Fantastic experience: All the staff was really awesome. The doctor was fabulous. They took good care of me and my husband we had a very good visit and had it all done in 1 day. They are very professional and wonderful to be around.

Fantastic experience: My routine semi-annual cleaning became a deep-cleaning appointment after the need for additional care was identified. Rather than asking me to reschedule, the team adjusted their schedule so the work could be completed while I was still in the office. Although there was a wait, the technician performed the cleaning carefully and thoroughly, even in a few sensitive areas. He did an excellent job and demonstrated clear experience, patience, and professionalism.

Negative experience: They WILL scam you in terms of cost. I was quoted $1800 for ONE crown AFTER insurance. I knew that was questionable so I mentioned it they went back and said due to where it is.. just got a crown on the same tooth on the other side at my previous dentist (no long in network unfortunately) for $470 .. and that includes my root canal. Told them the cost was too high, left and called two other dentists in chandler to ask pricing and they all quoted me under $500 after insurance. So avoid this place at all costs, they are robbing people basically . I’d also like to add that during my visit the dentist asked for another xray image. He even mentioned this one being not billed as he is who wants a different image than the one we got. I just received a bill in the mail for almost $600 for JUST X-rays. I was never once told the price of X-rays during my visit.. I went in for a cleaning and left without one and one scheduled for another day and a bill that’s insane

Positive experience: This place has been so good to my family. They have helped my kids teeth. Now mine. Very friendly staff who cares. Very clean. They also work with you. I was in so much pain and they got me in the next day ready to fix me up. I highly recommend this for all your dental needs.

Positive experience: came in for a cleaning and they were super friendly, got me in quick which i appreciated. the doctor actually took time to explain what was going on with my gums instead of just rushing through it. id give it five stars but the parking lot is a pain to get in and out of during lunch time.

Negative experience: As a new patient, my wife and I scheduled routine cleaning appointments with Promenade Smiles Dentistry. Unfortunately, our experience left us with little confidence in the office's professionalism or patient-centered approach. The visit started poorly during the check-in process. The receptionist spoke to both of us in a condescending manner regarding the completion of our onboarding paperwork. Had she reviewed the documents more carefully, she would have seen that I had already completed my forms and only my wife still needed to do so. When she finally realized this, her response was, "Well, I guess you did fill these out." There was no acknowledgment of the mistake or apology. While this may seem minor, first impressions matter, and the interaction set an unfortunate tone for the remainder of the visit. During the appointment, I was informed about a fluoride treatment that appears to be a standard offering within the practice. I immediately declined, making it clear that I was not interested in receiving fluoride treatment under any circumstances. From that point forward, both the hygienist's and dentist's demeanor seemed noticeably different. Whether intentional or not, I felt as though my appointment was moved onto an expedited track and that I received only a basic cleaning before being ushered out. The contrast was significant enough that I made the decision during the visit that I would not be returning. The emphasis on fluoride treatment also felt excessive. Patients should certainly be informed of available treatment options, but there is a difference between educating patients and repeatedly promoting a service after a clear decision has been made. The overall experience left me with the impression that additional services were a higher priority than understanding my preferences as a patient. Communication regarding costs was also lacking. I was told by the hygienist that I would be provided pricing information for my X-rays, but that discussion never occurred. While no treatment plan was ultimately presented, I expect financial discussions to be accurate, transparent, and followed through when promised. I was also disappointed by the quality of the examination itself. The dentist spent a surprising amount of time discussing his personal background and life story, while comparatively little time was spent on my dental exam. As a new patient, I expected a more thorough evaluation and a greater focus on my oral health. Finally, after reading responses to other less favorable reviews, I noticed a recurring pattern in which the "Business Owner" invites dissatisfied patients to contact the office to discuss their concerns. While that may be intended as customer service, it comes across as a standardized response rather than genuine engagement with the issues being raised. In situations where a patient has taken the time to provide detailed feedback publicly, a more proactive effort to understand and address those concerns would demonstrate greater accountability. Based on this experience, I will be seeking dental care elsewhere. Patients looking for a practice that prioritizes communication, professionalism, and individualized care may wish to carefully evaluate whether this office aligns with their expectations.

Negative experience: I am only sorry to leave this review because the DENTISTS are wonderful and caring and amazing at all that they do. However, DO NOT expect the same care, respect or courtesy from the Office Manager and especially the Assistant Office Manager. They are all about money collection and don't give the human factor that the Dentists give at all. The Assistant Office Manager was especially argumentative when I needed help getting claims resubmitted to my Dental Plan. Again, it's a shame the Dentists are so wonderful but the office staff can make you hate it there.

