Fantastic experience: We’ve only visited once so far. This visit was for my 12 year old son who is going to need braces. He was very happy with the office. The office is beautifully tucked away in a nice quiet location. Atmosphere is important too! The staff were all very friendly and professional. We only waited moments to be seen. They have a seamless process to fill out all paperwork online before you get to the office, so I didn’t have to fill out anything when we got there. Such a simple first-time visit. We were given great information on what to expect moving forward. I know now why our dentist recommended them to us.

O​ur son has seen just about every orthodontist there, and every single person has been amazing from start to finish.​ When it was finally time to take his braces off, Kimmie and Dr. Leah took care of him and they were just incredible. They made the whole experience smooth and made our son feel special… and his smile… wow. It came out absolutely beautiful. O​ur son had a lot going on with his teeth, so ​we know he wasn’t the easiest case, but you could tell the team was all in. It honestly felt like they looked at his situation and said, “We got this, we’re going to make his teeth look amazing no matter what.”​ You could tell they were determined to make his smile amazing no matter what, and they absolutely delivered. The results truly speak for themselves. We were in that office so many times during the braces journey, especially with the learning curve in the beginning, that ​we wouldn’t have been surprised if they tried to claim him as a dep​endent at this point​. From the orthodontists, to the assistants, to the front desk, everyone played a part in getting him to where he is now. His smile is absolutely beautiful, and his confidence has grown so much because of it. My older 2 went to another place and the difference between the overall environment and the friendliness of the staff is night & day. They got me with their kindness but offered me the most affordable price for my braces. Kristen was outstanding!! I nearly fell asleep while she was putting my braces on! She talked about every step as she was doing it and answered every question I had. Fantastic experience: I had a detached, metal wire retainer that was stabbing my tongue for three days. I called at 9 AM and got an appointment for 11:20 the same day. The technician was completely professional, knowledgeable, and skilled. I was out the chair by noon after having the retainer removed, cleaned and glued back in place. I could not be happier, especially as a new patient.

A special kudos to Charrity for explaining how the orthodontics procedure works to my 12-year-old son. Some of the information is challenging for a young boy to assimilate, and she alleviated all his fears, answering all his questions on a level he could easily comprehend.
