I came in 11/24. Appointment made to replace my tooth 11/25. I was so happy I started crying. I was dealing with a missing fron tooth since July. I'm so happy their going to help me. My appointment for 11/25 went so well. They were so friendly and caring. Dr. Williams is a wizard. I felt zero pain. I mean ZERO. Even after getting a screw into my bone. Going home. Hours later. Even this morning. No pain. I'm extremely happy with their professionalism and compassion. Hayley was such a great assistant to Dr. Williams. Collin was a great videographer. The staff overall was so nice and made me feel so welcome. I cannot remember the woman name who called me but I am SO grateful she reached out to help me. I emailed so many doctors office. Fantastic experience: Helped me the most when another dentist company nearby wanted to see me in November to extract my infected wisdom tooth. Thats the end of this year. 5months from now. This company got me for an exam and by next week they got that nasty tooth out . I highly recommend. I just hope they go into network with more insurances to help more people in need. Great company that's cares about people in pain. They will get you in and not make you wait months to be seen ! I would use again :)

Negative experience: Went to get a tooth extraction and they were wanting a arm and a leg to extract it after insurance. Didn't get nothing done and now have a 50 dollar payment for being in there less than 20 minutes which was mostly waiting time

They just did my wisedom teeth removal and all things considered it was a good experience. Fantastic experience: Recently relocated to the Dunn area and seeking a dentist that provided a full array of services as well as positive feedback from patients. This led me to the office of Dr J Michael Williams and Dr Joshua Byrd. Thus far I've had three visits with two of the visits involving a need for a couple of crowns. I could not be happier with the quality of care and services provided by Dr. Byrd. They have the latest technology as well as a very well-trained, competent and friendly staff. Dr Byrd's care was excellent as is his great personality.
