Negative experience: I didn't like the service today. I didn't get my regular cleaning. They didn't care that I told them that's all wanted to be done. I have been specific about choosing the regular treatment. They have to do what the patient wants no they want to impose. I am very disappointed and they probably will charge my insurance for service I didn't get.

Negative experience: They are happy to schedule and of course bill but even when scheduling the appointment and going into great detail of services needed for a pediatric patient in pain and need of immediate care they will just tell you they don't do that at their office and go somewhere else. Don't waste your time or money. I'm sure they'll waste 0 time making sure I have a bill for this useless/pointless appointment. Just skip them all together and go find somewhere else to go. Will never call or give them any business again.

Fantastic experience: I have extreme anxiety going to dentist but i Went in today at 1 pm to get all wisdom teeth pulled and 2 molar extractions 6 teeth all together and 1 filling did it all within 2 hours amazing dentist and a great doctor extremely informative and very helpful kept me at ease. They are very nice im glad i came here ill definitely be back for every cleaning

Negative experience: I have never in my life had such a nightmare of an experience until this place pulled one of my teeth. They were not very compassionate. They were lazy and the dentist seemed careless with bedside manner. It’s been about a week since I had my tooth pulled and I’m still having excruciating pain. The assistant wasn’t attentive at all and almost drowned me. My tongue was also injured during the extraction from a “slip”. He said it was just a scratch but it’s not healed completely yet either.. I will not be returning to this place.

Negative experience: It was awful my wife had an extraction today not only was it painful for her the dentist cut her tongue with a dental tool he was using .

Negative experience: I've updated my review with more pictures and information. Went into the office 5 weeks ago. Was told I needed a lot of work done, to the tune of 3k. I told Dr. Kyle I was having major issues with one tooth, a bottom molar. He said i needed to get all my wisdom teeth out and that would help, then said it was actually a debonded filling, then gun soreness. Please note I only went here due to it being close and me having car issues. He the starts poking the tooth, which made me horribly nauseous to the point I had to leave. I went to my regular dentist who shows me a picture of a completely broken tooth in my mouth where the pain was. They said they weren't sure how he missed it but now it's more broken and needs a crown. They are sending me random bills and still trying to schedule me for thousands worth of issues my regular dentist said arent necessary. Attached is a photo of the treatment plan from them on that day. Tooth 17 is the issue, it does mention them wanting to extract it, but no mention of the damage or a crown. I will be contacting both MetLife (my insurer) and the Arkansas dentistry board. Please for your own sake stay far away.

Negative experience: If I could give this place a zero star I would, they treat people here very horribly I would rather go ANYWHERE other then here. They don't know how to bill correctly so they ended up charging me double for no reason! People beware and watch out! They will steal your money.

The people that work at River Dental made him feel so comfortable and really went above to make sure he felt safe. From checking in to seeing the Dentist every single person was so sweet and caring. WE LOVE THIS PLACE!

Negative experience: Got to my appointment on time (3pm) and didn't get seen till 3:20. Took an hour and 30 minutes to wait for the xrays and doctor, didn't end up getting my service that I came in for because "doctor" ran out of time

Thank you all so much Had to go get my temporary dentures adjustments today 3/11/25 an they fit so much better, I am beyond happy with the fit. Thank you so much Went today for my final fit for my permanent dentures. I am so pleased with the way I have been treated, an for all the help they have given me. Negative experience: (WRONG TEETH WERE TAKEN) Extracted 4 molars from the right side of my mouth. WRONG SIDE!!! Extracted the WRONG SIDE OF MY MOUTH, I am supposed to go back on 6/5/25 Just received a letter from Harrison Waddell their DDS. That states, : after communication and false communication.It is in my best interest to seek dental care from another provider NOTE: They have not contacted me since the day I left that office! -I was in that chair holding my mouth open for 4 1/2 HOURS. - Didn't even pull out the teeth I made the appointment for and waited a month prior. To doing so... - The reception Has what they call a bleeding eye You will know her if you see her. Totally totally convinced me to go ahead with the full mouth extraction and didn't even get to do the right teeth!!! - Went in that morning to get the left side pulled First which was the side that was bothering me. Then Since there is no communication between DENTIST and DDS HELPER ( She was present beside me through the whole procedure) He started on the right side of my mouth) -Then when it was time to start on the other side they just stoped Since everything was planned through insurance to pick up the bill, And they did. I cannot use my insurance at any other dentistry. I am supposed to have full rear partials on both sides. And then get my front taken out this winter and have full dentures. river Dental has completely messed this up for me now. ( Now I must pay out of pocket ) ( The teeth I went in for 2 months ago are still infected )

Negative experience: Horrible place i wouldnt take my enemy here. They decided i needed a partial. Pulled some teeth left 3 bad ones dont know why. I wanted a full set of uppers and lowers amd theybsaid i didnt need that at the moment. So i let them be in charge cause they are suppose to know whats going on. Get fitted partial comes in two months later it doesnt fit so theu told me fo homw and try to wear it so i wemt home for a couple of minths waithing to get back in cane back in and they decided it was a poor job by the people who made it and fited me for a secound pair. 2 months later i get a ohine call and they schedule me in. The day before i go to get the partial they text me with a message to remind me of the appoint ment amd told me if i didnt respong in a short time it would be canceled. So highly upset because where i live and i had told them this from previous times i dont get good signal but ill be there so the messgae doesnt wven come through until after the cutoff time. So i call them im upset and explain whats going on...they had cancelled me im upset me and the young lady wasnt getting along so the supervisor stepped in and i was really upset at this moment ant told her probabky not a good ideal to vome in tomorrow..they were to call me back with a new appointment...still waiting almost a year later for the reschedule. This place is a joke. Oh and lets dont mention my 1st visit there they ignoted the medical sheet i filled out stating alergic reactions and they gave me stuff i was allergic to and i ended up in the ER with anaphylaxis shock. So i wouldnt trust these ppl. Do what you want im sure as lo g as thibgs go great they are fine to deal with but when they make mistakes they are really bad place to do buisness with. ✌️
