Fantastic experience: My mom came here for fillings in her teeth. They were so accommodating and kind . And treated my mother with such respect and kindness. Very considerate and patient. We are very pleased with the staff and doctors here !

Fantastic experience: My teeth were cleaned Very Well , she took her time and was Very Gentle! Dr. Lee came in looked them over thoroughly as to make sure my teeth were in Good shape sad to say I have a cavity, but we are going to get ahead of it to get it stopped and repair the tooth . I have had a pleasant experience each time with this practice!

Negative experience: I’m basing my review on reception and not towards the dentists. I really loved the amount of good reviews for this office and wanted to make an appointment for one of my kiddos. I called and set the appointment up and it was fine. I called back to see if my autistic child could be added to the appointment or if I could reschedule to add them together at a different time or day. The woman on the phone said, “the dentist we have that day scares the children so I don’t think that would be a good idea, but your ten year old should be fine.” This really made me uneasy that she would say that. I could care less what anyone looked like as long as my children were taken care of. On the UHC webpage it states that they handle children with disabilities but she wasn’t even willing to give me an appointment for my son. So now, instead of being able to use insurance I’m having to pay out of pocket for my kids to be seen elsewhere because other places are too far from where I live.

Fantastic experience: Been going to this office for about 3 yrs. Absolutely the nicest people from the moment you arrive and throughout the exam/cleaning. I had to have a cap replaced that fell off my crown from another dentist and was seen the very same day. My dental hygienist, Kim, is super efficient, gentle, and very friendly. Dr Lee, both brothers, are terrific. And I like going into Pikeville to shop downtown main street.

Fantastic experience: I was extremely nervous going into my appointment, but the entire staff made such a difference. From the moment I walked in, they were welcoming, patient, and genuinely kind. They took the time to answer all of my questions and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand, which really helped ease my anxiety. I never felt rushed or dismissed, and they made sure I knew all of my options. Their support and professionalism made my experience ten times better, and I truly appreciate the care they provided.

Negative experience: Not the best place to go to ,its like you never heard , any thing you say its irrelevant and dont matter how you feel. They did feeling on my teeth and cracked them 2 weeks later,they blamed it on me while i never had any pain until they touched my teeth ,i go back they send me home tells me i need sleeping guards,while im in so much pain

I enjoyed the Christian music playing while I waited, and my kids enjoyed the play area and building with the Legos while they waited. Fantastic experience: Let me just start out by saying I have dentist anxiety. I made the staff aware of my anxiety and they were so comforting and kind with me. I went in for an exam because I had a wisdom tooth start coming through and after X-rays, it was decided that they would pull the tooth right then and there! Dr. Lee was excellent with the numbing shots and he had my tooth extracted in less than 2 minutes and I didn’t feel a thing. This office is amazing and I would recommend it to anyone!

Fantastic experience: My husband and I have been going to Pikeville Family Dentistry for six years. The office is beautifully styled and sparkling clean. Dr. Lee and the staff are welcoming and informative.

Negative experience: They took on a bunch of new patients. Then, they decided they had too many patients when they had scheduling issues before adding on a bunch more patients. Then gave many of the original patients the choice of paying cash or going somewhere else that would take their insurance. It's really a slap to the face for people that have been coming here a long time. My kids 6 month appointment is 9 months out. Kids are never supposed to go that long because they only get so many fluoride treatments before they are 18.

Fantastic experience: First, I want to say that the staff at this office is the most friendliest, helpful staff at any Dr’s office I have been to! They always help when I need a schedule change and work with me to the best of their ability to fit me in when I need. Their whole vibe of the office makes the experience as pleasant as can be. The dental work is always above and beyond and in such a timely manner! I am so thankful for this group!

It took lil over hr to pull 7 teeth 1st visit(i have long &crooked roots) an went back 12/15 and he had 9 teeth(other side) out in 15min. And it didn't hurt he numbed me just the rite amount an everything went awesome. And the nurses an staff do their best to make u feel welcomed an comfortable. I have anxiety so bad for dentist i didn't go to one for 20yrs. But after 2 visits here I'm actually lookin foward to going back an gettin my work finished. Dr.David nor the nurses are judgemental an try to make u feel bad if u smoke(they say I need to quit but that's all) or anything like most dentist.They have treated me like I've went there my whole life since day 1. Even after I had a minor issue with something that happened on my second visit on friday they called me first thing monday mornin to see what they could do to help me an to inform me that I can leave a voice-mail on weekend an if it's important like mine was they will contact me short time later. Fantastic experience: I had such an amazing experience her! Bbea, who was workin at the front desk was so helpful and answered any question that I had when filling out my paperwork.She was also super friendly and kind to me and other patients that went up to the desk. After I filled out my paperwork I was called back by within 5 minutes. Kim, the dental hygienist that I had was super nice and she would joke around with me and carried on conversations with me unlike the place I went to in the past. Dr. David was really fast to come and make sure I was good to go. You can tell this place really cares about their patients. This was probably the best dentist office I have ever been to.

Fantastic experience: What a great experience for a dentist office. This team was wonderful. My appt was at 9am for X-rays and an extraction. I was done and out by 940am. Everyone was so nice and comforting. The Doctor came in and got right to business. Even his words were of comfort while giving the numbing shot. All of you know those shots are probably the most stressful part of the experience. Not today. it was over before I knew it!!! Very happy we found this Dentist office. Fantastic experience: Needed a root canal and they got me in same day! Very professional, knowledgeable, and polite staff. The dentist got me in 40 minutes after initial exam and was extremely efficient and skilled. I don’t think the whole procedure took more than 30 minutes and with absolutely no pain. Best dental experience I’ve ever had!

Fantastic experience: Dan and I had our first visits today. Everyone was pleasant and efficient. Kim and Misty were great doing our cleanings and Dr. Lee was wonderful. And Jamie did a great job scheduling future appointments around our busy schedule

Negative experience: ONE star as our hygienist was great. Scheduling is a joke. No point in giving anyone a card with a date and time if it isn't correct. The main issue I have is after my cleaning, the dentist, who wasn't the dentist I was assigned to, came over and took a half second look at my teeth and deemed that my lower wisdoms had cavities and needed to be extracted. No proof, didn't feel them with any tools, nothing. After getting home figuring that I found it odd I had zero pain in either of those teeth, I took a look. Now for me, I found it rather easy to look at my lower wisdoms, and saw no visible signs of any cavities. I decided to go to Chattanooga and get a second opinion. This dentist not only gave me visible proof that my lower wisdoms did NOT have cavities, he thoroughly checked to make sure. Moral of the story, I was about to pay out of pocket for what insurance didn't cover for two extractions that I did not need. Unfortunately my wife had work done prior to my second appointment and instead of fixing any pain, they only made it worse. Nothing too extreme, just a couple cavities. We won't be back. Wife has an appointment with new dentist in Chattanooga and I will update if this needs updating regarding her care. If your gut tells you something is off, don't be afraid to get a second opinion.