Fantastic experience: I can truly say that this was the most impressive dental proceedures ( 2 different teeth at the same visit )I've ever had, and I have had my share of Dental visits! Like most people I dread it but Dr. Jones and his assistant Adliyah were amazing! Very professional, everything was explained to me while it was happening and they were very kind. Literally, no pain today. If these 2 were to relocate I'd follow! Thanks so much!

Fantastic experience: After five years of coming to this office, I can confidently say the level of care and professionalism has always been exceptional. Most recently, I had osseous surgery with Dr. Mata, and the experience truly exceeded my expectations. From start to finish, he was thorough, calm, and incredibly attentive. He clearly explained each step, set realistic expectations about timing and recovery, and continuously checked in to make sure I was comfortable. That kind of communication makes all the difference during a procedure. I felt completely confident in his care, and the results reflect his skill and expertise. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this practice to anyone looking for outstanding dental care.

Negative experience: This practice has No compassion and After a few years, dealing with the very rude operation manager Faith, who today kicked me out of the office, because I asked about my bill! I guess asking about your will get you kicked out of this practice. If you question the operations manager Faith on any of your services that were billed, She will lie to your face, talk loudly and tried to embarrass you in front of the entire lobby. Just look at some of the reviews and also look at the BBB complaints as well. I will be reporting this business as well for Unnecessary charges to my insurance. This office has no compassion for their patients. There are much better kinder teams available. Please look elsewhere. What kind of professionals conducting themselves in this manner at any type of business Will last here in my city? I don't think they will. I feel like it's the whole team included in this scam, trying to upsell & side charge everyone they can! Also if they owe you a refund good luck getting that back! I would avoid this place, If you want honest reputable care go elsewhere. PS they won't even give me my x-rays I paid for. I've requested several times.

Fantastic experience: I am one of those people who procrastinate going to the dentist until it's too late and I have no other choice. Mainly it's the embarrassment of being afraid of being judged. I know they know I need some work. But coming to this dental practice I've felt at ease and not judged. I was able to get my dental emergency addressed and the pain was minimal as I was able to get it fixed same day. My daughter also is a patient here and they have all been kind and compassionate to us. From the lovely ladies at the front desk to everyone in the back, I have felt seen and heard. Fantastic experience: I have gone to a couple other offices here in casa grande and I am so happy I finally found an office that I feel comfortable with. I was worried because it has been a few years since I last went to the dentist I knew I was going to have a lot of things to work on. But they helped me sort through it and I know what I’m starting with first. I also love that the specialists that I was being referred out to at the other offices come here to this office. Fantastic experience: I’ve been here with Tony for 10 years and I won’t and will not go to another periodontal. Tony has just did everything for me on my teeth cleaning everything. He’s a 10 if that’s the highest it is but he’s he’s my go to. He’s my guy.

Negative experience: DO NOT GO TO THIS DENTIST! you can see they are charing for 2 root canals. His 3d model filling thing fell out from when he had it placed from a different dentist and office in phx 2 years ago. It fell out none of his tooth came with it. So we moved to casa grande. My husband decided he wanted to give a dentist a shot out here instead of driving a hour away to go to our OG dentist. This dentist #1 did a panoramic imaging stating its to make sure his gums weren't infected........ he already had panoramic done by his old dentist office in chandler this year. This dentist was advised imaging had already been done and could just contact other dentist. He decided not too and do the panoramic anyways. Making us have to pay $75 out of pocket bc our insurance stated my husband has already used his 1 convered panoramic image. #2 dentist said he needed a root canal then the have a crown mold placed on. He stated the tooth is no longer salvage and the nerve is too exposed. He stated if we can get you in before the end of next week then we dont have to worry about the infection that will start in the next day or so......... SO WHAT! HE DOESNT HAVE AN INFECTION NOW BUT IN THE NEXT 2 DAYS HE WILL DEVELOP ONE. HERE IS THE KICKER he said he wouldn't need antibiotics as long as he get the root canal done by the end of next week because the infection will not be that bad. Okay #1 no infection #2 assuming and infection is going to come on in 2 days IE by sunday. Dentist wanted to set appointment for Friday. I think we all know you have to be started on antibiotics to avoid a worsening infection swelling and pain.... so there is red flag#2 NEXT! THE BILLING SHOWS 2 CHARGES FOR ROOT CANALS FOR A NONE COMPLICATED ROOT CANAL. ALSO A CONSULTATION FEE Just look at the bill your self. Red flag #3 when he ws talking to the lady about cost and to set an appointment my husband said this is a lot of money im going to go get a second opinion the lady snapped at him very rudely stated this is the cheapest you will find and your insurance agrees. Lmao what? So anyone he went to pur dentist in chandler almost immediately. Braught all the paper work ect. The dentist stated well you definitely dont need 2 root canal. 1 of them is for a very complet root canal that gets added on for being complex and you know fragments being in the gums. He said you dont even have added damage to your tooth since the initial incident of the tooth getting cracked. Mind you this dentist is not the same that fixed his tooth the first time. So anyways they looked at made him leave with ANTIBIOTICS TO AVOID INFECTION BECORE GETTING WORKED ON. after insurance cost will be $500 and he won't even need half of what rhe other dentist was charging Now all images are from yours truly promenade smiles. They are scamming people. I dont care how good your work is! To charge for things that aren't event needed is absolutely wild. $7000 dollars for this tooth with insurance almost 1.8k went down to $500 with insurance and half that work doesnt event need to be done. ALWAYS GET A SECOND OPINION when any of the red flags I stated show up. I will be reporting this to the insurance company. Also reporting that 4 different types x rats were billed when only 3 were done and only when 1 was actually. needed. Never trust a place like this.

