Fantastic experience: This was our third appointment with Taylor Made Smiles and like the previous ones, it was excellent. Our previous dentist of 25 years retired, and we were fortunate to have been referred to this practice. My wife and I plan to continue entrusting the care of our teeth to Taylor Made Smiles indefinitely.

Fantastic experience: Gather 'round, folks, I've got a tale to tell that's a real jaw-dropper! Avery and I aren’t exactly a poster child for dental fearlessness, but Taylor Made Smiles showed out today. They've got this nifty new gadget that's like a magic wand for your mouth, and it makes the whole implant process a breeze. And the best part? I didn't feel a thing, except for maybe a slight sense of relief that it's all over! Dr Taylor, Dr Wainwright and staff are the ultimate dental dream team, and I'm so glad I found them - they're like the dental fairy godparents I never knew I needed! For real!! If you need any dental work i highly recommend you go!

Fantastic experience: I have a massive phobia of the dentist but I feel so comfortable here! The ladies in the office are fantastic and super kind! My dentist is Dr. Wainwright. He listened to my worries and both him and the assistants are willing to explain everything as they are doing the procedure so I know what to expect and my anxiety is a little lower! Over all an amazing practice! 10/10 would recommend!

I’ve always dreaded the dentist, even when it comes to a routine cleaning,….. but today I had the best dentist experience of my life in 40 years. I told Bailey beforehand that I had sensitive teeth and she was so gentle that it was almost relaxing. I seriously almost fell asleep in her chair. Fantastic experience: First appointment experience was great! I was able to be seen as a new patient for a dental issue, and able to be booked less than a week out. I had to wait a bit after my X-rays for one of the doctor’s (Taylor), but he offered same day service and seems to really take the time to take care of each patient even when I was one of their last appointments. I have been to practices where you have to wait sometimes for the doctor but from experience those are the best ones cause they take the time to be with the patient during their visit! I booked a regular dental exam and cleaning right after this appointment with them. Thank you to all office staff who were very friendly and efficient as well!

From the moment I walked in, the entire staff wrapped me up in the kind of friendliness that makes you wonder if you accidentally wandered into a family reunion. They didn’t just treat me like a patient—they treated me like one of their own. I came in with sky-high dental anxiety, and somehow they managed to calm me down without needing a tranquilizer dart. The dentist went so far above and beyond that I’m convinced he might actually be a superhero in disguise. He even stayed late just to make sure I had my first set ready by my birthday. Negative experience: I’m really disappointed in how unorganized this office is. I know several people who have been seen here, and many of us have experienced issues with orders not being placed in a timely manner and a complete lack of communication. I’ve booked appointments multiple times, and the first two times I waited over 30 minutes past my scheduled appointment just to be seen. When I brought up the issue, I was told that some people wait over two hours and that I should simply expect to wait any amount of time. When I explained that I couldn’t stay longer than 30 minutes past my appointment time, I was told I’d be charged $50 if I wanted to come back. It’s disappointing to see such disregard for patients’ time and such poor communication from the office staff.
Our office does our best to accommodate patients, even when schedules are full. In this case, we made an exception to fit this patient in the same day as an emergency courtesy appointment, explaining there could be a wait.
Unfortunately, this individual had missed two previous appointments, and our team had already waived the no-show fees both times as a goodwill gesture. When the patient chose to leave before being seen, our staff simply informed her that the standard $50 missed appointment fee would apply moving forward.
We understand that delays can be inconvenient, but our policies exist to ensure fairness and respect for all patients’ time including those who arrive and wait for their scheduled care.
For further clarity, this person has never been seen by our doctors or hygienists. We wish her well in finding a dental office that aligns with her expectations.

Negative experience: In an emergency they were able to squeeze me in. However, they are not very caring with their patients. They would not give me any pain medication or antibiotics after a painful surgery.

Doctors are increasingly hesitant to prescribe certain pain medications, particularly opioids, due to the risks of addiction, overdose, and other serious side effects. While opioids can be effective for severe pain, especially after surgery or for cancer-related pain, they are now often avoided for chronic pain management due to these risks. Other pain medications, like NSAIDs, may also be prescribed cautiously due to potential side effects such as stomach issues, kidney problems, or cardiovascular risks, especially for older adults.

Fantastic experience: I've been putting off going and putting off going, my teeth were finally bothering me to the point where I went. Had more that needed to be done than could be done in one visit, but the doctor made sure that I was OK with what was being done along the way and I honestly knew he was giving me the numbing shot, but it didn't hurt. Actually, nothing hurt until a couple of days later when the swelling from spending 2 hours in the chair finally hit. The office has checked on me along the way to make sure I'm OK, and to check on the progress. I honestly couldn't be happier. I knew having as much done at one time as I was going to do was going to be painful (hadn't seen a dentist in many years). It was as "un-painful" as possible and I'm completely happy. Ready for phase 2 in a few weeks.

