Fantastic experience: Cosmic Kids comes thru for my grandchildren every time. The kids are seen at the same time which makes my life much easier. I recommend this dental facility to everyone!

Negative experience: Dont tell us to be there at 640 if you are going to make us wait for an hour to be seen. Also 95% sure they lie about cavities and the severity of them. Somehow in 6 months you can go from perfect teeth to needing to be put under to work on teeth.... suurrreeee.

Negative experience: Worst experience. Gave insurance card a month before scheduled appointment and they waited till the day before appointment to say I would have to pay out of pocket because of there not being a 1 800 number for verification. I have laid this insurance card down across America...literally I work on the road and have always heard what great insurance I have. Unprofessional actions and very rude receptionist who only texts you for information. I would pull out my own teeth before sending my kids to this place

Fantastic experience: Our first visit to Cosmic Kids Dentistry with my 4 year old blew me away. Everybody was super friendly and efficient. Itzel was super gentle and warming, making sure my son felt comfortable. We look forward to our 6 month visit!

Negative experience: changed to one star totally uncomfortable not informative experience felt more judged than anything an truly you should not make anyone feel that way you don't know their situation the one office staff had acted really short an just not communicative at all almost like she just didn't want to do the job the other lady was great the dentist didn't really tell me much other than we will set up a treatment plan didn't tell me what it would consist of I expect more detailed information if people are going to see my kids we had already waited years to be seen on top of the fact we just moved here I had already gotten the run around at my sons prior dentist as well even though we knew 3 months ago what was needed an still waited months to be seen before coming here. the experience is awkward an uncomfortable we definitely sought out second opinion for treatment. please do better an be better organized asking for insurance cards through text was the first initial red flag for me.

She was so kind and patient with me when I had questions pertaining to scheduling, paying, and filling out the paperwork for my daughter's dental work. I also forgot a travel coffee mug there, and she went the extra mile to get it back to me. Thank you Kimberly!

Negative experience: Called to schedule a new patient appointment. Kim was very rude and short when I asked for more information. Not a good first impression or way to conduct business.

Fantastic experience: My 3 yo had his front teeth crowned due to chipping them from a fall. The anesthesiologist, Matt Wall, was amazing! He thoroughly explained the procedures and made us feel comfortable about putting him completely under. EVERYONE in this office is wonderful. Definitely reccomend!

Fantastic experience: We switched dentists because of problems with the last one. We had a good experience so far with cosmetic kids, The staff was friendly and the dentist was great. Helpful and answered all my questions.

Negative experience: the doctor injected anesthesia and refused to treat the child's tooth. the child did not twitch and agreed to be treated, the doctor refused all my persuasion, explaining that the child might not allow the tooth to be treated. we ended up getting anesthesia and no treatment. my conclusion: the clinic is suitable only if the child is sleeping, the doctor does not tolerate the slightest discomfort. must give credit, the clinic is beautiful and has a lot of entertainment врач вколол анестезию и отказал лечить зуб ребенку. ребенок не дергался и был согласен лечиться, на все мои уговоры врач отвечал отказом, объясняя тем, что ребенок может не дать лечить зуб. в итоге мы получили анестезию и не получили лечение. мой вывод: клиника подходит только если ребенок спит, врач не терпит малейшего дискомфорта. должен отдать должное, клиника красивая и имеет много развлечений

Fantastic experience: This is a fantastic dental office!! They got us in for an appointment quick. They were kind, gentle, patient & made my 6 yr. old feel at ease, so much so, she wanted to go back tomorrow!! You know they are doing something right when a child says they like them better than their previous dentist & wants to go back the very next day. I would refer them too anyone who is in need of dental work, child or adult they take them all. Good job Cosmic Kids, we'll be back in a few weeks for round two.

Fantastic experience: Loved it

Negative experience: Good dentist Not very good working with parents working hours. Or school hours. The other child dentist is farther away but works later hours for the convenience of parents. The dentist at the other place has a friendly office staff.

Fantastic experience: My child had a check up and when they saw her tooth that the cap had come off, it showed infection-they took the time to fix the tooth issue today-thank you so much! Also it wasn’t easy calming a 6 year old, but they were wonderful.

Negative experience: Apparently they were unable to prepare me for ripping all my upper teeth out 11 giving me something that supposed to resemble. I don’t know what denture didn’t educate me at all on anything. And haven’t been able to eat anything for two months now had an appointment today and apparently had offended them, so I guess I’m done there.

Fantastic experience: Such an amazing place! My little man has been a little apprehensive about going back to the dentist since his last visit at another dentistry. They completely turned the table about dentist appointments for him and he can't wait to come back. One happy mama over here!

They took their time making them feel comfortable & showing them the tools, letting them touch them, & explaining what was happening with each step of the teeth cleaning process. Negative experience: My son had an appointment today. Got there and no one was in the office! A girl working next door came out to tell me that they have seen my patients come today but the office never opened. I was told by another person this happens often with them. I will be finding a new dentist. I received no call or text.

Negative experience: Expect to wait a minimum of 30 in the waiting room from your appointment time, and don’t ask about it because they won’t give you any answers as to why they can’t maintain a schedule. I understand waiting a little but it’s every time you go in!

