Fantastic experience: Dr. Carlson and Patty are awesome. They are very gentle, caring. I just had a crown done two weeks ago, and Dr. Carlson and Patty did a wonderful job. I didn’t feel a thing. I have been coming to the dental clinic for approximately 41 years. Dr. Carlson was excellent while he was doing my crown and Patty is such an awesome assistant and has so much patience. She is a gem. Thank you, Dr. Carlson and Patty for such a Great experience. I recommend your clinic to anybody.

Fantastic experience: My family and I have been going to Winsted Dental for years and are by far and away the best Dentist I or my family has ever been to. My son is Autistic and feels so relaxed at Winsted Dental, Dr. Seltman and the staff are so kind and patient and willing to listen and be patient with him making a trip to the Dentist something he looks forward to instead of dreads. 5 Emphatic Stars for Dr. Seltman and all the staff and work quality done at Winsted Dental.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Seltman is the BEST! He's personable, honest, and always gives me the information I need to make a decision about my care. I had trouble with a crown for years and after seeing Dr. Seltman, I no longer have sensitivity to hot/cold and pain when chewing. He fixed the problem immediately. From the front desk staff to the dental hygienist's and technologist's there is nobody better than Winsted Dental!

Negative experience: Husband booked a cleaning 6 months out because there are only a few late afternoon appointments available and he needs one to accommodate his work schedule. This worked great for years until he showed up to an appointment he had written down in his personal calendar but was somehow not on their schedule. Admin staff became angry when asked why it's not on schedule and we were told we may not be a good fit for their office. Passive aggressive comment, but I got the hint. I gave them two stars because they were great with my 4yr old for her first few dental check ups and made it a positive experience for her- but dealing with the admistrative staff isn't worth the hassle.

Positive experience: I, went to the Winsted Dental for the first time. I, was very happy they were close to home and within my community. They were very pleasant and prompt in getting me in a room. They were all knowledgeable and explained things so you understood all the details of what steps were in the best interest of your teeth. They were clear in setting up next visit dates to assure you could make the time they wanted to see you. I, would highly recommend them as a place to go to for your Dental needs!

Negative experience: Well after having them contact me for 4 months to make an appointment I finally did. I needed a 5 o'clock appointment on a Monday so I waited 9 months for an appointment. I got a text message stating they were excited to see me on Monday the 13th... I went to the appointment and they told me they called me to reschedule because they didn't have the staff. I asked is there another person getting their teeth cleaned now. She said yes... why is one patient more important then the next!!! It's been 2 year seen I've been seen and the next appointment isn't until Halloween! Extremely disappointed.

The gal who took all the pictures of my mouth, they hygienist who did a great job cleaning my teeth and the dentist himself was so very nice. I’m so happy I went to them for my dental needs. Fantastic experience: Great experience. I had to get an “emergency” wisdom tooth removal, and they were able to get me in the next day. I was in and out in about 20 minutes without a tooth and without any pain.

Fantastic experience: Very friendly and helpful staff. Due to a communication error my appointment for a root canal and crown was a day off but they were able to get me in the day I went in and got me out of pain. The gals at the front desk both went above and beyond in helping me get a payment plan set up. Will definitely be going back for all my dental work and highly recommend them.

I like the dentist explaining the preventative measures that we have done. Each time scheduling preventative work for the same day so I am not worrying about scheduling future appointments or missing work. I am very satisfied with My results. My husband, daughter and son-in-law go to Winsted Dental as I have only good things to say and they are all very happy and pleased with the dental work they have had done. I let other people know to go to Winsted Dental as I trust the staff and dentists to listen and take care of my dental needs.
