Fantastic experience: Courtney did an excellent job cleaning my teeth and was very careful of the sensitive areas. I am always a little on edge for cleanings but her careful attention to what might be uncomfortable for me helped put me at ease. Everyone on staff is always friendly and welcoming and Dr. Gruenes and her team are very thorough.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Gruenes is very caring yo go over everything so one can make the best decision as to how to move forward no matter what type of opportunity you have. I really like when she is able to use the laser to fix my teeth rather than having to get the shots. However, even when I had to get a shot, she is very methodical about it as your comfort is her #1 concern. Her work on my teeth looks great and trust it will last a long long time!! I would recommend Dr. Gruenes to everOne for sure!!

Negative experience: Dr Gruenes is wonderful. However getting your insurance taken care of is another story - I now have 2 years worth of claims not paid, but they have my money and have been sitting on it this whole time. Very disappointing.

Tried the machine and mask for a year and could never find a mask that fit me without leaking. Now I sleep for eight hours almost every night. Appreciate the wonderful care!

However, what I didn’t care for was when I was leaving I discovered that they were not in network. My own fault. But wish I would have asked or it would have been mentioned.

Fantastic experience: I had a sensitive tooth so I went to get it checked out. They took x-rays and thoroughly checked the area. Dr. Gruenes checked it and determined the best route was to have the tooth pulled. I was very happy with the team effort. I would highly recommend her practice. I have gone for close to two decades.

I really want my routine appointment covered at time of appointment rather than waiting up to 10 days for reimbursement check. A couple hundred dollars out of pocket is a lot to expect patient to cover.
