Fantastic experience: They have all 5 stars for a reason. Everyone from the office staff, to the hygienist, all the way to the dentist were amazing. Mary at the front was extremely clear on processes/insurance and worked me in to an opening easily. “CC” my hygienist was the best I’ve ever experienced, which says a lot, since I used to be a Hygienist. Even though I didn’t need any extra work done today, DDS Petitto came into the exam room to give a final once over and he was the final cherry on top of a 5 star experience. I have already recommended them to 3 people.

Fantastic experience: Honestly there's nobody else about the trust. I am the biggest coward I know everyone says they're a coward, but I honestly believe that I meant I can cry talking about the dentist. The staff from the front door all the way to the back are fantastic they care about your needs your fears and help us to approach them. I can't think of any other place I would recommend.

Fantastic experience: Went in for my regular cleaning and check up this week. The front office e team knows me like I’m Norm from”Cheers” when I walk in the door. Stacey was great for the cleaning part and as usual Dr Petito was just like visiting with an old friend - your smart friend that cares about your health and remembers you, your family, and your life. In addition to a cleaning, Dr. Petitto repaired a filling that was in need of replacement and some work which went off without a hitch. No pain of discomfort. So we drive about 40 miles since we moved 2 1/2 years ago but we still come back to Petito family dentistry. Mostly because they treat us like family. And just as an aside, the classic rock music they play in the office is awesome!

Fantastic experience: Sent reminders for appointment well in advance and day of appointment. Arrived, checked in, and was taken back to Terri, the dental hygienist immediately. Terri knows how to make her patients feel at ease and get her job done. My teeth and gums felt and looked wonderful after she was finished. Dr. Petito checked my X-rays and poked around in my mouth to ensure there were no issues that required follow up. I dislike going to the dentist but Dr. Petito and his staff make the experience worth the effort.

Fantastic experience: Updated review: 5 stars, they made the issue right, the family and I have been going there ever since! Original: Dr. Pettito really was the greatest and so was most of the staff, and it truly breaks my heart we have to leave his practice because of this nonsense. Be aware they do not disclose if they are out of network for Delta Dental. And when brought to their attention, they don't own up to not disclosing this information, instead they state it's in the paperwork. Yes, it's my fault I didn't read thoroughly through the paperwork, and didn't check on my insurance's website, but a simple courtesy in providing this information would have saved me a lot of money and inconvenience. So, if I could, I'd give Dr. Pettito a 5 star rating, but the billing/benefit department a 0.