Fantastic experience: The best kids dental option in Lake Havasu area! Our 7 year old daughter was in pain from cavities. Cosmic Kids got her in right away. A confident and competent Dr. (who’s great with kids) explained her condition and our options. We are ecstatic that she will receive complete care in 1 visit, 1 week from now. Services are very reasonably priced for self-pay, using their “in house” membership plan. We are relieved and very grateful!

Negative experience: I must say and stress Shanon is absolutely wonderful! But I am sad to announce that I am leaving here and going to a new dentist in town. My reason is simple, I had an appointment, went in had my annual X-rays and it was found that I needed to have 2 teeth pulled and had a gum infection. I was given a quote and tried calling back to get the procedure set up… I was told that I would receive a call back because the dentist’s couldn’t decide who would do the work! I never heard back! I gave up and went to see another dentist and they got me in, looked over my quote and gave me their price. I said let’s do it and it was done! They did an excellent job! Cost was comparable and the service I received was superb! I am sad to leave Shannon, she has been cleaning my teeth for 10 or 11 years, but my confidence level has been shot down due to the lack of service from the front desk personnel and the dentists lack of concern. Having an infection in your mouth is very bad! Can cause many other health issues. I wanted to get this taken care of ASAP! But the support wasn’t there…. I will miss Shannon… Thank you girl for always taking such great care and concern while cleaning my teeth ❤️

Negative experience: Dr Scott Didn't wait for my daughters tooth to be numb. the assistant had literally just put the numbing gel. He walked in and started the procedure without asking if she was nimb. my daughter Screamed in Pain and he pulled the tooth. We weren't in the room not even 10 min. and the whole thing was done that's ridiculous. I told him I know she's not numb if she's screaming he insisted she was. We are NOT RETURNING. WORST DOCTOR EVER!

Fantastic experience: Our kids have been coming to this location since they were 1 and 2. Now at 4 and 5, they are so comfortable with the staff. They hop right into the chair and do exactly what is asked of them. The staff are kind, gentle and caring. The positive experience with Cosmic Kids Dentistry will carry good dental hygiene throughout their lives.

Negative experience: When making the appointment for my sons recommended procedure I was told it was superficial and would take 5-10 minutes. We arrived 10 minutes early, they took him back on time but then had him wait in the chair 40 minutes. It wasn’t until I told the tech that clearly the dentist was overbooked and we would come back another time that she went and got the dentist and he came in. As for the dentist, I can’t recall his name due to him not introducing himself or acknowledging my son or myself in any way, he did the procedure and then walked out mentioning something about fixing something that didn’t need it but may save my son future needle pokes and then he walked out. This is the 3rd strike for Cosmic kids dentistry for our family and we will not be returning.

Fantastic experience: It was quick and Kristopher liked the girl telling him "Great Job". He visits there every 6 months never a hassel with him and he brushes his teeth 2 times a day after breakfast and before bed without being told.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been here for cleanings, extracts, root canals, fillings, and crowns. By far the best advice and honest treatment in the city. 3 dentists later in town and Dr. Scott was the only one who broke down treatment in an understanding way. The assistant Tyler made the whole experience with work done relaxing and educational. Front office always called for updates as well as reminders on my appointments. Can’t thank this crew enough. The work is top notch

Negative experience: It was horrible! The Dentist INSISTS upon medicating/sedation for all patients. Poor hand hygiene for the staff. Parents not allowed in for procedure. They also restrain the child. Unprofessional all around. The dentist sends his staff to speak for him. The staff are rude. The office and waiting room do not adhere to COVID-19 recommendations. The waiting room was over crowded and many patients and family members not wearing masks. No hand sanitizer available. I am reporting them to the board of dentistry AZ. I see your response which is false. I wore a mask every time in your office. Your staff had numerous breaks in donning and doffing gloves. One should perform hand hygiene each and every time with application of gloves and removal. You are a liar. Yes, I signed for sedation but let Dr. Chapman know only if needed. It was applied not by the provider liscensed for this procedure but by the assistant. I Lao said that I wasn’t paying attention to the dental assistant because Number one she didn’t have my attention and I wasn’t expecting her to go over the procedure I expected the physician to go over the procedure which he didn’t until I insisted on speaking to him. I am still reporting you to the Arizona board of dentistry. Also the staff touch everything in the room and they’re soiled masks when in the procedure room. I should’ve taken a picture of everyone in the waiting room without masks on. Also when it came to the sedation the physician did say he wanted to give her Demirel and Phenergan and I said no and he said well what about nitrous and I said well only if she needs it but that was done anyway and she’s a very compliant patient. My granddaughter had the same exact procedure at a dental office in California and I sat there the whole time and she didn’t move and was very good without any sedation other than local anesthesia to the affected area.

Fantastic experience: I have never had such an easy going experience at a dentist prior to my visit at Cosmic Kids. I went in needing an extraction and having a serious infection and pain. They fit me in same day, knowing that I was in immense discomfort. My Dentist was extremely professional and made me feel very comfortable. He accomodated me to the fullest and made sure I wouldn't feel a bit more pain. I am so thankful to the staff at Cosmic Kids and will definitely be coming back for my further dentist needs.
