Fantastic experience: Doctor Johnson, really took her time and listened to me and was really gentle with my mouth.

Negative experience: The work was good but the Insurance person needs customer service training.

Negative experience: This is one of the most unethical dentist in shoals. Never go back..only spent 5 minutes on cleaning my teeth. And do not disclose procedures that your insurance may or may not pay for until after they perform them...then you get the bill.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Holcombe is an amazing dentist. My daughter had to have a tooth pulled and have a bridge put in. She has severe anxiety when it comes to dental appointments. The staff was so accommodating, from giving her a blanket to keep her warm, asking if she needed breaks. Her dentist even called to check on her in the afternoon! I am so pleased with the care she received today! You guys are amazing!!!

Fantastic experience: Not gonna lie, I was a little nervous about my cleaning. Maybe it’s the fact that I haven’t been to a dentist in 10 years or the fact that the spicy blonde assistant got excited when Stacy had to bring out the plaque buster 2000. But I am very pleased to say that the experience was splendid and that they need to give Stacy a raise for being the best hygienist I’ve had. Five stars and an extra star to the gorgeous assistant (wink, wink).

Fantastic experience: Today was my first visit. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hygienist Pam did a great job and was very professional yet welcoming. Dr. Mahan came in and spent an adequate amount of time doing my exam and was also very welcoming and helpful.

Fantastic experience: I had a root canal and a permanent cap put on. Saying it was a pleasant experience is rather silly, but it was. It was done with little pain or damage. I’m so thankful Johnson & Mahan are my dentists. ❤️

[I told the receptionist that I would crown only the tooth with the visible hairline crack. Please let me consult with my daughter this week on whether or not to do only that one or to crown all four since there is another one that also needs a crown. It will be great to see an estimate on the two options. Especially out of pocket costs. Thanks

Fantastic experience: Was having an issue with my lower back teeth, I called and got an appointment the next day. Dr. Mahan did tests and x-rays. She explained what the issue was in detail and will have a crown replaced. Highly recommend.

She got done in under 45 minutes if my mouth was that bad it should have take longer. The dentist said looks good
