Fantastic experience: First time going in amazing experience. Needed a tooth extraction received amazing care from Cintia and Amber when I came in. They helped me set up an affordable payment plan so I could get the procedure done. Dr. Dinh and Esmeralda did my procedure they were very helpful explained everything before my procedure, made sure I wasn't in any pain during and made sure I was okay and answered any question I had. Very greatful to them and the staff would highly recommend for anyone worried about going to the dentist. They will take very good care of you here.

Fantastic experience: I walked in and was greeted with smiles and good morning. DARIANA took my X-rays and she was so amazing.

Negative experience: The facility is absolutely disgusting. When I went in for my cleaning, there was a LAYER of dust over the hygiene table where they keep their tools. I had to ask her to clean it. In the room, there were crumbs and food debris on the floor. The windows and blinds looked like they'd never been dusted. After I paid the $450 for my cleaning, I kept receiving a text notification that I owed $50. I had to call them on four different occasions to get it removed and given that they only answer the phone one out of every ten calls, I had to keep hanging up and calling again just to get someone on the phone. The last straw was trying to cancel an appointment. Same problem. I called half a dozen times two days before, and no one answered. I called at least a dozen times the day before and still couldn't get anyone on the phone. I'm confident I'll end up getting charged for missing my appointment. This place will take advantage of you, won't give you the service you paid for in a manner that's consistent with basic hygiene, and will try to erroneously charge you when you can't get anyone on the phone to cancel an appointment. The ONLY positive thing about this place is the staff. They're very kind and professional, but that's overshadowed by the sheer number of problems with this place. My advice? Stay away.

Positive experience: So, I came here after visiting two other dentists and was pleasantly surprised to find the thoroughness of the dentist, as well as his to the point honesty. As it turned out, my teeth had to come out and he pulled no bones about it. The staff there are awesome! The firecracker or a young woman who fitted me for dentures was a hoot! Very friendly and sharp witted, a fellow rationer of sarcasm, she was. I'm horrible with names, but I sure she'll know of whom I am speaking. Today at 8 am was the big day and this morning they did the extractions with smooth elegance. I highly recommend that you opt for sedation for this type of proceedure... I'm home now and everything is well, although I did have to have my wife call and ask for some pain meds stronger than the Ibuprofen that I was sent home with. They called it right in, though.

Negative experience: Let’s start with the extremely small and overly hot waiting room. Next I had an appt at 3pm for an emergency visit (severe pain in my teeth,gums,ear,neck and throat) and this place seemed to be overbooked. There were multiple(over 4) 3pm appts waiting along me. After waiting almost an hour, I got up to get my ID back and told them I was leaving. No apologies no trying to help or anything. My options were limited today and i ended up having to spend e.r money for a tooth infection. Turn your air on, don’t over book your appts and keep on schedule.

I went and got my teeth pulled due to a major infection that was deteriorating my bone and more I spoke with the dentist here gave him the scoop on what was going on and sure enough he was able to help me he got me my partial the same day I was super terrified and went in to talk to him about this and he reassured me about the procedure and told me he'd be done in about 5 minutes well bad news he was dine in about 4 and the whole operation went smooth as could be I got home and got settled and my partial they gave me is awesome my teeth never looked like this and im so glad I came here I have a smile to be proud of and its thanks to this dentist and even with payment plans you can afford and a staff that's super kind and non judgemental because at the end of the day we're all human and deserve some respect and they were sure to give it to you here thank yall so much and can't wait to see yall on my checkup
