Fantastic experience: Edit to add, I am awaiting oral surgery with doc and I have not had an even smile in 33 years since my accident. My new denture is absolutely beautiful and perfect. When I went in today for a broken tooth check, they surprised me with it to see before surgery and I cried! I'm so excited to not have to hide my smile anymore, with ill fitting partials from another clinic. Dr. Alison is by far the best I've had and her assistant as well! They make me feel so comfortable, and are patient with me having dental anxiety following my accident and facial fractures and broken teeth as a teen. My first experience was not what I expected, it was far beyond wonderful. They are disability and wheelchair friendly & welcoming and accommodating. After my injury it took months and cancellations due to complications to get in to see them, but when I got there they were concerned about if I had dental pain, which I did. They take pain seriously. Everyone was very accommodating, and took the case seriously and approached it with my best interest at heart and made sure I was comfortable the entire time during the assessment and planning and including me in the planning and treated me with respect, and the greatest care and compassion! Well worth the wait and for someone having had serious dental trauma in an accident at a younger age, with dental anxiety years after, they met it with empathy and patience. The atmosphere and energy when you walk in the building is welcoming and calm. Thanks again for a wonderful experience!

You have to experience it for yourself, the interior is really luxuriously inviting. It is simply beyond compare. My experience with Sheila was exceptional. She is kind and patient and quite thorough. Dr Palmquist is, as always, very thoughtful and obviously passionate about his work. I trust these professionals completely.

Fantastic experience: Dr Rachel Clark and her staff changed my life. I know this sounds “crazy” but let me explain. In February of 2023 i had an horrible experience at a dentist in sioux falls. I had all my teeth removed and night one i was sick throwing up, excruciating pain, ended up in the ER, and it went downhill from there. Dry socket, continuous vomitting, fever, more ER visits, etc. No helps from my Dr in Sioux Falls besides a prescription of antibiotics. Never heard from them again. Once i was “Okay” i went online and left a review my experience and within a hour they called and asked me to remove. I did because i am too nice I am told, so my oldest daughter left a review and their reply was “this was all due to miscommunication”. The next year i could not wear the dentures they did not fit and would leaves sores of if i tried to wear them with adhesive. So i did not have teeth for a year, only soft food. No going in public. It was horrible. So depressing. I finally decided to call someone else in town and i saw this new place and i thought i have to try to get my life back and made and appointment. Best decision ever. Rachel and her staff welcomed me and made me feel very comfortable. I was not used to that. They actually cared about my situation. Immediately there was a plan made, insurance approval, and my teeth were completely adjusted right in their own lab and they were beautiful. Fast forward to today, i called last to get my teeth adjusted and got in today. My teeth had gotten to big for me as i went off a medicine that caused water weight that i lost so my gums shrunk a bit. I went in today, got a soft liner in no time and they fit all snug again. So amazing !! I got the see the cute little Dr Rachel and her contagious happy personality, whom also goes above and beyond… She is a blessing, they all are ♥️

Fantastic experience: I cracked a tooth and made an appointment with Dr Palmquist. Everyone there makes you feel welcome and comfortable. Unfortunately my tooth had to be extracted. Dr. Palmquist numbed my mouth and explained everything he was going to do. I have extra bone in my mouth so extractions can be difficult. He had my tooth out in no time at all and it was painless. It’s been several hours since and I only have mild discomfort. I definitely recommend Dr. Palmquist and his team!
