Fantastic experience: Chipped/broke my tooth on a Saturday. Call and got the doctor on the phone on a Sunday. By Monday morning, his wonderful staff was calling and fitting me in that afternoon. The repair is amazing. We also discussed a long-term solution. I so appreciate everyone at the dental office.

Fantastic experience: My visit to Walczak Center for Dentistry was a great experience. The staff was professional and the friendliest people you would want to meet. After being examined by Dr Walczak we discussed what options were available to me. I am in need of dental implants for dentures do to massive bone loss. Dr Walczak said he did not feel comfortable doing the procedure because of so much bone loss and recommended I see a Prosthodontist to which they set up a referral. Although I did not get any work done I was thoroughly impressed with his explanation and advise. Side note the whole office was beyond spotless.

Negative experience: We loved personally going there Dr was super nice and friendly and so was the tech, but once our insurance denied the claim asking for information from them within 7 days the office sent the whole bill to us without waiting for the insurance to reprocess the claim. I called the office and I told them they denied as they wanted additional information from them before they would process the claim and I asked why it was in patient responsibility if we just received the EOB as of 6/6/25, and they sent the records as of 6/10/25 and now as of 6/17/25 it's in patient responsibility. All she could say was well ultimately it is patient responsibility, which yet it would be if it was truly denied and it's not. And she was pretty snippy stating well we sent records twice now. Okay but they didn't reprocess the claim so it shouldn't be in patient balance. Not really feeling like patient comes first when coming to this clinic, so be leery when going there that billing is not friendly and they aren't afraid to flip you a $600+ bill, after you already paid them a couple $100 up front from the estimate and auth they sent you for the patient responsibility portion for the surgery.

Fantastic experience: I love this office. I first went here upon recommendation from a friend and colleague and now my whole family are proud patients of Dr. Walczak! The office itself is beautiful, the staff is genuinely friendly, and we never feel rushed during our visits. I highly recommend this practice to anyone looking to establish with a new dentist! I wrote the above review years ago and still stand by it. Dr. Daily has joined the practice since I started coming here and he is wonderful as well. Jolene has been cleaning my teeth for years now (we’ve both had children since meeting each other!) and she makes it an overall pleasant experience. She is kind, genuine, and actually remembers the non-dental-care-related things we chat about every 6 months or so - which I would definitely not expect! Years later, I’m back again to share another random comment. While I’m not actually LOOKING for a new job, every time I visit the The Center for Dentistry and Orthodontics I think… “I would like to work here.”

Fantastic experience: Today I had a tongue and lip-tie release procedure and didn’t expect it to be as much fun as it was. Natalia was exceptional and Dr Walczak was caring, gentle and very informative. Laurie at the front desk was super helpful from the very first phone call, she went out of her way to tell me the cost of my procedure after insurance, she was a huge contributor to my excellent experience. I did not expect to walk out of the building with such a huge smile on my face or to have laughed as much as I did while I was there. I had so much fun!

Fantastic experience: The entire staff and Doctor were knowledgeable and had the process down. We came in for a tongue and lip tie release for my infant son after an ENT botched it. We drove 2 hours to get there so they made sure we could do the evaluation and release in the same day. They listened to me when I talked (which was a lot haha), and truly seemed to care about my son and my experience. They were very compassionate and tried to make sure we had the best experience possible. They gave me space to nurse his immediately after the procedure and he was right as rain within seconds. Hey didn't even seem to notice he had anything done. They had great communication. They sent several reminders for the appointment with all the necessary forms and information. They checked in multiple times after the procedure and even called in the evening to make sure my son was doing okay. I don't have dental insurance so it was expensive but they were up front with the cost and I got a discount for paying with a check which was nice. Way better than going to an ENT. I wish I would have gone here first. I'm a big researcher and I was skeptical about going to a dentist for this procedure. Coming here was the right choice. It also was nice that they knew the lactation consultant I had went to and my midwife that assisted my son's birth. They are obviously part of a highly qualified and trustworthy network. I will come back here right away if my future children have ties. Thank you all for helping my son have a better quality of life. The only thing I would critique is that some of the information that I received verbally didn't line up with what was in the informed consent and the aftercare instructions but it wasn't a big deal at all and it didn't affect our quality of care. I just had to ask a few questions and it was cleared up.

