He got me in today as an emergency and was able to tell me what is causing all my pain and giving me a referral to fix my current issues. We were with Dr guter for years before our insurance changed with not so great experiences. We couldn't be happier to be able to return as patients with Dr Guter.

Fantastic experience: I had a crown that had fallen off , put back on. It was a fast hardly no wait experience. EVERYONE thru out the whole entire visit was so kind understanding & encouraging . I had been stressed the entire time before the visit ,, because I had not visited in some time . But all for nothing. I'm so happy I got back in, into a routine . I'm scheduled back for a cleaning and that's it !

Fantastic experience: Amazing, beautiful, kind, and clean place to get your teeth cleaned. They really take their time to care for you and your mouth. They show you in pictures your problem areas, and explain all about your teeth and proper care. I had quite a bit of tartar, she managed to get 99%, while also making sure I was comfortable. The extensive care they took, was unbelievable, I've never in my 40 years ever been treated so well at a dentist office. Just one thing. They're a specialist dentist, and if you only have a ppo your insurance might not cover all the cost. Just be sure to be smart and get a quote of cost before hand, see what your insurance covers. They did such a wonderful job, taking their time and care, I learned so much about my mouth health. They're very educated and I can see why they're a specialist place.

Fantastic experience: Dr Guter’s office is fantastic! They are beyond accommodating. I’ve never had to wait for an appointment, they always get me into the office within days. Today I had my teeth cleaned and needed an extra service which they did while I was there. I highly recommend them!

Fantastic experience: Best dental practice I’ve ever been to. My family and I have been going here since moving to Circleville and they have always gone above and beyond to meet our needs. Everyone in the office is kind and welcoming. Can’t say enough good things about them.

Negative experience: Came in here months ago because i thought a filling they had previously done needed repair. Got into the exam chair and found out it was actually a tooth beside the one they had done. They also found another new cavity in addition. The hygienist asked if I wanted them to go ahead and fix these two things. I told her that my insurance has changed , and I knew they no longer accepted mine .(Previously had delta dental but now had CARESOURCE. /medicaid ) The hygienist said "oh , we take that!!! " I said , "you do??" As I had known for a fact in the past they never accepted it . She ASSURED ME they now took my CARESOURCE insurance! So of course I said yes go ahead and fix these two cavities. Well guess what. After the work was ALL DONE I go to the front desk to check out ... And guess what ?? The receptionist told me THEY DO NOT ACCEPT CARESOURCE the hygienist that told me they did LAUGHED and said "ohhh we accept careCORE insurance ! I got them mixed up! So sorry lol!" So since the work was already done by the dentist .. they decided I now had to pay out of pocket for these cavities. At 249$ each So to recap: the hygienist LIED TO ME about accepting my insurance, did 500$ worth of dental work , and THEN informed me they do not accept my insurance and I now have to pay a bill for 500$?!! Absolutely horrible service. Never ever go here. Also!! This same hygienist literally burned my flesh of my gums with the UV light while curing it . I felt it burning thru my skin even while being numbed for the cavity repair. It hurt sooooo badly I wanted to cry. I told them multiple times and they just brushed it off and said "oh it is a new light and it's alot stronger" . I asked the dentist if my gum looked burnt and of course he said no. But it is months after it happened and that area of my gums is STILL not soft . It feels hard and weird. I fear they did permanent damage. If the legal fees weren't so expensive I would quite literally sue this place. In fact my family is considering it. This place should not be allowed to do this !!! SCAMMERS for real! How is it legal to tell someone you Accept their insurance , do work on them, then say HAHA JUST KIDDING we don't take your insurance so please pay us 500$ now !!? Absolutely appalling .

I felt very welcome from the first time they took me in as an emergency patient. My dentist at the time, to my astonishment, couldn’t work me in. When I asked for a referral the receptionist referred me to the yellow pages! (Back when we still had phone books.) That is where I found Dr. Guter’s ad. The ad made mention of a spa-like atmosphere and that appealed to me as my job at the time was manager of a spa! And the rest is history. ⭐️❤️
