Fantastic experience: I been a longstanding customer at Lindsey Eye Care and it was a great experience. They recently remodeled the inside of the place and it looks great and sparkling clean, and the employees were very attentive to my family member, and was very sweet and helpful recommend coming here my go-to eye care spot.

Negative experience: do not go to dental here I had a credit on my accont then they stopped accepting my insurance and they will not refund credit... I have called several times and they refuse to call back the office mgr is never available...

Negative experience: Came for one appointment thought it was a decent practice I was mistaken. During my first appointment everything went well was recommended to me by family so I thought id give it a try, had an appointment today left plenty early but unfortunately was caught behind an accident, unfortunately arrived 6-7 minutes late, then proceeded to tell me they have no openings for the rest of the year (7months) what an absolute joke will never return would suggest anyone waste their time here!

Fantastic experience: Just started with a new dentist after having one foe many years. The staff as well as the Dr was excellent.Explain in detail every they did to your teeth. I'm so glad that I made the switch.

Negative experience: I went in for the first time for a 6 month dental appointment. After getting 3 different sets of x-rays & teeth & gum evaluation They came up with the conclusion that Some of my gums were bleeding, which I did not taste or feel any blood and some left bottom bone strength, I needed a special cleaning not covered or 50% not covered by insurance. I only wanted a basic regular cleaning and they REFUSED. Then the office manger came in saying due to laws and they’re hygienist findings I needed the special cleaning & wouldn’t perform the basic cleaning. When going to my prior dentist (who doesn’t take my insurance now) for many years and never once have they done this so called special cleaning on my teeth. Lindsey is out to push higher sale procedures for more money. Staff was nice but I DONT RECOMMEND!

Fantastic experience: I have consistently found the staff to be friendly, professional, and accommodating. The optometrist has an excellent manner, she is approachable, reassuring, and always takes the time to clearly explain each step of the exam. On a couple of occasions when I needed last-minute appointments, the team was extremely helpful and made every effort to fit me in quickly, which I greatly appreciate.

Negative experience: I give Dr. Edelman 5 stars, but unfortunately they have abandoned me as a patient. Had a 6 month cleaning scheduled in July. They called a week before to cancel the appointment because they said they are short on hygienists. Was told someone would be calling to reschedule. Waited 2 months and never received a call back to reschedule. I finally called the office to reschedule, and was told they only have one hygienist, who is booked out for over a year. Been a patient here for well over 20 years. Very disappointed because I really liked Dr. Edelman.

Negative experience: I have to say, the staff here is great. They are super sweet people. However, the dental work is not good. I just had to have a cavity repaired for the third time, after they failed the first two times. Thankfully I went elsewhere. The new Dentist show me exactly why my filling was popping out. Long story, but I’m fixed up. Again, super friendly, but go elsewhere for any dental work.

Negative experience: I had to switch from this practice as they cancelled my appointment (which was scheduled 6 months in advance) due to not having enough hygienists, and they never called me to reschedule. The front desk staff is disorganized and there's lots of misinformation. I wanted teeth whitening & was told I needed to come in for a consultation (which I had already received here previously) because I had not had a recent cleaning (because they cancelled my appointment....). After the consultation, they told me to call them to schedule. I call today and was told by the rude receptionist that they have no appointments available for whitening, so I just wasted my time at the consultation. It's unfortunate because I really liked my dentist, but they need to hire more professional front desk staff and more hygienists.

Fantastic experience: 5 stars for Dr. Edelman. She is one of the best dentists I have ever met. She just fixed one of my teeth and knew I was overdue for a cleaning and took care of that as well. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Edelman.

Negative experience: I have been seeing Dr Edelman at Dental Health Services for over 12 years. I have nothing but wonderful things to say about Dr Edelman. She always makes you feel comfortable, genuinely listens and never rushes, just an overall great dentist and person. The front office staff, however, are a very different story. In all those years, I have never had any issues, until recently. I was overcharged for a service and when I brought it to their attention, I was met with attitude, annoyance, misinformation and run around from several different staff members. It took well over 2 months to have this resolved. There was no sense of urgency or professionalism, no acknowledgment of their error, just a sheer lack of concern from them. The fact that they acted annoyed with me for an error they made is astonishing and very unprofessional. Due to this, we will be looking for a new dentist, which is really unfortunate because Dr Edelman is such a great dentist. But we cannot continue going there knowing this is how the staff handles issues that occur.

Negative experience: Don't bother even calling or reading reviews. Not taking new patients.

Positive experience: Even in the midst of the pandemic craziness, Dr Edelman gave me an appointment to repair a tooth in which a filling had broken off. The office was officially closed, but she met me at the office and did everything on her own, having no assistant to even help with cleanup and prep between patients. She was so kind, quick, and even removed items from my mouth just to give me a chance to breathe whenever she noticed I was holding my breath again. She is a great doctor. Thank you so much, Dr Edelman!!

Negative experience: The dental hygienist I had was really rough. While she was cleaning my teeth I felt something hard in my mouth. She then told me I need come back to get a filling replaced. While in the room I overheard the dental hygienist talking to the dentist. She said I thought it was tarter. Here the dental hygienist removed half of the filling.

Wait time was fast, all the doctors and staff were amazing gentle, caring, knowledgeable, and very very friendly . I didn’t even feel like I was at the dentist. Holi was an absolute doll !!!! She cleaned my teeth so good ! And made the process so fun ! Thank you so much holi . If anybody is looking for a place and isn’t sure this is it ! Don’t look any further trust me .

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient at Dental Health Services for many years getting regular checkups. Recently I got a toothache one night and still had it the next morning. (Only worse!) Finally caved in and called for an appointment. Due to the increasing pain they “squeezed “ me in that afternoon. They quickly figured out the problem and took care of it. Pain was totally gone by the time I went to bed that night. Knowledgeable and caring professional people there.

Negative experience: Needed an appointment for a teeth that had chipped. Apparently I had a past bill in 2016 that I knew nothing about and it was sent to collections so I had to pay balance before making an appointment. I paid balance and let the girl know that I needed either a Thursday or a Friday due to working third shift and I got attitude. I set appointment but will be looking somewhere else.

Dr Edelman repaired my tooth with the best solution for me, not the procedure that would be the most profitable for the practice. She is the most compassionate and talented dentist I’ve ever been to.
