Fantastic experience: This is an excellent dental office. The people are friendly and super talented. The office has top notch, state of the art technology. The health of your teeth and the great experience you have are their top priorities. The only problem is they are so good their schedule is always full.

Fantastic experience: I scheduled an appointment without issues. My appointment was scheduled at my convenience. My procedure went very well. My costs were reasonable. My overall experience was great, I like that everything was done under one roof. I didn't have to go to another dentist to finish the job. Thanks to everyone that took care of me from the time I arrived to finishing up. I would recommend Pleasant View Smiles to everyone.

Dr. Lee's behavior doesn't reflect on the overall excellent care I have received at Pleasant View Smiles.

Fantastic experience: If you have a dentist phobia, THIS is your place. I would like to say that my experience thus far has been EXCELLENT with my first visit (cleaning and examination). Everyone treated me like an actual person instead of a tooth/money mill. The front office staff (Christy) spent time talking with me about my concerns, (John) accommodated a cancellation to get me in sooner, my hygienist (Lauren) was very communcative, gentle and awesome in service, and the dentist (Dr.Lee) was polite and personable. They all took their time and went out of there way to make everything comfortable and smooth to put me at ease. This has been the best dental experience I have ever had. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM and I am truly thankful.

Positive experience: Been going to pv smiles for years! Have always loved it. But recently they have had some changes that have made me think about going else where. My husband has had nothing but problems since seeing the new dentist they have. He already hates going to begin with. He broke a tooth and it was not causing any pain but once he got it fixed he’s had nothing but pain. It’s frustrating when you have to keep scheduling appointments over something that should have been right to begin with. The only thing keeping me at the moment is my hygienist that does a fantastic job every time, and John at the front desk that is amazing at his job!

Negative experience: The first couple of times (last year) I was pleased but I had a crown break and it took about a month because they had scheduling issues. I was on my way to the first appointment when they called to tell me their dental assistant had called out and I had to be re-scheduled. The next appointment there was a conflict between the time I was told arrived and the time my appointment got scheduled so another reschedule was necessary. Well I got a call the morning of that last reschedule that their computers were down and had reschedule AGAIN! Once I finally got in to get my tooth looked out, everyone was friendly enough but I didn’t feel like enough care and consideration was given to my concerns . I decided it was time to look elsewhere for dental care.

Wish I could give him 100 stars, plus the staff is amazing!! They explained everything in detail and I just can't thank everyone enough. Such a wonderful place to go if you are nervous about dental work. I have been to many dentist offices but this is by far the most highly recommended.

Negative experience: This place has the best reviews in town for a dental office, but to be honest - I’m not impressed. Pros: 1. Some of the staff is friendly, specifically Laura (?) the dental hygienist and the admin lady. 2. The plants in the lobby are huge and lovely! 3. The music was good. Cons: 1. This is a no-frills place. Other than the plants, not much decor or personality. Not much of a vibe but also not very inviting or comfortable. 2. Equipment looked older. 3. Whoever was training the newer dental assistant was not great at training. She seemed impatient, harsh, and not very collegial. 4. The dentist was pleasant but didn’t follow-up on his recommendations. He said I needed some work done but didn’t provide me with any additional information. I had to ask the hygienist the next day what I should do about it and she figured it out. 5. Their website mentioned that they do the sleep apnea mouth guards, which is why I picked this place. I brought it up to the dentist that I’d like to try one since I’m not great with my CPaP, but it turns out they don’t offer that service any more. I think the friendly hygienist might have taken care of this too once I brought it up. Overall, I’m not sure I’ll come back here and probably wouldn’t recommend it either.

Fantastic experience: I grew up in a time, my excuse anyway, when dental hygiene wasn't a top priority and I usually saw a dentist only when there was a problem. Over the years, I've visited many dental offices and so submit this review based on a great deal of experience. Doctor Hadley and the team here at PV Smiles are by far the best I've ever seen. The key word is team. Each member excels in their field of expertise, which makes this office run like a finely tuned machine. Professionalism, a caring attitude, and attention to detail are just a few qualities exhibited by each. Simply put, they've taken ownership of their duties and treat every patient like a member of their family. It might be conceited to say Dr's. Hadley and Lee, John, Ashley, Lauren, Rebecca, Christie and Courtlyn are better than anyone, but it is a fact that they are second to none. Suffice it to say for my family and myself we have found our dental care team.

