Fantastic experience: It's always hard to change dentist's when you move but when we moved 5 years ago the distance to our old dentist became too much. We changed to Danville Dental and we couldn't be more pleased. I am very fearful of dental procedures due to very bad experiences as a child and the dentist always makes sure I am comfortable. That says a lot about this dental practice .

Positive experience: Dr Lisa Meyer is amazing. She listens to your concerns and even she is not in total agreement, she acknowledges your opinion and directs you to better resolution without coming across as condescending in any way. Her staff (i.e. Brenda) goes above and beyond to ensure your comfort during procedures. The front desk staff is always courteous and polite (thank you Molly).

Fantastic experience: Danville Family Dental is top notch! I absolutely hate going to the dentist because of trauma from going when I was younger. I’m a 55 year old female who doesn’t go to the dentist unless I absolutely have to and that is what my visit was for today. From the time I walked into the office until I left I was treated with absolute respect and kindness! Dr. Aaron my dentist explained everything to me very clearly and honestly. Jules my hygienist was amazing with the X-rays and explained to me what happens next. Chrystal the Insurance and billing lady was also amazing! I never felt judged or treated differently because I have multiple teeth missing.

Fantastic experience: My daughter was reluctant to get her cavity filled but the staff and Dr.Lisa were amazing and very patient with her. Positive experience: Just like going home...familiar faces and surprising new ones. Everyone on their game, service great , got shot 5 times....xrays..didn't even hurt ! Some things out lived their expectancy and need replacing /fixing but that's better than the alternative.

Fantastic experience: I had a filling fall out and had just changed insurance plans. I called this office because a neighbor had told me of the good experience she had, and was given an appointment for a short time later. At my appointment, I was treated in a friendly and respectful manner. I had an x-ray taken and my options were explained. I felt I was included in the decision making process, which is rare these days.

Been there twice now for different things and Dr Aaron Lerg does a fantastic job at making you feel comfortable, explaining everything and being encouraging throughout the process! Had a tooth (back top molar) pulled today and it was a breeze! Actually chuckled a few times through the process and never thought that would be possible while getting a tooth pulled LOL

Positive experience: Overall very good. Maybe more gentle with flossing. Had some fluoride varnish on lips that was tacky for a few hours after. But still good experience overall.

Fantastic experience: DFD is IMO the only place to go. From everyone being professional, the cleanliness, to the amazing way they treat you, you shouldn't go anywhere else. They treat you like they've known you forever and like family. Great people!

Dr Aaron is patient and works to make sure you feel comfortable with your treatment plan. The entire staff, that I've met, have been so helpful and nice. As someone who isn't a fan of the dentist, it makes the whole process so much easier when you know they're there to help you, and genuinely want you to be comfortable. Definitely 10/10 !

Fantastic experience: I just want to say that in all my whole life that I've never experienced any experiece except great anxiety and horrible painful visits... until I went to Danville Family Dental. I was treated with great care from the moment I walked in the door till I walked in. For the first time in my 74 years I'm not scared of getting dental work done. The assistant answered all my fears and when the dentist came in she treated me with care, like her assistant did, and listened to all my meds and fears. She came up with a plan that had a few options to choose from. The assistant then went over and explained again and they printed out each way I could choose plus the prices it would be. I would recommend Danville Family Dental wholeheartedly to anyone of any age for the great care I've seen so far. My dentist was Victoria and I'm sure that whoever you get will be great.

Negative experience: The previous services. I received were wonderful. Today though the dentists office instead of advising and endorsing a service stated no services unless you get this service. The hygienist stated they would not do an exam and cleaning without doing a perio charting. Your medical and dental providers may recommend and advise you to receive services but they do not decide or enforce their desires. We the patient decide what services we want to perform. I understand the desire for perio charting but the patient decides the services not the dentist. I no longer recommend this provider.

Fantastic experience: My experience with the team was beyond measure. We moved back to the area almost 2 years ago. I regularly get my teeth cleaned every 6 months but procrastinated and so it was almost 2 years. My hygienist was amazing. Pain free and so gentle. When she was getting ready to polish my teeth I couldn’t believe she had competed the cleaning. The dentist doing the final check was kind as well. Would recommend Danville Family Dental for anyone who lives in the area. Pleasantly pleased.
