Fantastic experience: I had an amazing experience with Dr. Randal and Dr. Elliot! They made my appointments easy and quick which really helped me out since I lived 2 1/2 hours away for most of my appointments. The assistants were always so kind and quick with what they needed to do and the receptionists were always so friendly and kind and easy to talk to! If I had to do it all over again I would DEFINITELY do it with these guys!!

The doctors and staff were so positive and sensitive to my concerns. Now, after having completed treatment, I am so happy with my decision to get braces myself. The 18 months went quickly and didn't even seem like I had them on that long. Dr. Randall, and now Dr. Elliott, are amazing, and I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Fantastic experience: Both of my boys have needed extensive orthodontia care for Class 3 underbites. We started their care at about 8 years old (11 and 9 now) and we have been SO glad that we chose to go with Randall and Elliot! Other orthos wanted to just plan for jaw surgery as teenagers, randall reasurred me that if we started early we could prevent that. Now that my boys underbites have been corrected, they will just need braces to straighten their incoming teeth as teenagers, like most do Randall and Elliot (and the whole staff really) are also both just super good dudes who are very personable. Ive always felt that they are very knowledgeable and truly want the best for their clients.

We have a very busy schedule and they were always willing to help however. The back office staff dental assistant were very knowledgeable and helpful with making sure they have our daughter the information on why she needed to do the things she had to while in treatment not just to do this or that. Very happy with the outcome and would highly recommend Randal Ortho for braces.n

Randall orthodontist was recommended to us by our realtor and we have been very happy with his services. Our son started going for consultations about two years ago and what I really like about Dr Randall is his honesty and he will not rush the process.

Fantastic experience: We absolutely love Dr. Randall and the whole team at Randall Orthodontics. The only thing we feel sad about is that we did not find him until our last child needed braces. Thankfully, she was also our most difficult case. Her teeth were actually crossing over each other, and her palate was incredibly small. From the beginning, Dr. Randall explained the plan clearly, and he and his team made us feel confident that things would work out. Today she got her braces off, and the transformation is amazing. Her smile is beautiful, and the results are even better than we ever hoped for. What impressed us most is the timeline. All of her siblings had braces on for more than two years, but with Dr. Randall’s process, she finished in just 13 months. We are still in awe at how quickly and smoothly everything went. We live in Rexburg, so it required extra effort to make the drive for every appointment, but it was worth it every single time. The staff has been kind, professional, and encouraging through the whole journey. We have been so impressed that I tell all of our friends and neighbors to make the switch to Randall Orthodontics. They have been phenomenal, and we could not be more grateful for the care they gave our daughter and the results she achieved.

As an older patient, I was a bit worried about how the process would work for someone with multiple crowns, fillings, and implants. I’ll be forever grateful to Dr. Randall and his team for their expertise and precision in aligning my teeth. I had special needs with extra gum tissue as my teeth came together. He helped instruct me to care for my gums and teeth during this time as well as provided a way for me to resolve the issue permanently. They have always been willing to work me into their schedule when I have had to come from out of town to fix a broken retainer or had questions about my removable retainers. Every dentist I’ve ever seen since having my braces off has commented on how nice my teeth look, and my teeth are super easy to floss and take care of. I can’t recommend their system and office highly enough!

They made a plan and executed it well, I don’t have any fake teeth or gaps which I am happy about. Since I’ve got my braces off, they’ve replaced my permanent retainer & night time retainer once each - quickly with a fair price. Would recommend to friends/family.
