Negative experience: Please reconsider going here! We have been here with Stonebridge since the 90s with Dr. Coates. We were treated like family when he was there. Since he retired, and the previous staff has left, we have found the new staff to be cold and unprofessional in the way they talk and treated us, When we were there last my wife was given an appointment card for Mar 24th at 3 PM. Without consulting with us they changed her appointment time to 2 which we didn't realize until they sent an email 2 hrs. before on the day of the appointment. My wife called to find out what happened and pam got snooty with her saying that they have it down for 2. After we rushed to get there we showed them the appointment card and they didn't care or apologize for changing the time just giving the excuse that they lost a Dr. and hygienist. As it is my wife had a filling done by them 3 weeks ago, and the tooth is still throbbing. They are not competent to do business with the public.

Negative experience: If someone comes in to pay a bill. They tell you to have a great day and y'all don't even respond and just ignore someone. That's rude. I felt very unvalued as a customer.on my way home I was thinking , wow I've spent a few thousand dollars here. I think I'm going to look for a different dentist, it's the little things like that. And my last appointment wast getting a crown put on, your helper was not gentle at all.

Fantastic experience: Brittany just cleaned my teeth and did an excellent job. She’s so friendly and professional. She made sure not to hurt me and was very considerate. I highly recommend Stonebridge Dental. Make sure to book your cleanings with Brittany!

Negative experience: Was judged harshly for being a recovered addict. treated as though I was lying and refused care.after being upfront from the beginning about my past and requesting Tylenol as my prescription option. and being unable to eat for three days. i'd give zero stars if it was an option.i don't suggest disclosing private personal info at this location.with my tooth throbbing I was given a referral for an "Accessment" in another five full days.The staff up front and assistants were very nice, but things got extremely cold as soon as the doctor set foot in the exam room

Fantastic experience: Everyone in the office was friendly. My hygienist was thorough, and explained what she was doing, and what she was finding. The doctor was encouraging in the findings. In all I am very glad I found them.

Negative experience: Never got to see the dentist. The front desk is not veteran friendly. Refuse to accept any responsibility for the lack of communication and then becomemake it seem as if it is your fault. Front desk personnel need to realize that they are here for the patient and not the other way around. If you are a veteran, I would tell the VA to send you to a different office.

Negative experience: bad business wife paid a balance that was apparently owed that a bill was never given to , then had service to only be told then would not fix the issue that happened with a tooth or see her again paid them and , they were not even interested in getting insurance information or anything is this how your gonna treat your patients now. what happened to this place it used to be the absolute best when i was a child. Already in the process of reporting to the BBB.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient in this practice for 25 years. I was terrified of the dentist due to a childhood experience...true phobia. They have always been so great. Kerrie is my hygenist and she is so wonderful. Always patient and very thorough. There have been lots of changes since my first appointment and Dr. Coates has retired, but I love Dr. Bisset. Highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: First visit to Stonebridge Dental Associates was a great experience. I was in need of a new dentist and I'm glad I made the decision to call this dental business. First, the dental assistant took about 20 x-rays of my whole mouth. Very convincing that I was receiving a thorough dental check-up. Then, Dr. Bissette came in and viewed my x-rays and shared all of the existing and potential issues with me. She made decisions based on my best interest, taking into account what I wanted. This approach helped me to feel involved with my own treatment instead of just being told this is what we are going to do. I felt very comfortable and appreciated by all associates. The building and office were inviting and clean. They used cautious measures to not only slow the spread of COVID-19, but to help eliminate it. I highly recommend Stonebridge Dental Associates for your dental care.

Fantastic experience: Dental has always been a stressful time for me. Emotionally. I was not feeling like getting dental work today. The staff picked up on it and as I unload my roller coaster ride in life. Dr. Coates and his staff allowed me to express my feelings. Just that moment of listening made me feel more comfortable which was enough for them to do their job. They were very thorough but quick; just like I like it. I know I have more to do and I can't see anyone else but Dr. Coates and his staff handling my dental needs. Fantastic experience: I don’t usually review unless they’re completely trash or great. Luckily this is a great one! The staff is so friendly and so patient. I kept getting appointments mixed up and either missing completely or like today I came late. It’s completely unacceptable to me, to waste a professionals time like that due to a lack of responsibility. Unfortunately I was that person. Yet the staff treated me so nice and acted as if it was no big deal. Though it very much is. They’ve even been so kind to take extra steps with me such as, emails, extra texts to remind me of my appointment etc. I hate that I did that to them but I am so thankful that they are such amazing people and staff. Their work is also quick and quality. Two of my favorite. I always have a good laugh and a smile on my face. I would highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: I had my first post-military retirement dental appointment at Stonebridge Dental today. The office is very clean and presentable. The receptionist was a very sweet, welcoming lady. My dental assistant was Carissa, who treated me genuine care from start to finish. The technology used during the appointment is state of the art. All in all, this is the best dental experience that I have had. I highly recommend Stonebridge Dental for your dental needs.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to this dentist office since I was a little boy and even though Dr coates is no longer the owner years later his office now owned by a colleague it is still the best dentist office around and I have been to a few of the other ones around but nothing compares to how the work is done and the care and expertise is top notch .I remember not wanting the shots to numb my mouth and once I went there and Everytime after it never hurt at all they are so good at make no you comfortable .and I went there today and still is the same practice where it was comfortable and no pain at all .they really are that good .and great people working there as well everyone remembers your name and isn't there just for the money

Fantastic experience: Was seen by 2 great dental hygienists but Dr. Kam is honestly the best! She’s an honest provider. For more context, I was seen at another local dentist and they wanted to complete 2 fillings. Due to insurance issues I had to switch to another dentist and when Dr. Kam saw the x-rays from the other dental office, she said the concerned areas had not changed. So long story short, had I stayed with the previous office, they would have done unnecessary work that wasn’t needed. Dr. Kam is the real MVP! Also, I’ve never been to a dentist that has such updated technology! They even take professional pictures of your teeth! If you’re looking for a great office, I totally recommend Dr. Kam and her team.