Fantastic experience: Called today to get my partials replaced. They got me in same day.. ended up needing a filling as well.. the dental assistant was the best and I wish I would have gotten her name! Dr.W is Freaking amazing! And the updated equipment was cool as hell! They can torture me anytime!

Fantastic experience: Im honestly given this Dentist office the 5 star because they earned it as far as I'm concerned they were patient, explained all my up coming procedures, text me, answered all my questions, showed me respect, it was my choice to what and where I was going with my dilemma. Fantastic experience: Best care and best services in the area for dental work. If you are in need for implant dentures I highly recommend this dental office. The process took some time from start to finish but everyone kept me informed of every step along the way and the outcome was better than I expected. Dr. Taylor and his assistant Kristi were very honest with me even when there were a few hiccups through the denture making process with the lab. The implant surgery went smoother than I expected. Very minimal pain during and after the procedure. It’s been almost 6 months with my permanent implant dentures and they have given me no trouble besides a few minor adjustments in the beginning. If you have been trying to decide whether to do this, it has been one of the best things I have done for my health. I am able to smile again which I could never do for 30 years. Thank you Dr. Taylor and staff for the life changing experience.

Fantastic experience: This place is very good. Dr Taylor made every effort to keep me comfortable even tho I do NOT like going to dentist. Was a great experience overall and took care of the root canal and pain in the visit. I have a new regular dentist. Going to schedule a consult about an implant early next year.

Fantastic experience: I will travel to see my favorite hygienist, Bailey. Far and away the most gentle cleanings I’ve ever received! A cavity was found during my exam. Imagine my delight when the team was able to fit me in to repair it the very next day (which happened to be the day before Thanksgiving). Super impressed with them! Everyone I interacted with was very sweet. Dr. Wainwright was great and Lupita was very kind and engaging. Bailey was amazing, as expected.

Fantastic experience: My appointment was for 10am and I was in the room by 10:02am. The appointment was quick, thorough and all my questions were answered. I got the run down on what all needed to be done and was done by 10:30am. Very impressed.

Negative experience: When I got my dentures the lab made them to where they wouldn't even attach to the roof of my mouth. So Dr. Taylor said that he didn't like the way that lab made those teeth and that they were going to make them all over again. With the brand new lab, you're going to have the first set of dentures that comes in. They were wrong. I had a canine in the middle of my mouth. That's all you could see is the canine tooth. All of them were shifted over about a quarter of an inch. They looked unnatural very unnatural. I complained again. Now they fixed them right finally but it took 4 months for a 3-week appointment. Then when I called to get them adjusted, lupita says we've more than accommodated you ma'am. Even when it was the lab's fault that these teeth weren't done properly. I would not recommend TaylorMade smiles to anyone for anything because of the way lupita treated me. Everybody else was super nice and compassionate, but lupita apparently runs the world up there. I will never go back. I don't care how bad these se $4,000 worth of teeth hurt my mouth. I will never go back. And I would suggest no one else do either.

Fantastic experience: I had a BAD flare up and had to get a couple of extractions last minute and they stayed over lunch managed to squeeze me in and got it done! I was in bad shape and they took such GOOD care of me. I had a bunch of pain from the abscess that flared up right after I left and they told me to turn around and come back in immediately and they they got me the relief I needed with clove oil and the next day I'm not even sore! He was SO gentle understanding and helpful. I will 100% be going back, I won't go ANYWHERE ELSE.

Fantastic experience: I would give 500 stars if I could! I have never been treated with such warmth and kindness in my entire life by a dental office. DR Taylor is stellar! And his staff amazing. I have extreme anxiety/panic disorder due to past unfortunate assault. And had extremely horrible teeth due to tons of chemotherapy that in turn caused me to unfortunately need all my teeth extracted and dentures. Dr. Taylor along with Lupita, and his team not only listened to my back story but made sure I was in control. They explained every single detail and were so patient with me. Even before the surgery, Dr Taylor said a prayer with me. They made sure I was so very comfortable during the surgery. It went so much better than I feared and now I have my dentures and Dr Taylor gave me my smile back! Not just physically but literally!!! I no longer have to cover my mouth while talking or smiling for so many years I did. Im emotional just saying this. I would recommend this dental practice to anyone and everyone I can reach. It's truly amazing that I get to see God's work done through this office. I'm healing and cannot be happier with my total experience. Love them all!!!!

Fantastic experience: We were greeted as soon as we arrived. Checked in and only had to wait a couple minutes before we were called back. Got x-rays and was seen by Dr. Taylor quickly. He was friendly and has good chair side manners. His hygienist Ashton was wonderful. All smiles and happy. Great personality. In fact, all the staff was great! They made it easy to be at the Dentist.
