Fantastic experience: The staff is super friendly and we were in and out with 3 fillings done in 30 minutes. The dentist was very accommodating. Had a pain in my neck and couldn’t continue lying back so he was able to let me get in a different position to finish the work

Fantastic experience: Very pleasant visit. Dentist took her time, came up with a few different game plans, in case insurance wouldn't cover plan A. She made sure that all my questions were answered. Her asst. was sooo sweet and helpful. Front staff folks actually smile, . Thank you to all the staff. Went back for beginnings of bridgework. Shots didn't hurt at all! Staff was again soooo pleasant Today 7/6/26 Got my bridge today. Was able to get my 2 fillings too! Didn't even make an appt for the fillings, but dentist still let me get them done. Again, everyone on staff were so sweet and personable. Again, I didn't feel the shots! Heard this dentist is moving on, but heard her replacement is just as good. The staff answered all my questions until I understood, and time was taken to call insurance to see if any other benefits were available to me. After all I had done, I was comfortable and got my shopping done too! Thank you again!!!

Fantastic experience: They saw me right away for an emergency tooth extraction. Amanda was big HELP she did everything she could possibly do to help with a Payment plan for me I do appreciate that a lot!! The nurse are all nice and very helpful. The doctor was straight to the point and wanted to help me as much as she could to do and agree to extract it right away, I’m ready to go back Friday for my next appt

Considering that I was still feeling week from being ill, the staff and doctor went beyond to make me comfortable and relaxed. They were very patient with me and gave me the best care ever. Very sweet, helpful, and answered all my questions. The dentist herself has great chairside manners, straight to the point. I didn't feel pressured for anything. Fantastic experience: Staff was very friendly. Explained each step prior to doing the molar extraction. Definitely coming back for more dental work if needed. Dentist would explain what he was going to do on each step. Dental assistant explained the do and don'ts after the molar extraction. Told me about medications I would need to fill. Front office staff was amazing from the time I got there till the time I left. Thank You Fiesta Dental!!!

Fantastic experience: Was good. The young man was explained what he was going to do step by step before starting and kept me informed all the way through the process the nurse was the same given the information needed to take care of the healing process at home. I've been here two times the shots from both times I didn't feel was perfect no pain when they gave the shots.

The dentist seemed knowledgeable and very kind. Even the receptionist was sweet and also the lady helping with payment options was very kind and helped answer all the questions patiently.

Fantastic experience: Every time I have an issue, this is where I go. Dr Fernandez is fast, efficient, and no bs. She has the techs take an xray so she can see what’s up, then she gets down to business. I had a filling break (from high school), she numbed me up, fixed it, and I was out of there in an hour. No residual pain, nothing. And I know if I need something fixed after the fact, she’s fine doing it. Definitely go here if you need dental work and don’t want to deal with extra crap.

Fantastic experience: They did me sooooo good. I was very surprised with the staff and doctor. My procedure went very well and they helped me with payment options even after I didn't think I would or could qualify. I called at 11:45. They had an appointment ready for me by 12 initial appointment with exam, x-rays, and they extracted all in just a short time in the chair. I am seriously impressed. Thank you for going above and beyond to get me back to eating steak!

Negative experience: My daughter went in to check on her tooth which she thought was hurting her. It had a loose filling from her recent braces removal. The fill in dentist scolded her like a child until she cried then gave a $3,000 estimate for work needed including a crown. She went to the doctor right after her appointment for an allergy on her face that also hurt. Turned out that she had a cold sore in her nose that was causing the pain. I don’t know what the regular dentist is like as we usually go to Downtown Dental, but this experience was awful.

Negative experience: I am quite familiar with how a dentist takes depth readings on your gums. But I could not even feel the probe touching me, and she was rattling off numbers faster than possible to even be actually checking. Then I was told I needed a deep cleaning because of those readings which would have been over $500 out of my pocket (insurance pays 55%). What cleaning costs over a grand? They then would not even do a regular cleaning because i refused the deep cleaning. My girlfriend who came in with me for an appointment had the exact same thing happen to her. Time to find a new dentist!
