Fantastic experience: Excellent care and wonderful staff!

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Dr Jennifer Bones for 15+ yrs. Absolutely wonderful! From the front office, hygienist, assistants, to the dentists themselves...extreme kindness, helpfulness and attentiveness. YOU, as the patient, are truly their number one concern. Saw Dr Casey yesterday and his assistant. WONDERFUL!! Very informative and alert to your needs. Dentist aren't fun, but this establishment actually makes a trip to the dentist something pleasant to anticipate. You WON'T BE SORRY!

Fantastic experience: Hill Country dental, it's staff, hygienists, and doctors are at the top of the list! Their modern facility utilizes the latest tools, and their friendly, professional manner is top notch. Two thumbs up!

Fantastic experience: My son had an accident and chipped his front tooth in December of 2025, we had it filled at another location, as it was an emergency. We had issues of it being see through and with multiple messages to this other location they literally brushed us off. Fast forward to July 2026, he woke up and his filling was no longer on his tooth. So I made an appointment with the previous company as it hadn’t been 7 months, advised them he needed another filling, so that’s what they booked us for. We showed up they wanted X-rays “again” I told them no as we just did them, but they were not going to see him unless they did it. So we did the X-rays so I could get his tooth fixed. We get back to the room and the doctor said, no we cannot do a filling today as we are “too busy”, even though that is what I booked this appointment for. They gave me a referral list and said to go elsewhere after I paid the office visit and X-rays. I AM SO THANKFUL WE DID! Hill Country Dental got us in same day and did his filling same day!!! The front desk staff was absolutely amazing!!! My son was scared out of his mind and he was NOT an easy patient, Dr. Jennifer Bone and Sammie never once made us feel like we were a burden or tried to rush us through. She was patient and kind and honestly, this was one of the best experiences out of any doctors visits we have ever had! I highly recommend this practice and the wonderful people that work there. Thank you for taking care of my son.

Fantastic experience: I just needed a quick check on one area I was worried about so I was worked in and saw my dentist (Dr Jennifer Bone) who gave it a thumbs up and not to worry! I was relieved and left without even being charged for her time! I am so thankful for her kindness and consideration!

Fantastic experience: Hans here, founder of NAF. I was totally impressed (not easy to do!) with this whole crew, Dr. Curtis and his super friendly assistant Hayley. Had an emergency with an infected molar and no other dentist in the area "having an appointment" available. I got in at HCDA within 3 hours and they took care of the issue in a VERY patient oriented way. Problem solved in the best possible way.

Fantastic experience: Dr Curtis and his team are THE BEST! I made an appointment for a comprehensive exam because I had lost 6 fillings over the course of 2 years and needed them assessed and redone. I came in thinking I was Just gonna get a treatment plan-but no, I was attended to with the most attention and care for my teeth. The injections usually MAKE ME PHYSICALLY SHAKE IN THE CHAIR, but he places them so gently, I almost didn’t even feel them! I had All fillings redone in the same visit and it was a wonderful experience. I send my kids to him too because I know he will take great care of them! If you want a dental team that does their best and leave you with a great smile, this is it! Thank y’all, Liza

Fantastic experience: I always have a good experience here. Lexi is the best! Even when I’ve been less than diligent with my flossing, she manages to get my teeth squeaky clean without hurting my gums or my feelings.

Fantastic experience: I had been to several dental offices trying to get my denture fixed. No one seemed to want to help me. Then, I went to Hill Country Dental. The moment I walked in I could not believe I was in a Dental Office. Less than an hour later I left with my denture fixed and an appointment for my next visit!

Fantastic experience: Hill Country Dental is a great all the way around Dental Office experience. The front desk, Summer and Mariela, are very welcoming, professional, knowledgeable and accommodating. Samuel is an awesome dental tech assistant. He was very sensitive to making every aspect of my treatment comfortable and thorough. He even got cushions for the Xray film pads so they did not cut into my gums. Dr. Jen was a real pro and a perfectionist. You can tell that she deeply enjoys her work as she examines your teeth. She gave a comprehensive diagnosis of my dental state and offered her suggestions for moving forward, conservatively. She repaired a permanent retainer for me with skill, efficiency and speed. She continually made sure I was not in pain and offered me breaks. It eas a breeze. Lyndel, the hygienist, was pleasant, knowledgeable and meticulous in her cleaning technique. She gave me hints on flossing and comprehensive teeth maintenance that I had not heard of before. Hill Country Dental has an amazing dental team that will make your dental experience pleasant and give you the perfect smile.

