible but that could be overlooked if the other problems didn't exist. My entire family and a close friend have moved on due to a pervasive set of issues that span the gamut of a successful dental experience should provide.

Fantastic experience: All of the personnel including receptionist, accounts manager, & dental hygienist were incredibly helpful, kind, patient & respectful of my 90 year-old father with dementia & me when we visited Dr. Wilson’s office this week. My interactions with Dr. Wilson made it clear why this often overlooked positive treatment is the norm for this practice. He models this behavior. In today’s culture, & sadly quite often especially in health care practices, this kind of experience is lacking. Dr. Wilson’s practice is the exception for sure. He genuinely cares about people & doing the right thing—as opposed to seeing them, taking their copays or other payment & sending them on their way. It has been some time since I have been choked up by someone’s kindness…but that’s how I felt after our visit. God bless Dr. Wilson & his staff. Go see them; you couldn’t find a better dental practice in the Enterprise area.

Fantastic experience: I am terrified of dentists, but Dr. Wilson was great. He had to pull a broken tooth and numbed my gums with a gel before the shots, so I didn't even feel the needles. He pulled the tooth and I had absolutely no pain. I will definitely use him for all my dental work from now on.

If he thought I was in pain, he stopped immediately. The ladies that help him are so friendly and almost make you forget you’re even in a dentist office. I go in with extreme dental anxiety every time, and have left smiling both times. Highly recommend this man and these ladies for any and all dental needs. Easily my primary dentist from now on.
