Fantastic experience: I had a very knowledgeable hygienist, who was able to see areas of my teeth that were in question. Dr Wilson was able to explain what she was seeing, and provide me with options. My teeth are very important to me. Im glad to get these areas repaired before it gets worse and possibly loss the tooth.

The dental hygienist questioned my comfort level several times and I received a quality dental cleaning. Dr. Wilson checked my neck and jaw areas and then completed a detailed exam. Fantastic experience: My visit to Dr. Wilson’s office was a pleasant one as always. Everyone there is so friendly and helpful. Going to the dentist has always been a worry for me, but the staff always put me at ease.

Negative experience: A year ago, I would've given Dr. Wilson five stars. Mechanically, Dr Wilson does excellent work. But he got a new hygienist recently, she said I had a little bit of gingivitis (which I always have around my crowns, perhaps my skin is sensitive to the material). She then socked me with an additional $199 for "Grating in the presence of moderate to severe gingivitis." That was in addition to the charge for cleaning (which she didn't finish), and x-rays. I argued the charge. They were unable to give me a logical reason for it. They confirmed that if the gingivitis did not go away, they would charge me this every time. I did not yell or use foul language. But I got a letter the following week saying they would no longer be my Dentist because of "a breakdown and the patient Dentist relationship." Now I have to find a new dentist, and all the dentist around here charge $400-$500 for first appointment. Plus, after years of not being able to work due to neurological overreaction to fluorescent lights, sounds, chemicals, I was down to less than $1000 to my name when they did this to me. Now yesterday I found I was denied my Social Security disability claim. This couldn't have come at a worse time.

Fantastic experience: Best Dentist and Office o have ever been to. They truly care about their patients/helping and caring for their patients physical, mental/emotional needs. Super clean, professional, kind, caring and amazing in every way. They go above and beyond to care for everyone they treat. As a recovering drug addict I got used to getting treated like I am scum/less then and/or like I'm just drug seeking and ECT. The typical stereotype behavior that any recovering addict knows to expect in a medical facility, but Dr. Wilson and his staff showed me that not all medical places are like that because they all treated me so kindly and they made sure to make me feel like I'm somebody and not just human trash. I also have severe PTSD and anxiety and they do everything they can to care for me the best way possible EVERY time I am there to help with the anxiety and attacks. They work with their patients and help their patients get the financial help they need if needed to cover copays and ECT. This dentist office treats everybody like they're their own family and not like they are just a paying customer. Dr. Wilson also has 1 day every year that he will do dental work for free to anyone/everyone that comes in just to help out our community. Dr. Wilson, his staff and his office are truly a blessing from God for this entire community and I wish there was more medical facilities like this. Frankly in my opinion any and all medical facilities and hospitals should go observe and learn from this office on how to run their facility, provide patient care/proper bedside manner and any/every thing else from Modern Family Dentistry. I would also like to say that the work I have had done in this office is a million times better (looks better, done in a better and more pleasant and timely manner, while also making sure to give each patient all the time they need, thoroughly educating each patient on what he's doing and how to care for yourself at home afterwards and so much more) lasts longer, looks better and the always put their absolute best foot forward for every procedure not matter how small and for each and every patient. There's nothing negative that I nor anyone else could/would say about this office, the staff, the work done and ECT. If anyone does say anything negative about this place than I could guarantee you they were NEVER a patient there or even been there/ talked to anyone in there.
