Negative experience: Customer service and assistance from your office manager, Corissa is horrible. She needs training in her people skills and needs to take accountability for what she is saying instead of passing the buck. There is a great professional staff of dentists, dental anssi and hygienist, and it is beyond me why they would stay working for an office manager of this type.

Fantastic experience: Continue to be thrilled will the service and care I receive from Marathon Family Dentistry, had a crown come of my front tooth on a Thursday night, I showed up Friday and asked for some adhesive to temporarily set it back in place, not only did they give me some adhesive in case of another emergency they made time to permanent it back it right on the spot with just a short wait time.... happy beyond words as no aone wants to walk around missing a front tooth...lol...Thanks again Marathon Family Dentistry everytime I have an appointment I know I made the right choice in choosing my next Dentist after mine retired.....5 star service and a wonderful atmosphere ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Fantastic experience: Was very happy with the results of my last appointment. Fixed a chip in front tooth and a crown. I have not had a crown for quite some time and I was not looking forward to it. It was not bad at all. They Did a great job. I especially liked working with Joni. She is very good at what she does and I was not relaxed when I came in lol but I was after I got there shortly after.

Fantastic experience: I had Michelle as my dental hygienist. I've been going to the dentist for decades. This is the first time I've had the 1-5mm dental probing explained to me. It reveals the health of your gums and if there are areas of potential concerns. I had a couple of "4's" and even one "5". I brush and floss twice a day, so I was surprised and disappointed to learn I was missing a couple of areas due to the angle of my toothbrush. But I so appreciate learning which teeth needed extra attention. What is the point of the dental probing if the results are not shared with the patient so they are aware and can take corrective action?!? Thank you for your attention to detail, Michelle! As a retired nurse, I also appreciated her taking the time to discuss the pros and cons of several toothpastes, how to target areas of concern, and even the role probiotics can play in the health of gums and teeth.

Fantastic experience: If you haven't experienced a dental encounter with Dr. Schultz, you may be missing the treat of a lifetime. They say Conan the Barbarian wields a Cimmerian blade that teeters at the edge of pain and pleasure - Dr. Schultz somehow has the ability to turn those mundane dental tools into something from Cimmerian myth.

Negative experience: I’m sure much depends on your hygienist. Mine was awful, very painful and I’ve never had issues at a dentist before that I’d expect this. Told her I needed her to stop or be gentle multiple times. Felt like she could’ve found help but she didn’t offer any solutions. The dentist seemed thorough and prompt.

Negative experience: I will never go back to see Dr Corey Schultz, he does not listen to a problem that I was having. Telling me it is me and not the filling he put in. The Assistant was great and listened to me. She talked him into redoing the filling. He definitely did not want to and said it probably won’t help me. He then decided to go above and beyond to rack up a bill. He knew I was very upset and this was his pay back. I also had a small problem and he said he would not fix that at this time. He only wanted to rack up a bill because he had to redo his work. The other little thing he didn’t even want to look at. He was very rude along with his rude remarks and it was not appreciated. Time to look for a different dentist.
