Positive experience: Love the staff and both Dr. Zucker and Dr. Kuns are great. We have been coming here for at least 15 years. I would not suggest going here for denture care though. They sent my husbands out for a tooth to be fixed that fell off and it came back in terrible condition.

Fantastic experience: Wonderful experience with dentists and hygienists. I've been to this practice for 35 years and both of our kids grew up coming here -- never had anything but great care from great people

Negative experience: The office staff assured me insurance would cover cleanings, asked for an up front payment of $750. They assured me insurance would re-imburse the full amount. The CLEANING cost me $454 out of pocket. Do not believe what this office tells you!

Fantastic experience: I was referred to Dr. Zucker by my current dentist to assist with veneers. I cannot emphasize how impressed I am with their team! Everyone is incredibly upbeat, friendly, and you can tell they enjoy their jobs. As a patient, I particularly appreciated Dr. Zucker’s thorough communication. I always was well-informed about what to expect during and after the procedures. The respect the team had one another was very evident as well. All-in-all, this has been a wonderful experience! I am thankful my dentist referred me here since it was such a wonderful experience! I highly recommend this practice.

Fantastic experience: As a visitor to Sandusky, I had a dental emergency and needed a dentist. Sandusky Dental Partners saw me pretty quickly (walk-in) and were able to help me. I highly recommend this office and Dentist Emily Kuns. The office staff were friendly and helpful.

Negative experience: The dentist and hygienist are great. But the office staff and billing are terrible. As of oct 1st if you have delta dentist insurance you pay up front and wait to get reimbursed. You think you could give people a heads up. And i won't go into the other situation that i had with the billing department. I will be going elsewhere for now on.

Today was my first visit here, as I had chipped my front tooth on my coffee mug this morning and these guys were amazing and able to get me in before closing at noon. As soon as you walk in the door, you feel so comfortable. The office is absolutely beautiful. Every single person was extremely friendly, and very personable. They all made me feel right at home. This practice was truly a godsend then with simple, money saving solutions to dental issues that plagued some of our children at the time. Today, the practice continues to meet our needs with its friendliness, professionalism, and state of the art practices/equipment. Highly recommend! ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: I needed a crown but was hesitant due to less than optimal experiences with other dentists in the past. Today’s experience was great!

Dr. Andrew was very reassuring about my injury to my teeth. He has a great bedside manner. Fantastic experience: Prep for two crowns today. Audrey and Dr.Andrew made the procedure really easy and painless. I was worried before going in about the COVID-19 new rules, but it was really not that big of a deal. Wearing a mask, temp and health screen and plastic barriers were in place. I felt comfortable. And they were in their appropriate PPE. Back in 3 weeks for the new crowns. Great dental office!

Fantastic experience: We had such an amazing experience the hygienist Jessica was so awesome with my 4 year old son, she educated him and showed him everything. He was giggling the whole time, we have been to a pediatric dentist and she did way more, she went above and beyond to make him feel comfortable. Dr. Andrew was also so great, and also educated me on what we would probably looking at in the future with space in his mouth and most likely braces. The office was so beautiful and clean, I would highly recommend this place for anyone and all ages!