He’s professional, friendly, and is so gentle you hardly know he’s working in your mouth. The entire team at Promenade Smiles is great! Negative experience: Good Clinical Care, Unethical and Aggressive Billing Practices I have been a loyal patient for a few years, visiting every three months. My dental appointments have been standard: the hygienists (especially Tony), the dentists, and the front desk staff are professional, personable, and provide pretty solid care. My issue is not with the dental care itself, but with the unacceptable business side of the practice. I had a small, routine patient balance I forgot to pay after an appointment as I accidentally left my HSA card at home. A few weeks later—and without ever receiving any mailed statement or payment link—I was immediately threatened with being sent to collections by an aggressive billing representative. This hostile and extreme reaction to a minor, short-term oversight from a loyal customer violates my values about how people should be treated and falls extremely short of my expectations for how a medical provider's office should conduct business. I expect a basic level of decorum and professionalism from every person representing a medical clinic. By prioritizing maximizing revenue immediately over patient relationships and fairness, Promenade Smiles has broken my trust. I am switching to a provider that treats its patients with care and concern, not one that prioritizes corporate-style financial threats. Go here for standard cleaning and dental care, but first, be warned about their aggressive billing department.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Mata is a magician among periodontists. I wish every dentist and dental student could study under him or at the very least, shadow him for a few days. He is very easy-going, he describes every detail before the procedure and again as he is going through it, and he regularly asks if you have questions. He even gives time checks throughout- about 30% done, almost halfway done, 3 minutes left.... so many little touches that decrease anxiety throighout the procedure. He made a very scary 3-quadrant bone graft so smooth and easy. Thank you, Promenade Smiles and Dr. Mata!

But David Jones was super helpful, he listened to my concerns and we came up with a plan together that I’m comfortable with. Fantastic experience: Hello, I visited Promenade Smile’s today for my three-month cleaning. I go to Tony, who is always patient and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and kept me informed about the progress. If you need someone, I highly recommend seeing Tony. I’ve never been disappointed after a visit with him.

Fantastic experience: I saw Dr. Omar Ali, and I was met with a warm welcome. He was professional, made me feel comfortable, and explained what he was doing in a clear and concise manner! The whole office overall had a very helpful atmosphere.

Negative experience: My wife and I had work done, my wife’s work was billed to insurance at $5000 and my work was $1200 for a few hours of work, mostly on my wife. I had a small front tooth chip, which doctor Jones repaired. It looked great and he also smoothed out the bottom of the front teethe. He let me know it was highly probable that the chip could come loose in weeks or months, but hoped not. 3 hours after getting home the chip filling came out. My wife said they should fix it and made an appointment for me. I’m went back, and the assistant let me know the new cost. I said I thought it would be covered since it came loose after only 3 hours, and we paid $220 out of pocket and the insurance covered the other $1000, she said no there was no warranty. I said let me call my wife and discuss, she talked to the assistant and said she thinks it should be covered since it happened within hours of the repair. Up to this point zero tension. Dr Jones came into the room and stated he didn’t know how to make it any more clear in the first appointment it was not warrantied and thinks they should just refund the money and “ban us from the practice”. This caught me off guard and I asked if he was serious and let him know we were just in and gave their practice $6000 in revenue and I was not upset. I told him I would pay for the new work and he said no they would cover it. Maybe he was having a bad day, but was really rude telling me they would ban us as clients. Totally outrageous thing to say to a customer. The new repair took max 15 minutes. To me it would have been much easier and good customer service to just do 15 minutes of work then to say something like they would refund me and ban me as a client. I already hated going to Tue dentist, and now I hate it even more. If you need chip work maybe this isn’t the place as it won’t be warrantied?

