Anytime I’ve had an unexpected dental issue, they’ve taken care of me quickly without making me sit and wait forever. That kind of reliability means so much, especially in a small town . I’m honestly so grateful to have this level of care close to home. I previously went to a place in Twin Falls that was advertised as having amazing dental care and unbeatable prices, but my experience was very different. Even with an appointment, I waited forever ⏳. When I switched to Wendell, I found that their prices were right in line with what I had been quoted before — but the service was completely different. I’ve never waited more than about 15 minutes! The combination of fair pricing, efficiency, and genuine care makes all the difference. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for dependable and compassionate dental care! ✨

Fantastic experience: Simply the Best. The office staff are all smiles. The production staff can do anything, at almost any time and with great efficiency. And the dentist is top notched! I drive 5 hours just to see the people in the Wendell office and got a chance to meet the "Tooth Maker" in the Jerome office. If you have any dental needs, this is the place to go and the sooner the better, because your teeth are your first defense to great health!

In the past he has even accepted my son on an emergent basis, like the day before a major Holiday, for a severe toothache! I’m so grateful for him. I absolutely adore his staff as well. Positive experience: Although I received a message re: my appointment date and time, plus having an appointment card, and having the appointment written on my personal calendar, I was initially told I had canceled my appointment, that I was sick and could not come, and that I didn’t have an appointment. After several minutes, I was told that I was being checked in and they’d call me back soon. Once in the chair, I received good care, but everything was very rushed. I felt as though I was not suppose to be there and using time that no one had. It made me uncomfortable. I don’t know what happened or was suppose to happen, but I think that there may be issues with your electronic appointments and reminders. We, patient and dental staff, are all busy and need to be able to use our time efficiently.

Negative experience: Horrific. After my experience, the office didn't even bother to call me and follow up after I was left bleeding without gauze and was never shown my xrays. I had severe swelling, and shards of tooth left in my gums. Sometimes it is normal although not like this. I was treated so poorly I highly recommend not making an appointment here.I'm sure this will be deleted. Like the last post.

Negative experience: They take advantage of your painful situation. They gouge on prices. This is just a money making business the mighty dollar is their concern. It’s not about patient care it about making money!! Never going here again.
