Fantastic experience: For a tooth issue, the docs were able to get me in quickly, did a thorough exam and were very communicative.

Fantastic experience: Short wait time gentle professionals. Obviously caring and very kind. Almost painless work, and very understanding about questions and concerns. Love them.

Negative experience: Did not talked about pain relief..did not go over a payment plan it this time..will schedule another app when my finances allow.

Fantastic experience: Thank you for helping me get an early appointment. The dental hygienist was professional and gentle with taking the dental X-rays. Usually I experience a gag reflex but I did not with her. That made my appointment so much better. A big thank you for that.

Fantastic experience: A ten year old crown dislodged itself at 8 PM Sunday night. I managed to shove it back in to place and took myself in at 9 AM the following morning. by ten AM the crown was securely back in place. Could not ask for better service.

Fantastic experience: All staff are courteous, helpful and capable at what they do! In most recent visit Chrissy cleaned my son’s teeth efficiently and effectively- handled sealants as well. She provided up to date communication throughout with a cheerful demeanor. We highly recommend!!

Negative experience: Each time I've visited, I've either paid before leaving or been told insurance is covering everything and each time I get a bill in the mail weeks later telling me to pay more money. One or more times was because, apparently, no one pushed it through to insurance until I came into the office (no one ever answered the phone in the billing department). Another situation involved a tech taking unnecessary 3d scans I didn't need and didn't know I didn't need (and still had to pay for). Update (1/13/26): Yesterday I received a call to move my cleaning today from 9am to 8am (with email confirmation). I also learned I was scheduled for an advanced cleaning (Dr. Laizure recommended standard, but the hygienist previously argued with him about that which was awkward). This morning I show up to find out everyone was in a meeting and I was still scheduled for 9am and for the advanced cleaned that was NOT recommended.

Fantastic experience: I have been a patient for four years. I had always been deathly afraid of dentist. Now I go to my appoitments without anxiety. They take care to make sure of my comfort. They always have the nitrus oxide available in case I feel I need it. They check to see if Im doing okay throughout the procedure, be it a cown being put in or just a cleaning. They are careful of any allergies you might have. The staff is capable and friendly. You feel safe and taken care of. The dentist is great! They listen to you and let you know whats happening. Together you make a plan. Very throrough. Have not had any problems with work Ive had done. They never make you wait to bee seen. And the the wating area is beautitul. Even a fire in the fireplace. The whole exerience is the best you could imagine a dental appointment turning iu

Positive experience: Prior to my last dental cleaning, I would’ve rated this office a full 5 stars. Unfortunately, my most recent cleaning with Jana (a few years ago) was the absolute worst experience I’ve had — and honestly, the reason I haven’t returned for a cleaning since. I used to see Amy, who was absolutely wonderful — gentle, encouraging, and always so understanding of my complex dental history. I genuinely looked forward to my cleanings with her every six months. My appointment with Jana was the opposite — not nearly as gentle, and her comments about my dental history were discouraging and disheartening. She even referred me elsewhere to have my teeth cleaned, which completely shocked me. Aside from that one experience, our family has always had great care at WWDC. Because of that, I’m willing to give them another try — but definitely with a different hygienist. With Jana, never again. Update as of 11/2025… Christy is the best! Gentle, friendly, and encouraging — she’s made my cleanings enjoyable again. Because of her, I’m updating my rating from 2 stars to 4.

Fantastic experience: The dentist I saw was amazing. The dental assistant was so nice very friendly amazing actually. They really took the time to explain everything about my teeth to me also, answered any questions I had about my teeth. Would highly recommend the office! Even the receptionist was very, very friendly! I would give them more than a five star if I could.

Positive experience: I was happy with the care but EXTREMELY unhappy with the doctor sending me away without prescribing pain medication! I told him while there that I was in EXCRUCIATING PAIN and running out of medication. He said he would phone in a prescription, but prescribed only antibiotics, not pain medication. I followed up by calling four times and couldn't get anyone either on the phone or to answer the messages I left. Not happy here.

Fantastic experience: I always receive great dental care from Dr. Laizure and my hygienist, Christina Hart. They take care of my dental needs in an informative and caring way. They also don't promote dental care that I don't urgently need. I have been a patient of Walla Walla Dental Care for more than 20 years.

Fantastic experience: The office staff is always friendly and greets me as I enter and exit. The appointment is always on time and done very conscientious. Ii appreciate that the hygienist offers little bits of information about how my teeth are doing, what I could do to improve etc. Dr. Leisure is very thorough looking at teeth, xrays and talking to the hygienist and me. I feel like I am an appreciated client.

Fantastic experience: This is my first time ever having private insurance. For some of us, we don’t get that luxury until we get a good enough job. And then when we get private insurance, some of us like myself start to cry because I don’t think I’ve ever been treated so well in my life by a professional. Some of us Take different walks in life, but even though we do, it didn’t seem to bother the dentist that seen me. He tries to give a comforting ear in words of encouragement, instead of belittling and humiliating and pointing fingers at me. I wish everybody had the opportunity to be treated as well as myself and my daughters. So if he’s reading this, I would like to say thank you from the bottom of my heart for treating me just like a human being And not somebody under them. Some of us who have tattoos or have unusual ways of life, it’s just nice to be treated as an equal.

They were super nice but the dentist was sloppy and I'm paying the price. Their mistakes can't be fixed or undone. We definitely should've stayed with Dr. Laizure and his amazing team. I'm glad to be back. I I'm 100% confident with their diagnosis, techniques, and procedures.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Castillo is amazing and his staff are very friendly, and professional. Last year I had a tooth that my dentist wanted to pull. I decided to get a second opinion and not only were my instincts right but Dr. Castillo said my tooth was worth fixing and he did a fabulous job. Their x-ray machines and equipment are higher quality which reduces my anxiety and overall office visit time. Although my dental OHP insurance didn't cover it, the out of pocket cost was very affordable. I even went back to have him pull my wisdom tooth and within no time at all the procedure was done, I couldn't even feel the anesthetic shots it was amazing and again affordable.

Yes they are giving interns experience which amounts to excellent service because they are closely supervised. This is a win win win operation.