Fantastic experience: I was a new patient today for a comprehensive exam. All the staff were very friendly and warm, from the front desk staff, Summer and Diana, to the dental technician, who did give me her name, which I have embarrassingly forgotten. She gave me about 37 x-rays(I exaggerate) after explaining that I may find them uncomfortable as there were so many and the device to bite down on that they use bothers some people. It was totally fine, in fact she had to wake me up once to move the thing around! The dentist, Dr. Curtis's findings, unfortunately, were not wonderful, but were relayed to me so kindly. I am going to need so much work that I guess all these guys are gonna become my new best friends, but I could do a lot worse! Glad I found Hill Country Dental Associates.

Fantastic experience: Dr J. Bone is the most patient human being on the planet. My 11yo was very high anxiety about having teeth pulled (4) for the first time and Dr Bone took the time to walk her through the process with enough information for her to feel better but not so much that it overwhelmed her. She knew when to push and when to back off and not once got impatient when my daughter’s anxiety rose. I felt so comfortable with her and her assistants the entire time and my daughter left having a positive experience for the first time with a dentist. The office staff are friendly, we waited only 5 minutes before coming back and were attended to immediately. We are super impressed with the entire office.

Fantastic experience: Dr Jaime Bone has been my dentist for several years, and Beth, my hygienist. Both are terrific! They make you feel comfortable, are vey professional, while at the same time being very friendly and engaging. I highly recommend them both!

I was a new patient with a dental problem, the receptionist Mariela was very concerned and so helpful in making an appointment for me that afternoon. I was called back promptly for my appointment. Dr Jennifer Bone was wonderful…very friendly, knowledgeable and thorough during my examination, with a great chair side manner putting me at ease. Her assistant Drew did a great job with the xrays, making sure I was comfortable during the process. I was able to get an appointment the next day to have my teeth cleaned. When I entered the office, I was greeted by name (wow!). The technician Anna was very kind, made me feel at ease and was so gentle with the cleaning. Overall I was so impressed with the whole office staff, plus the office and exam rooms which were clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend the Hill Country Dental Associates.

Fantastic experience: Needing a service for a failed very old crown on a Friday afternoon. Appointment made for first thing on Monday. Relief and dental plan by 9:00am. How great is that!! Thanks so much Dr. Jen ... You are the best!!!

Fantastic experience: 3/2026 Update: HCDA continues to provide quality care for my teeth and my fears. My most recent visit to fill a small cavity left me wondering why I was afraid in the first place. Gentle touch and understanding made for another easy visit. As a dentist afraid client HCDA has worked with me to calm my fears and get me on a good dental plan. From the hygienist to my dentist I am treated well at HCDA. The quality of work performed, a lower bridge on my front, and a crown on the back, match perfectly and no one can even tell the fake teeth from the real. In both care for me and quality of work HCDA is the best.

My Hygienist Lyndel was absolutely the best (professional, throughout and helpful). And, in addition, I was "blessed" to have been seen by Dr. Jen Bone. She helped my with a very difficult tooth. She walked me through all of my options and possible outcomes and once the decision was made on how to move forward, she clearly told me exactly what she was doing (each step of the way); she made sure was I comfortable and understood everything that was going to happen all along the way. Dr. Jen Bone is one of the most professional, skilled, kind dentist I have ever met. I am new to Kerrville, and I am so happy I found Dr. Jen Bone. She will be my dentist for life!!!! Fantastic experience: I so appreciate Dr. Jamie Bone & his professional team. Late on a weekday, a crown popped off of my tooth. I called Dr Bone’s office & told them what happened & the sweet voice on the line quickly calmed my anxiety & told me to come in the next day. As usual, I only waited a few minutes before I was guided to a very comfy room where I received the greatest care. He x-rayed the tooth to make sure there were no problems, cleaned the tooth, and cemented the crown back on. After a bit of smoothing & friendly conversation , I was out the door! I feel so fortunate to have such wonderful dental caregivers right here in Kerrville!

Fantastic experience: I used to hate going to the dentist..but no longer. I have to give all the credit to Lexi, a most excellent hygienist. I've been going to her for nearly 3 years now and she has taken the fear away. She is kind and gentle and does an excellent job. Her calming demeanor and sense of humor puts me at ease.
