River Street Dental: Christopher Carroll DDS

Negative experience: Dr Carroll is a monster!!! I went in for an extraction, he didn’t approve so he made sure I felt EVERY stab of novocaine!! Didn’t wait for gel to numb me up a little!! His assistant was very nice but she had to know what he was doing…I’d call it elder abuse as well. NO I will NOT be back!!!!!

Fantastic experience: I had a terrible tooth ache over the weekend and called in at 8:00 when they opened. I was able to get in this morning as a new patient/emergency patient and Dr Carroll and his awesome staff got me in with a minimal wait and took care of me. I'm home with much less pain and recovering. Thank you all for the help.

Fantastic experience: I love going to River Street dental! Everything about it is amazing! Everything is clean and all the personnel are friendly… Dr. Carol does a great job! I was there today and I just mentioned that I’d like to watch while he worked on my teeth… Just jokingly… the next thing I knew he handed me a mirror so I could see What he was doing!! Fantastic experience: Truly God ordained appointment from a friend recommending Dr Carroll and River Street Dental, to calling the next morning and someone just canceled allowing my husband to get right in. The staff was so pleasant and professional. Crystal did an amazing job of thoroughly mapping my husband's teeth and all done with patience and compassion. Dr Carroll's caring about my husband's wellbeing came across in his calm and clear explanation of his recommended plan for his dental health. First being a man your not gna say that things hurt you but my tooth was killing me!!!! Dental assistant was awesome anyway they went step by step over what was to be done and I felt not even the smallest amount of pain … such great people and made appointments to return!!

Fantastic experience: This was my first visit to River Street Dental. Everyone was very friendly. Dr. Carroll gave me a detailed explanation of my exam, pointing out areas we’ll keep an eye on and made sure all my questions were answered. What I was most pleased about was my teeth cleaning. My Hygienist really showed concern when I mentioned I had sensitivity during previous cleanings. This was the most comfortable and painless cleaning that I’ve ever had.

Fantastic experience: From the first time I walked into River Street Dental, I found the office staff and Hygienist’s, and other staff the most professional. Even though they don’t cover our dental insurance, we chose them vs a negative experience in Hayward. They are friendly, efficient and truly seem to care about me and my dental health. Dr. Carroll even suggested I don’t have extra work done that was previously recommended because he ultimately felt it wasn’t necessary at the time. This saved me a lot of $$$ I would definitely recommend this dental office. You’ll be more than satisfied.

Fantastic experience: I lost a crown and was able to get an appt within 24 hours. Dr. Carroll and his staff were very professional and efficient. Unfortunately the crown fell out the next day. Dr Carroll reglued it the following week. He recommended a plan in case it comes out again.

I had an appointment to have a tooth pulled until I saw Dr. Carroll, and he saved my tooth, put on a crown and I still have that tooth. He will give you several options on what course of action to take to solve the problem with your teeth. He is very professional and knows his job very well. Fantastic experience: My wife and I recently moved to the Spooner area. I had a great experience with Dr. Carroll and his staff! He saw me on an emergency basis for a gold filling that had come out. All of the staff were very friendly and professional. Dr. Carroll was exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to clean and re-glue the filling. My wife and I were so impressed that we already have appointments to become regular patients. We would highly recommend River Street Dental!

Fantastic experience: It’s always so easy to get work done through Dr. Carrol. The front desk workers and staff are always friendly and seem to actually care about the customer. Will and have referred family and friends to work with Dr Carrol and his crew.

Fantastic experience: Needed to have molar with cracked root removed, analgesic worked well, tooth came out with root still attached. Sent home with me, will have gold crown removed and get $$$ for it and put tooth under pillow for tooth fairy.. did take a couple of naproxen about 4 hours later and will take a couple more before bed, but no agony that I'm aware of (I actually expected a Rx for pain medication). Very pleased with my care and cost.

I had heard positive things about Riverstreet Dental in Spooner Wisconsin and made an appointment and was so glad I did. Dr. Carroll and his kind, caring and professional staff have been so helpful to me and my 12 year old son. Dr. Carroll's artistry allowed me to feel comfortable smiling for the first time in years at my daughter's wedding.Their office is state of the art and it's a positive environment.
