Fantastic experience: I took my 80 year old mother in for some dental work recently. She has extreme dental anxiety. She was embarrassed and scared because she knew she would have to have a lot of dental work done. Dr. Rowe and his team were great. They were so nice and patient with her. They came up with a treatment plan and I know she was so thankful. When we left she said she would never see another dentist, because she liked them so much. I’m a patient as well and I have always had a positive experience there. I highly recommend them!

Negative experience: The environment was very nice. The stuff was very professional and knowledgeable about their work. My only problem was I had to fill out paperwork that I was told only once I made it there that I could have did it on the website. That was my first time hearing about it. I think that should be told when you first make appointment. I feel that was a waste of both our time., when it setup to be used online for that very reason. Other then that my visit was great! Is been 3 years now and the work they did is going to have to be fixed by pulling the teeth and replacing them. Part of the service that was provided is what was suggested, I said I didn’t want it only to be talked into it and I am now paying for it

Fantastic experience: Although this was my first time, I cannot imagine going anywhere else for my dental needs. Dr. Roe is the absolute best! The amount of care by Dr. Roe and his team made me feel at ease. He took time to go through my x-rays and explain each and everything he saw and formulate a plan in terms that I could understand while teaching me some things in the process.

Negative experience: My daughter had a new patient appointment,I forgot to confirm appointment however never canceled either. When we get there one of the receptionist states that she will still get seen however it may take a few minutes longer. We arrived 15 minutes before the appointment to complete paperwork, we spent a total of 3.5 hrs at the office if not longer, I was very dissatisfied.

Negative experience: Editing my review: I moved to a new state a year ago after Helena Road told me I had cavities pretty much back to back that had to be filled - every new appointment there was a “new” cavity which I found odd. The new dentist in my new town found NO cavities. This is a new, flashy and fancy office. Do NOT trust them. They are just like any other scam dentist office just trying to make money. Friendly staff and great location!

Negative experience: Didnt even get to go to my appointment, called and scheduled then confirmed over text. called the morning of to make sure my appointment was still good and they “couldn’t find it” by the time i was able to make it into the office to figure out what had happened they had given the appointment to someone else even after finding my appointment and told me i’d have to reschedule

Fantastic experience: First time patient and my experience was beyond amazing due to an employee named Samantha! She was so professional, compassionate and very knowledgeable at her job. She helped me understand my dental issues and drafted a good treatment plan for me moving forward. I could tell she genuinely cares about her job which made the whole process easier. She is a stellar employee and deserves the recognition!! Aside from the service, the office is clean and is more of a laid back / relaxed environment. They are also upfront and transparent about their pricing and work with most insurances. The dentist there was fairly new to the practice but seemed knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for dental services especially if you’re nervous to see a dentist- ask for Sam!

Negative experience: This was my first visit....Called 6 months ago and completed paperwork online. Only to get a call asking to reschedule days before because they double booked. Then on arrival, they couldn't find the paperwork online and did not have records from my previous dentist. I had to fill everything out again. Not a very good way to start a new relationship. Although the staff was very polite, it wasn't a real happy, positive, or upbeat office. Not sure I will go back.
