Negative experience: Unorganized.. failed to extract a tooth. Failed to fully numb me.. A nightmare honestly. Now I'm supposed to go to Stillwater for them to finish the job. Had to take a extra day of pto off last minute due to the failure. Do not recommend.

Fantastic experience: I have been taking my son James to spring dental for years. And James is special needs they're always very polite very kind they always take their time with him they talk to him and treat him as a person. Not as someone who's disabled. I've taken him to doctor's before and they hardly ever interact with him. Everyone at spring dental always talks to him and is very kind and sweet to him we love them very much.

Positive experience: It took 3 months and numerous visits to finally get my new denture and partial. (My last denture was done in Arizona & took a week.) That said, they did a very good, thorough job. My denture & partial fit and are beautiful. The dentist and staff are very nice. Good job Spring Dental!

Fantastic experience: I have bad Anxiety when going to the dentist. I am also very hard to get numb and keep me that way . That is why I do sedation. However , This time I did not have that choice . I did let Ashley know my situation and reassured me that Dr. Tran was amazing. So I went for it . I do not remember the hygienic nurses name. She was amazing. Very comforting and patient with me . As was Dr. Tran . They both made me feel comfortable and worked with me on my anxiety through it all. If i ever have to do it with out sedation again I pray I have both of them again. Everyone there was very nice and oh so patient with me . I thank you very much . Recommend 10 /10 .

The Dr. Was very confident and made me feel like i was in great hands. They didn't Dilly dally around either. It was my first visit and I got 3 teeth pulled. Fantastic experience: This was my first visit there ...they got me in on the same day....a veneer...I had done somewhere else had came off...they were..fast...efficient .. affordable...friendly...and was even patient with me when I realized I forgot my wallet.... Unfortunately I have a lot of negative dental experiences at other places....this was not one of those ...I am definitely going back there in the future!

Fantastic experience: I had a tooth needed to be extracted … I had been to Urgent Care and was taking antibiotics… This tooth needed to go… Turns out it was broken into four pieces… And they got taken care of for me as a walk-in!! As always, staff was friendly and on top of their game! Appointments and scheduling are easy and they’re always ready to get to business!! Refreshing!! Thank y’all!!

Fantastic experience: I have struggled for years with going to the dentist because invariably, I come home with a mouth of pain and blisters. Therfore, I neglect my dental health. At Spring Dental in Cushing the entire staff worked and wracked their brains, listened to me and solved the issue. A very simple explanation- I am allergic to the topical anesthetic! I will never have to suffer, as much, for dental treatments again. My heartfelt appreciation to the entire staff, thank you.

Fantastic experience: Spring Dental was fantastic. Husband's crown fell out (front tooth crown by the way) our dentist office was closed and we we're leaving for vacation in 2 hrs. They got us in and charged us minimal to fix the crown. Really thinking about switching dentists.

Negative experience: I'd give it a minus one if i could. Not towards Spring Dental but the lab who makes dentures. Twice they've messed up. First fitting the teeth were the size of baby teeth. Yesterdays fitting was horrible. No way did it come close to fitting. The teeth were SO huge they looked like horse teeth!! Who are these people that make dentures??!!?? Horrible horrible job!!!! Exellent Dentist and staff! They take the time to listen to your concerns and give you resolution. Friendly and personable! Update: This is actually for the lab they used! I NEVER got a denture! The lab couldn't make it right! Wth!? I was and still am in disbelief!

Fantastic experience: He is the best dentist I have ever been to in three states. I recently had a very bad traumatic experience at custom dental in Cushing and so I decided to try spring dental and they couldn't have been any better. He made me feel very comfortable and did an amazing job at pulling teeth I didn't even know he did it. I would definitely recommend to anyone who needs teeth removal or anything else. Very amazing job.

Positive experience: They always change appointments. It becomes frustrating because you take off work to go to the appointments only for them to later call you and tell you that they have to change your appointment because someone has to leave early. I wish they could just hire more people to cover shifts. This has been happening to me for years. They should be willing to adjust to the customers schedule and not the other way around. People have jobs and make arrangements that the should be able to be uphold by Spring Dental.

Negative experience: Sprung Dental started out good. Then as tome went by they started dragging their feet. They told me it would be approx. 4 or 5 months I would be in my snap in dentures. It's 7 months now and still looks like another 2 months before I MIGHT get them. They wouldn't even set up an appointment this time. They said they would remove the center plate but I got a look like I was stupid when I mentioned it. He had me say 50s and 60s while holding my teeth. Who can say them right while someone else holds your teeth? No one. I am very disappointed in them now and Bout to give up and that the final product to someone else and let Spring Demtal pay the cost since they are dragging their feet and not wanting to do it right or as they said.

Negative experience: Terrible!!! First of all the dentist said my 14 year old only had 1 baby tooth left. When they sent us to get braces at the orthodontist, it turned out he has 9, im no dentist but even i could see the baby teeth. The orthodontist also said there was infection under a tooth that had a root canal and they would send him to the endodontist. The baby teeth no big deal.The So maybe he got mixed up with one of my other kids, no big deal. Then the endodontist that was referred to usus say the root canal tooth should be pulled go to your dentist. We call springsays they say we have to diagnose it first then set up another appointment to have it pulled! I said it's been diagnosed twice can't you just contact the endodontist or the optometrist? Ashley then said not if you don't want it diagnosed you can just go somewhere else. I said gladly!

Fantastic experience: Affordable, friendly staff, staff works with you in special circumstances, excellent care, and most pain free anesthesia that I've ever received from a dentist. Worth driving 1 hour to see!

Fantastic experience: Doctor Willis did an excellent job surgically removing my broken molar. No pain and no problem. After one week it decided to start bleeding and swelling. I called Doctor Willis and he had me come in the same day. He stopped the bleeding and monitored me for 30 minutes, giving me his personal phone number before I left. He and his staff were very professional, personable, and caring. I will be returning for my dental needs. Dr. Willis has moved on and Dr. Denison is now my Dentist. My expectations of quality service have been greatly exceeded by Dr. Denison and his staff. I never thought I would say I look forward to going back to the dentist but I do now. Not only for my dental needs but to be around good people.
