They always take the time to make sure we understand all our options and that we're comfortable with our treatment plans and they give the kids little prizes. Dr. Rice is practical and skillful so even if your teeth are in really bad shape he'll know what to do.

Negative experience: Called and got quoted 65$ for consult and xray. Got charged double than what they quoted over phone. Don’t go here. Save your money. You’ll be on the phone all day disputing charges!!

Negative experience: Terrible experience for my wife and I. I would not recommend coming here unless you want to be greeted with rudeness and multiple visits to get the work done because it was wrong the first 5 times. Save yourself the trouble go somewhere better.

Fantastic experience: I can’t say enough about Dr.Rice and his team. As a child I had terrible dental experiences that gave me so much pain and fear of dental work. I would be six to seven years old enduring pain because the dentist didn’t care to listen when I said I could still feel the pain. I had dental work done with Dr. Rice and his assistant and I left out of there with tears of joy and relief. For the first time a dental team made sure that they went above and beyond to ensure that I couldn’t feel pain. It was the end of the day for them and they could have rushed through to get home but they took the time to make sure that I had the proper dosage to be numb. They also walked me through each step to make sure I understood what was happening and how long each step would take. Anyone with anxiety knows that is a big part of dealing with it. For the first time in my life I feel confident and safe that I can have the work I need done to repair my dental work and get the pain out of my mouth. I highly recommend Dr. Rice and his team!!!!

Fantastic experience: I was in pain when I arrived at Ozark family dental. I was to get a cleaning and I dreaded it knowing how much my gums hurt. However, Kylie was very gentle. She worked around the sore spot on my gums and I was amazed that she was able to clean my teeth without me feeling more pain. And then Dr Rice gave me an antibiotic. I have been sick off and on for 2 weeks and didn't know what was wrong with me. It turns out it was in my teeth. So with this dose of antibiotics I should start feeling better soon. The girls in the office are wonderful too. I was having car trouble and had to leave my car running and they offered to keep an eye on it and go out and check on it. They also have been helping me with insurance. I have been in many offices where the staff is grumpy and crabby, but you won't find that here, they're all smiles and laughter. I can't say enough good things about them except they are efficient and professional. I look forward to many more years with them. Sincerely, Joyce B