Fantastic experience: Great place, everyone there is very nice. Only thing is I wish they would upgrade their entryway with handicap push button and doors. It’s a very small entry. I’m in a wheelchair and my wife has to open both doors. If they see that I’m coming, they always come out to help but sometimes they’re very busy. I’m still very pleased with everyone there. I would recommend them to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Everyone was great from our check in to seeing Dr. Walczak. It was my son’s first dental appointment at 1 year old and everyone was very patient and welcoming. Our hygienist was awesome- very enthusiastic and comforting. She happily answered all our questions. We also love that the waiting room has plenty of toys. We drive 45 minutes to see Dr. Walczak and it’s absolutely worth it. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: We brought our daughter, who is 10 in for a possible tongue tie. We live 2 hours away and it was well worth the drive. Dr. Walczak took care of her tongue tie right during our appointment, we were only there 30 minutes. He showed me exactly what needed doing and was descriptive, friendly and down to earth. It was so refreshing to have a provider listen to our concerns and be willing to take care of her tongue tie, when doctors and speech therapists wrote it off as unnecessary. Immediately following the appointment she was able to get full mobility of her tongue, which she had never experienced and is already showing improvement in her ability to articulate the sounds she struggled with. Dr. Walczak also called us personally that evening to make sure she was doing okay. The cost was so minimal compared to getting it done at a clinic. And when scheduling, the staff was so willing to answer all of my questions and make me feel very comfortable in our choosing to go there. If I could give them 10 stars, I would. I would recommend this facility to anyone looking into taking care of a tongue tie. So grateful to have found them!

Fantastic experience: Update: As a new patient's, our entire family, started going to Center for Dentistry. My daughter had her appointment on Thursday and everyone was amazing with our daughter. She was not afraid or scared. Jessica did an amazing job explaining everything to our daughter and had her help hold Mr. Thirsty :-) . Again, another job well done!! WOW!! My wife and I were amazed with the entire staff! Everyone was prompt, slight wait and we were back in the room. My hygienist (Jessica), was diligent in explaining everything she was doing, very professional, polite and knowledgeable. She also took her time to ensure everything was okay with my teeth and gave options to different technique and tools to clean/polish my teeth. Dr. Walczak was amazing too, polite, professional and knowledgeable. Overall, we were very pleased and excited to start our new adventure and journey with Center for Dentistry as our primary dental office. Keep up the great work!! and Thank you!!

Fantastic experience: I travel, work long hours, in a demanding work environment that doesn't make it easy to take off for doctors' visits. The staff here are kind, punctual, and accommodating. Haven't been to a dentist in 20 years. My new patient procedure, cleaning, and scheduling were streamlined and comfortable. Never thought I'd be recommending a dentistry, but here I am. I can not emphasize enough how comfy the chairs are when the work is being done. If I were a character in a movie, I'd be Ms. Shields (A Christmas Story) stating that the Center for Dentistry is an A+ masterpiece.

Fantastic experience: I can't thank Dr. Walczak enough for getting me into his busy schedule when I had a dental emergency. His team took great care of me and made sure I was cared for in the most sincere and professional manner. I was not a current or previous patient and he still went out of his way to make sure I was no longer in pain. He was highly recommended by a coworker and I will definitely recommend him to anyone who needs dental care. I will be a forever patient moving forward. I had a tooth split on a Friday night and was unable to get anywhere with my current Dentist and tried several other Orthodontist in the area and finally on the following Tuesday afternoon I was able to get in with Dr. Walczak. I am no longer in pain and am looking forward to having him work on my teeth in the future.

Fantastic experience: What a knowledgable and compassionate group of professionals! I came to the practice after having a horrible experience elsewhere. I had been told by a previous provider “if it ain't broke dont fix it” but i knew i needed to advocate for my child. I was very quickly reassured that my instincts were absolutely correct and my son’s lip and tongue ties were as bad as they come. Everyone was so supportive and welcoming and really made the whole experience positive. I would absolutely recommend anyone to seek care here. In fact, we will likely make the 30 minute drive to come here for routine dentistry!
