Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to New Art since I was a kid. I went to a new provider when I moved farther away from Hastings, but I was no where near as satisfied with my care so I quickly came back. The staff is so kind and personable, and their cleanings are so comfortable that I’ve almost fallen asleep in the chair before!

Fantastic experience: Kelly the hygienist is personable, knowledgeable and a very skilled technician. As she cleans my teeth she is relaying their condition to me and providing tips to do better brushing or flossing. She has the exam under control and is very efficient when providing details to the Dr. Dr Tanner is caring and knowledgeable and gives me plenty of his time to ensure I understand their diagnosis. They work together as a great team.

The front desk staff are very personable and accepting of my mistake in my believing that I had previously supplied your office with the registration information! I was impressed with how that was handled and resolved. The consultation with Dr. Ahn was surprisingly informative, and left me with a feeling of hope and confidence with my aging, complicated dental issues and prognosis. His open approach in addressing his desire to consult, regarding my issues, with my periodontist , Dr Kingsley, and my bother, Dr. Dennis Abere, a prosthodontist, was greatly appreciated. His suggestion of a phone conversation with my brother reassured me further. Maria, who assisted Dr. Ahn, was also appreciated for her good listening skills and interest in me as a new patient. I look forward with confidence to my care with Dr. Ahn and his team. This format of a review is the best! I trust that my financial concerns and limitations will be addressed as well. Fantastic experience: I had a great experience with this dental office when I needed help with a sudden toothache. They were able to get me in quickly, which I really appreciated. The doctor (Dr. Jackson) and dental assistant (Tracy) were both outstanding—very accommodating, professional, and easy to work with. They took the time to understand what was going on, helped take the edge off the pain, and clearly explained the path forward for treatment. Overall, a very positive experience during a stressful situation. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

One day after surgery I have no pain my mouth feels normal as if nothing ever happened. We had to go elsewhere for a few years :(. When our insurance switched again, we immediately went back to Dr. Ahn. Been going ever since for 5+ years with the addition of our son and extremely happy there as our family dentist! He’s patient, explains things thoroughly, kind, wants best for his patients and recommends care/treatment honestly. We trust him 100%! His hygienists are gentle and friendly.