Fantastic experience: All the staff are super friendly! The dentist and hygienist are very thorough and answer all my questions…. My mouth feels wonderful and I highly recommend Promenade Smiles for all your dental needs!

Fantastic experience: Love this office!! My dental hygienist, Rafael Gonzalez, is very attention to detail and lets me know what more I need to do or if doing good with home care.

Negative experience: Weird place playing their own weird radio station with their own weird advertisements about smiles. Worse than buying a car for all of the addons they try to sell you. Each and every time, it's the big sales pitch on how you need this extra service and that extra service. Very unlike going to the old family dentist office. And if they owe you a credit, they keep it! RUN! FIND A FAMILY OWNED PRACTICE, NOT A CORPORATE RIPOFF!

Fantastic experience: Aaliyah and Dr Jones were great she meet me with a smile you could see even with a mask and a cough hope you get well soon. Dr Jones began my visit with a personal touch I never had and truly enjoyed. He the got into the meat and gravy of my visit and lead me the correct way. I’m excited to move forward with my treatment plan with Dr. Jones I feel I’m on the right track for success.

The doctor and staff have been so wonderful, AAliyah has been so kind, attentive and a great dental assistant. Dr. Jones has been so sweet, caring and listens well. Best dentist office in town!

Fantastic experience: I get a cleaning for perio health every 3 months so I'm here pretty often. I like the staff and my hygienists have always been great. Very knowledgeable non judgemental I have never had a bad experience. Today was not an exception, it was another great appointment.

Tiana, in particular, stood out to me; she was incredibly friendly and took the time to address all my questions in detail, ensuring I felt comfortable and informed. Fantastic experience: We just switched to Promenade Smiles about a year ago , and we couldn't be happier. I love that my whole family can be seen at one office. Everyone we encounter, from the front desk to the Dentist and everyone in between are very nice. This establishment is always clean as well. Kudos to the cleaning lady and it is a large space to cover.

Fantastic experience: Would highly recommend coming here for your dental needs. The ladies up front were super kind and helpful bringing a warm atmosphere when you first come in. Aaliyah was my dental assistant helping me with x-rays and a cleaning. I am normally super anxious and uncomfortable for x-rays, but Aaliyah made it super seamless and easy! She did a great job when I received my cleaning from her as well. Dr Jones was informative, straightforward, and helpful. Would recommend this place to anybody and already have shared how great my experience was with friends and family. :)

Fantastic experience: I’ve had a lot of bad dental experiences. I’ve been with Promenade Smiles for about a year now and I have nothing negative to say. The front desk ladies all greet me by name when I come in even if it’s been a while. Dr. Jones is super nice and is great at explaining things in a way that is easy to understand. I already really like Dr. Cipriano who is the person contracted for their root canals. He handled a tooth that we thought had to be pulled after a botched root canal elsewhere, but Dr. Cipriano tried it again and his two appointment method really helped the infection and I haven’t had any issues with that problem tooth for about a year now. Also a huge shoutout to Aaliyah, she was super friendly and personable. Michelle always helps me with my appointment scheduling and she really helps work around my schedule. And then Daneen is a super amazing hygienist. I wish I could remember everyone’s names but really, the staff there is so awesome.

Fantastic experience: Highly recommend Dr. Jones, he made my dental experience as smooth and comfortable as he could. He’s very professional and caring to all your dental needs! Answered all questions I had and felt no judgment whatsoever. His dental assistant Aaliyah also helped with any anxiety I was feeling in the beginning of my appointment. Fantastic experience: Had a great experience with Dr.Omar and Nettie, Michelle and all the front desk gals were super nice as well :) . Visit was smooth and friendly staff took their time and would ask if I had any questions or concerns.

Fantastic experience: 2 days ago had my 2nd oral surgery with Dr white pulling all my top teeth for dentures. I was so nervous but this office has amazing people working here. Only a couple left days later I'm feeling good and confident smiling in public.
