Fantastic experience: Excellent experience in all areas. I researched local providers and they were highly recommended. I am an older woman with older teeth. They were patient, excellent with pain management and competent. Excellent bed side manners all!

Fantastic experience: Receptionists are very knowledgeable, pleasant, and kind. I had a pressing dental issue, so they fit me in the same day! Great assistant as well! Dr Kip diagnosed it and referred me to a reputable oral surgeon who fit me in a couple days after. I would recommend this practice. Note: They are out of network. However, they will work with a payment schedule; submit the insurance until the patient gets reimbursed. I believe that’s their process.

Fantastic experience: Etheridge Dentistry is great! The receptionists are always nice and efficient. The wait time is usually minimal. My dental hygienist Tylee does an excellent job and gave me great information. I've been Dr. Etheridge's patient for over 20 years. He listens to my concerns, provides me with any information or references I may need and is an excellent dentist. Etheridge Dentistry is the best!

I never felt any discomfort during my cleaning, and Maria was very kind, friendly, and patient with me. And Dr Kip and his front office staff always make it a fun visit. Well done!

Fantastic experience: I was searching for a new Dentist after having the same Dentist for years. I wasn't sure where to start. I checked several reviews and noticed all the the reviews for Dr. Etheridge were all positive. I wasn't sure if it was all true. I noticed a friend of mine was on one the the reviews, so I contacted him. He went on to tell me the office provides a fantastic experience thanks to his incredibly friendly and organized team. They utilize state -of-the-art equipment and truly go out of their way to assist with any dental needs. I had a problem with pain that couldn't be assessed by a dentist I went to while looking for a new dentist. He could not find the problem. Dr Etheridge office gave me a appointment right aways, treated the problem, pain is gone!! Im in good hands!!! I can't say enough about how happy I am.

Fantastic experience: Crazy how many 5 ⭐️s reviews there is for this place, BUT it’s 100% earned. Been to many denti in my 57 years. Trust me this one is solid. I don’t like that they charge more for cleaning services than Delta Dental allows but all else. Is top notch. I’ve been to other Portage dentist that not only try and talk you into unnecessary treatments to pad their income and Doc Kip and all the staff have a positive, welcoming, and listening level of engagement. In Portage I dealt with arrogant self important Dentist that thought all others were beneath him and not entitled to ask questions. Kip invites the conversation and you will also learn a little about his family too. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Facility is clean and well appointed. A warm greeting met us as my wife and I entered the facility. As I only get around using a power chair they had to rearrange some furniture in the examination room to accommodate me which they did. The staff that I met were all cordial and welcoming. I know it's hard to envision a visit to a dentist's office being classified as fun or a good time but it was and that was due to both Dr Ethridge and his staff. They were all very accommodating to make this appointment as pleasing as it could be. Riley Kylie Maria and Michelle (hope I didn't leave anybody out) were all angels. Dr Ethridge is quite personable and makes a patient feel at home.

Fantastic experience: Being an anxious person finding a new dentist after moving to Battle Creek has not been easy. But I scored by making Etheridge Dentistry part of my family. Danielle was excellent scheduling my appointment and answering my questions about the practice. Jana was a sweetheart putting me at ease the moment we walked into the exam room. I had a broken tooth and a bridge that had fallen off so I was kind of in a crisis with my anxiety high. Dr Etheridge was so kind, calm, knowledgeable and friendly. Unfortunately my teeth had shifted just enough my bridge couldn't be put back in place. My tooth can not be salvaged so it will need to be extracted. We talked about options. He referred me to an oral surgeon to consult about extraction and a base for an implant. I look forward to getting my tooth issue resolved so I can schedule my cleaning. Thank you Etheridge Dentistry for easing my fears and anxiety! I look forward to getting to know you all!
