Negative experience: First visit...met with very friendly staff and doctors, and lots of new age equipment. Downside..they wanted to use a 3d imaging that they promised insurance would cover, instead of old school imaging that insurance 100% pays for. I was adamant about not wanting to pay for it, but they assured I would not. Guess what, insurance didn't pay, and I had to to keep off my credit report. Thwy either lie, or incompetence, and refusing to stand behind their error.

Fantastic experience: What a wonderful discovery - a talented dentist who truly cares enough to take the time to get to know you a bit, explains everything, and answers all of your questions! From the encouraging Christian music played throughout the office, to every polite, friendly, and professional person there, Dr. Joey and his staff actually make you look forward to going to the dentist! Can you believe that?! And the way he puts the tooth area to "sleep" is even near painless! No more big ol' painful needles or slobbery, dead-face going home...Yay!! I have definitely found a new "dental family" where I feel welcomed, cared for and about, and even a part of...Cool!!

He took the time to answer all my questions and gave me several options for my treatment plan. The actual procedure was virtually painless, I was comfortable the whole time and I swear it didn't take them anytime at all. 930 am appt, I was back home by 11
