Fantastic experience: The office staff is very friendly and always greet me as soon as I walk through the door. My dental hygienist is always very professional and I never feel any discomfort while she is working on my teeth.. She always makes time to answer all my questions. Dr. Eichhorn is very nice and always makes time to explain what needs to be done.. He always asks me if I need anything and never is rushed when working on me. I have recommended a few people to him,, The office is busy but they always have time for you. I’m very happy that they are so professional and are located near by.!!

Fantastic experience: Scott Eichhorn is a class act and his staff, top notch ! The crown work I’ve received there has been the best I’ve gotten from any dentistry before. I had a tooth that was abscessed before I started going to him. Scott fought diligently to save the tooth. It was the last alternative to have to remove it. I believe he did all he or anyone could have to save it. Later after healing he gave me a very nice looking bridge that gave me back the ability of being able to chew food on my left side again. It had been two years that I hadn’t been able to and such a blessing in the end. The time he invested in trying to save that tooth has stayed with me. It’s one of many reasons why I always send people to him. If you’re looking for the best , Scott is the Dr you need !

I was a little nervous at first because I knew I needed a lot of work on my teeth especially after chemo treatments. Everything was explained to me in detail prior to my treatments. My hygienist was gentle and made sure I was comfortable and taken care of then Dr Scott come in and had a common sense conversation and educated me on some concerns, made me feel like family.

They recognize me on the spot, they always tell me what's happening, they're patient with me, and there have been a couple moments when I vocalized fear or pain during procedure and Dr. Eichhorn immediately paused and asked if I was okay and what I needed, and that attentiveness is very important to me. They're also happy to explain anything I ask about even though I'm not the one with the knowledge to judge what the x-rays mean and such. Thank you for making me feel safe in your care!

I’ve been through 3 rounds of head/neck cancer and there’s a lot of scar tissue and things that make working on my mouth very difficult. They navigate around all that and make sure I don’t have any suspicious places in my mouth and throat. Dr. Eichhorn was recommended to me and I’m SO GLAD he and his staff are in charge of my dental care. They all care tremendously for their patients and teeth. I put complete trust in Dr. Eichhorn and his team.

Negative experience: I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Eichhorn. I went to him with a tooth abscess, and he immediately recommended extraction without discussing any other options. When I mentioned seeing an endodontist, he was dismissive and insisted it wouldn’t make a difference. As someone who works in the medical field, I believe in second opinions and I’m glad I got one. The endodontist performed a simple root canal, and my abscess resolved within a day. I could have lost a healthy tooth unnecessarily. Be cautious!

Fantastic experience: After decades of dental crown work done over the years, it was time to get an overhaul and replace some old crowns that were deteriorating. I made an appointment and met with Dr Eichorn and see what he thought I needed. I was greeted quickly by his staff and prepared for my exam. They were all very professional but also friendly and personable. Dr Eichorn had measurements and X-rays taken. He encouraged me to get several crowns replaced at the same time to get the most natural look. My dental insurance covered part of it which was helpful. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but yesterday I had the final procedure done. I am BEYOND thrilled. My smile looks bright and natural and better than it ever has in my entire life! I felt like he took extra time to carefully make sure he not only met my dental needs, but that my smile looked the best it could cosmetically as well. I’m so very happy with the outcome. THANK YOU Dr. Eichorn.

Negative experience: Bad service. Dr. Eichorn did my filling on bottom 29, it came out and I can still see brown in my tooth where he didn't get all the decay out. Stephanie was rude to me and she does not take good notes. She was arguing that my filling was not done by Eichorn; she said het notes say Cooper. I ask her what color Cooper's hair is; she said sandy brown. I said, okay that's wrong Eichorn did my filling, he has gray hair. She got angry and hung up saying she could not help me. Eichorn did a very poor job. My tooth still has cavity in it, and he did a lousy job putting the filling in because it came out easily. And his secretary Stephanie is rude and not helpful. Do not see Eichorn unless you want to pay him to fix his mistakes. He will charge ya double and Stephanie will lie to you because she does not do her job well and makes incorrect notes on my chart, and she is too proud to admit it. God bless everyone.

The dr, hygienists and receptionist were all so kind and reassuring when I was getting nervous/anxious.
