Fantastic experience: We have a hidden gem in our community! My husband has some minor dental anxiety due to past experiences. After his first appointment he said he was completely put at ease by Dr. Clark and his team. My daughter and I had appointments shortly after. The entire office is incredibly clean and well organized! The staff completely explain each process, the equipment is high tech, Dr. Clark is gentle and thorough, and every employee we encountered there was professional.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend this dentistry office...I am not one for seeing a dentist due to the fact I had two dentist in my past one in the Tri Cities area and another in Clark county Area that made some bad decisions on my teeth and really messed a few of my teeth up.. I have not seen a dentist for a while and decided to look for one to help with some of the mess ups done on my teeth...Winlock family dentistry is the one I chose after looking up and talking with them and visiting some others... I felt the most welcomed and treated like me and my teeth really mattered... They are patient and kind and have a great plan to offer and you would be silly not to get... The dentist himself is very friendly very gentle and really cares about how his patients are doing while working on their teeth. I am truly grateful and impressed with how well he does. My teeth have never felt better.. I enjoy smiling again ... the team is a dream team there... All of them are so kind helpful and very sweet and caring... I would never go anywhere but here for my dental needs again... you will not regret the service and care they have to offer....love love love them!!!

The Staff there are some of the nicest and compassionate people that I have ever met. If you need any sort of Dental work done and you and not going to Winlock Family Dentistry you are absolutely missing out and you should leave the place you are going to and go there!!! Fantastic experience: I have been going to the Winlock Family Dentistry for the past 45 years and consistency is the key word for the Winlock Family Dentistry. Staff have changed over the years, which is normal. People's lives change and change occurs. However even though the staff has changed the atmosphere, friendliness, professionalism, and excellent service has not. No matter who is at the front desk or the professional cleaning your teeth or the dentist and dental assistants who are doing the work on your teeth; the friendliness, professionalism and above all the service is always top notch. I would not hesitate to refer my friends, family and others to Winlock Family Dentistry for their needed dental work.

Fantastic experience: UPDATE - I have finished my immediate treatment plan, and again just have to say the process has been so smooth, they are extremely affordable and after working with the dentist and a few hygienists, these guys really take good care of their patients. Pain free (mostly haha), explain what they are doing and the why’s, and all around there is just good energy in the atmosphere. After 20 years of fear keeping me out, I have restored faith in dentists and I am more confident than ever after these guys saved my teeth (basically saved my life). Thank you from the bottom of my heart to this incredible team. The team here is absolutely amazing all around. Zero judgement, professional, compassionate and very understanding of my situations and working hard to get me on a good path forward. I have always had extreme anxiety which has kept me away and neglecting my oral health for too long. Positive experience: UPDATE: While I continue to appreciate Dr. Clark, he is a good dentist…the office staff has had a few changes since my original review. I feel differently about the way front office deals with patients now. They ruined a good thing with new hires. I have had to ask repeatedly over the past year and a half for them to stop contacting me demanding that I schedule my kids. Their automated text messages are terrible and for whatever reason they refuse to deactivate them. If I block one number they come from another next time. I’ve never experienced an office so persistent at harassing patients. That isn’t the way to do it. ORIGINAL REVIEW: I have been coming to this office for about a year and a half. They have a new dentist, Dr. Clark. I like him. He’s calm, personable and reassuring. I honestly really hate having dental work done. This office is an example of an entire team working together to make patients feel as comfortable as possible. Makenzi at the front desk knows what she is doing. She actually understands dental billing and can explain/answer any question I’ve ever had. The dental assistants I have had are fantastic, especially Whitney. They are professional and kind. If you’re in the market for a new family dentist, you won’t be disappointed at this office.

I also am so impressed by their kindness and smoothness in their operation. Dr Clark did a fantastic job in putting in a difficult crown on my tooth. I had my teeth cleaned by Caitlin Iverson and she is so good!! Her hands are gentle and she is so knowledgeable and explained how my mouth could be more healthy.She is also very friendly and kind. Fantastic experience: I have forever had the worst anxiety when it came to going to the dentist. I would put it off as long as I could until the tooth had to go and then I would reluctantly find a place to pull it out while I'm shaking and crying through the whole procedure. Once we moved to Winlock I decided to try out local dentist office (Winlock Family Dentistry) because I had multiple teeth that were becoming so painful that I had to do something. My first appointment with them, Dr Clark took the time to listen to what I wanted done and never once pressured me into doing any more or any less. He referred me to al oral surgeon to have the group in the back pulled while I was under anesthesia which is something I've been begging dentists in the past to do but they would t ever want to go that route. After my back teeth were removed it was on to the next phase in my treatment plan. Only thing was, my plan had changed because all of a sudden 2 teeth up front were turning black and I was mortified going out in public like that. Winlock Family dentistry got me an appointment right away and made so many accommodations to ensure that I was comfortable and that I was not feeling nervous through the whole thing. The dentist asked me continuously how I am doing and was so kind and compassionate through every single step of the way. I think I have found my forever dentist and I urge anyone else out there that has anxieties with going to the dentist to give this place a try, they are absolutely amazing!!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Clark was able to do a root canal and a tooth extraction in one visit. As a very nervous dental patient, I appreciated his ability to use nitrous oxide to help me cope with the proceedures with as little stress as possible. He and his staff are all kind and competent. Fantastic experience: Hands down, the best dentist I have gone to. The dentist and all of the dental hygenists genuinely care and are non judgemental. They make you feel comfortable and welcome as soon as you walk through the door. Everyone is super friendly and accommodating. They even have a "menu" of things you can have during your appointment like weighted blankets, essential oils, etc.

Fantastic experience: I found Winlock Family Dentistry in the late 1980s and was impressed at the skill & attention to detail. In the intervening years, it's changed hands several times, but each time careful screening of prospects resulted in a new dentist who brought that same degree of caring & excellence to our community. But, SOME things have really changed in a GOOD way! I had an appointment recently, and now they use a vibrating tool that disguises anesthetic injection, anesthetic that is far more focused, so whole face & tongue aren't numbed; no more silver amalgam- filling material is some special plasticky, gummy stuff that is molded on the tooth that takes on the tooth's color. When it's done, I can't tell where the filling is! Way cool! We are immensely fortunate to have Winlock Family Dentistry here!
