Fantastic experience: I was in need of a new dentist. I checked the reviews online and decided to give Spring Lake Dental a try. Their reviews are legit. The staff was friendly. The team was thorough. They will be my dentist for a long time.

Fantastic experience: TIMELY, FRIENDLY,CARING, EFFICIENT.

Negative experience: Long story short - they overcharge those with insurance and will discount services to those w no insurance. Bad business . Why google shows the response from the business in full and not the review in full?Do you not serve the people / community? Went to the previous dentist at this location for over 30yrs and even Dr Scott. The new young dentist that took over here had an attitude w me when I questioned the charges to insurance and why I’m billed for $1 .. $1?. I was very forthright with the dentist that if a charge was not covered by insurance then I would be made aware and I was assured July ‘25 that they accept my insurance. My last routine visit was fully covered. This routine visit my daughters was not fully covered.. so the price obviously went up since July ‘25? I thought it was petty to bill someone for a dollar after insurance payment... I went elsewhere due to the prices they charge and the lack of attention to my previous request. Now it’s overpriced procedures done with legacy, old equipment. The conversation w Andrew was unprofessional and i felt he was blaming me for questioning charges for routine maintenance. The pricing here is above average for routine procedures. Do yourself a favor and shop around and find someone that has more than 10 years being a dentist and is upfront about the cost. Oh, and they say they work with people on pricing who don’t have insurance…. so why don’t they work with people who DO have insurance? I recommend you get prices stating you have no insurance and then put it thru your insurance yourself. They will accuse you of being rude by you questioning their charges.thought they were reasonable, But on the phone Andrew was.. how dare I?! How dare you be condescending and disrespectful. Btw I was never disrespectful to anyone there, I understood how it works and questioned you about your charges. They talk to you like you don’t know how insurance works, which i thought was disrespectful and told them. -I have known some of the staff still there from Dr Ciampi and they are great people. My family has resided in this area for 45+ years and many have left this dentist over the recent years and went elsewhere... Btw I Added back a star for the staff that has to work for Andrew.

Fantastic experience: Wow. And Wow again- I cannot say enough about the excellent care I received from Dr. Morris and his staff. I had major restorative dental work done, which lasted over a year. I am so grateful for the professionalism and life-changing surgery I received. Never in a hurry, always concerned for my safety and comfort, sensitive to my fears and I now will miss seeing them for dental appointments. Imagine that ?!! If you are in the older generations and need restorative (or any kind of) dentistry, this is the place, the expertise and the Team you need. I can now eat like I am in my twenties and my whole system is in a better state of health and well-being. Thank you Dr. Morris and your fabulous staff for a life improvement and the best smile I have ever had.

Kelly is meticulous-she gets those X-rays right the first time. They are great!!

Had emergency visit for a toothache on Veterans Day. I was seen very quickly by Dr Morris and referred to an endodontist and needed a root canal as he had expected. It was done right away thanks to Dr Morris having staff call. Debbie expedited everything and I’m so grateful to the practice for their excellent care. In fact they called that evening to see how I was doing!

The office staff member was very compassionate and able to give me an immediate appointment for a painful dental issue. Dr Morris did an excellent job diagnosing the problem and providing a solution to remedy my issue. Also, Dr Morris called me the following morning, a Saturday, to ensure I was feeling better. I was completely satisfied with the care Dr Morris and his staff provided and appreciate all they did for me.