I repeat myself when I say they are so friendly yet professional. The teeth cleaning's I receive how worth a million dollars to me. I don't have the best bite, dental structure, but they make me feel like it's a million dollar one. I really believe my teeth were in better shape today than they were a couple years ago due to the fine care I receive at this office. I highly recommend you visit them. January 23, 2025 Rebecca is always professional while making you feel comfortable during your cleaning. She does a magnificent job of cleaning your teeth and making sure you're satisfied with it. Met Dr Toa and was very pleased with his manner and professionalism. His exam was precise and the treatment plan he developed was logical. All the staff up front John and everyone else let you know what your insurance would cover and not cover. They don't leave you expecting additional charges to your treatment. All in all I can't say enough good things about this practice. I would highly recommend going to pPeasant View Smiles for all of your dental care. April 2025 Went in for my every 3 months cleaning today. As always the dental hygiunist at the dental spa are excellent. Very professional and I always enjoy visiting during my appointment. Teeth always feel wonderfully clean. Met the new dentist Dr Lee and was very happy with him. Described my concern which he addressed promptly. Provided a treatment plan which I totally agreed with. Dr Lee was very friendly and professional. I look forward to seeing him during my future visits. I highly recommend visiting the dental spa the atmosphere is excellent, friendly, professional and puts you at ease. The dental spa gets an A+ as far as I'm concerned.

She was personable and professional. Dr. Lee was polite and efficient. He was able to do a few simple fillings the same day which saved me from having to come back. Ashley was great while assisting during my fillings. Overall, I was very pleased with my first visit and look forward to being a regular patient.

Negative experience: I’ll start off by saying the front lady Christy and the dental assistant Ashley were super friendly and awesome. Now the dentist on the other hand was the worse dental experience I’ve ever had. My entire top mouth has crowns and I’ve had 14 root canals in my time and I’ve never been treated so bad by a doctor who refused to even look at the problem for why I was there in the first place because he wants to try to trick you into unnecessary dental procedures for more money. He made me feel so judged and uncomfortable. Wild experience if it wasn’t for the front counter lady I would have refused to pay since he refused to even look at the tooth I came in there for. I could literally write for an hour about this weird awful experience. Go elsewhere

Fantastic experience: I was very nervous, being a new patient and not knowing what to expect. I read reviews before going and felt a little better. When I walked in, I was immediately greeted by the most sweetest man. He checked me in and I waited every bit of 7 minutes and they took me back. They were cautious of my heart history and listened to me talk. Mrs. Rebecca was so attentive to details and she took a lot of her time and care into my service. I asked a lot of questions and she gave me a lot of information and avenues. The dentist came in and he thoroughly explained what I could do and which ways I could go as far as orthodontia or just in house. They are all so genuinely sweet and supportive and that is very hard to find in dentistry. I cannot thank the staff enough for allowing me to feel cared for, seen and heard. Especially in my first visit.

Went in for a tooth removal and despite the less than ideal reason for my visit I couldn't have been more comfortable having the procedure done. They were very transparent about what needed to be done and why as they showed me the x-ray and pictures, then talked me through exactly what the process would entail. Will definitely be going back in the future!

Negative experience: Answers phone only to hang it up on me. Says its open on the web and the door time sticker but door is locked, wont return my phone call with message left at the answering machine

Typically, I get very nervous going to any sort of doctor or dentist, and Pleasant View Smiles made sure that I always felt calm. The hygienists and doctor explained everything thoroughly, and they walked me through my treatment plan. Last but not least, the prices were affordable which is something I’ve never said about a dentist office. Head’s up, the doc is popular and works at more than one facility so if you need an appointment you will have to schedule way in advance.

The staff is very professional and walked me through what to expect each step of the way.
