Fantastic experience: Have been coming to Brenda for about 6+ months now. Experiences are great and the methods she uses for waxing I prefer than previous methods I had been experiencing for a couple years before I moved up to Northern Michigan last year. She's fun to chat with and her energy is always nice and calming while being energetic.

From the time I walked in the door, I felt welcomed, I felt invited, and at ease. It started with a full explanation of what was to come, what was to be used on my skin, and an invitation To relax and listen to the soothing meditation music she had on. I could not have been more wrong thinking it was just going to be “simple”. I was massaged, exfoliated, rehydrated and relaxed. The sounds, the smells, and her amazing touch made me feel great all the way to my core. While this first one was a gift, the next one will be purchased by me. Worth every single penny. Fantastic experience: This was my first time having a facial and some waxing done. Everything went smoothly. Brenda was very communicative over the phone and in person. She was professional in a way that was very authentic. She made me comfortable and let me lead how conversant we were. She was interesting and open when we talked, and when I wanted to enjoy the serenity, the space enabled a good, meditative experience. (I might have fallen asleep a few times.) Afterwards, my face felt so fresh and clean. I began talking about my next appointment in the middle of this first one. When you visit Boyne City, stop in to BC Beauty Lounge for some pampering, and while you're at it, tell Brenda about one of your favorite places in the world to visit.

I went in for a Brazilian and armpit wax, I had previously had a bad experience getting a Brazilian done by another waxer and was a little nervous but she made me feel very comfortable, was SUPER informative and did just a great job from start to finish! Pain lever was good, and with the aftercare she does I don’t have any swelling, bleeding or bruising. I will definitely be coming back and will be recommending her to my friends and family! 100/10!

Fantastic experience: Calsey is AMAZING! She did my lashes for my Bridal Shower and did such a beautiful job. I had my makeup done after as a wedding trial, and knew this would be the piece that tied it all together. Calsey got sick the morning of my appointment, but still came in just for me because it was two days before my wedding and I wouldn't be able to book with anyone else. Even while sick, she did the best job of making everything look perfect. I cannot tell you how much it meant to look so beautiful on my special day. You are appreciated more than you know :)

Fantastic experience: I just moved to Petoskey part time and was struggling to find someone to do my lashes. I found Calsey all the way in Boyne City which is about a 27 minute drive from me. I thought to give her a try even with the distance. It was the best decision ever!! My lashes were exactly the way I have always gotten them done and she was so funny and kind. I have continuously been going back to her since May and have not looked back! She also was the kindest soul & got me an engagement present of my favorite drinks and the cutest claw clip with a card! It was the sweetest thing ever. She is so personable and will talk with you but if you want to just close your eyes and relax just lets you. The amount of times we talk in the beginning and she knows how exhausted I am from work and she will take my twitching and all when I fall asleep lol. Overall, go to calsey!!!!!
