Fantastic experience: My experience was very good. The care of Dr. Adams and April during my visit was first class. Dr. Adams was painless in his numbing and preparing my two teeth for the crowns. April’s attention to detail was evident and she explained everything as she worked on me. It was a very pleasant experience.

Fantastic experience: This is the best dental office in Reidsville. There is so much experience under one roof. Dr. Adams and his staff are very friendly and compassionate about what they do. If you need a dentist this one checks all the boxes. Make your appointment today

Positive experience: Competent, friendly staff. Make sure you double-check any referrals they make. This doesn't necessarily apply to this practice, but things do get missed, and one needs ensure that what CMD told you they needed done, gets done. Also, kind of a big negative for me, I don't need reminding of the dental work I know I need done every two weeks. If it's bothering me, I'll let you know. Rainmaking isn't a good look for a medical practice.

Fantastic experience: This dentistry office truly lives up to its company name. They are "caring." I have a sister with advanced MS who is very restricted in her ability to move. They have treated her with such compassion. Their staff member Dorema also went out of her way to help us locate another provider to assist with services they did not offer, particularly one which could accommodate my sister's needs. They are exceptional!

Fantastic experience: It had been 7 years since I had been to a dentist. I met with the Hygenist Shelly. She was super and caring. Unfortunately for me I had a lot of work to be done. I met with Dr. Hodges, she was concerned about my phobia of dentists. Dr. Hodges did all my procedures and did a great job. I’m not afraid to smile again. I started my procedures in April and finished my last one today 7-15-2025. All in all, everyone is very friendly and caring. The new technology has made going to the dentist a lot easier. The office also provides dental insurance. May5, 2026 One year post starting dental procedures my mouth is healthy and no cavities. Shelly and Dr. Hodges, thank you so much for giving me back my smile and health.

Fantastic experience: I’m 40 years old, I’ve never had a cavity. I was having out of this world sensitive teeth. To the point where it was affecting me to eat. I thought I had cavities . I was so scared. I was new to the area and i didn’t know where to go. I called Caring Modern Dentistry for an appointment. They got me right in. I got a full exam with x rays. I was given a script for toothpaste. 3 weeks later I came in for the actual cleaning. 1. My teeth are not sensitive anymore . 2. Even tho I had no issues with my daily eating and drinking since the toothpaste, Shelly was SO GENTLE and careful. She took her time and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. 3. Mid way I noted areas that were very sensual and was able to get nova cane to complete the session. But I didn’t even feel it because they put topical numbing in my mouth and used a buzzer to desensitize the nerve!!! I want to stress that no one treated my discomfort as an inconvenience. They went above and beyond to make me comfortable and complete the cleaning with genuine heart and compassion. In such a small town, I did not expect to be taken care of like this. Thank you! And princess points to Shelly! She has a touch of an angel.

Fantastic experience: Recently moved and I had been with my previous dentist for 15+yrs, and transitions can be awkward. But landing with Caring Modern Dentistry felt like I never left. Everyone showed the same super friendly, caring, knowledgeable and compassionate care that I enjoyed at my previous dentist. Great group and I highly recommend them.

Fantastic experience: Dr.Adams and his team have been really good to me. I had an emergency situation over the weekend and had to have a tooth pulled. Due to an accident I was in about 20 years ago I’ve had a lot of dental work done. I now have a high anxiety going to the dentist. I have to say Dr. Adams is the best dentist I have ever seen. I would recommend him 100 percent. Thank you so much Dr. Adams and your staff. You have a wonderful team.

Fantastic experience: This office is Fantastic! All Staff was very Friendly and Space was Very Clean! Yadira at the front desk was very polite, she also gave me a tour of the building! My hygienist, Angie is the Best! She was very Personable, Professional, Knowledgeable and Helpful! She’s honestly Spectacular and eased the normal “dentist anxiety” quickly! The Chair had heat & Massaged! Air purifiers in every room! Dr. Adams was also wonderful! I will certainly be coming here for years to come! I Would Recommend! They also offer a in house “insurance” of sorts to help if you don’t have your own dental insurance!

Fantastic experience: I had so much anxiety getting back into the dentists office, but my hygienist, Angie, did wonders to put me at ease and help me not feel overwhelmed. The dentist was also caring and overall it was a much better experience than another practice that caused me so much anxiety. Beautiful, clean office, and caring professionals!

Negative experience: Went for an emergency visit for tooth pain. Told me I may need two root canals but definitely one on my back tooth. Then sent me to an endodontics in Greensboro that can’t get me in for a week. So basically a waste of my time and money.. leaving in pain knowing I have to wait a week without a price quote, drive to another dentist, or pray I can find someone that can help me. I saw reviews seeing they did root canals here so I don’t understand why I wasn’t helped

Fantastic experience: Caring Modern Dentistry is a complete dental practice, from the understanding Shelley and Tabatha who answers the phone; to the knowledgeable and informative dental hygienist Page, to the modern dentist, Doctor Adam’s, with the latest dental applications, that causes minimal pain. The office is welcoming and inviting. I have never been in or seen a dental practice, that has throughly put such great emphasis on all aspects of a dental visit from the patients’ perspective. When I learned I had several cavities, I needed a DEEP cleaning, and a Root canal, I thought I was going to die. This office made it bearable, and helped me with my life time Dentist fear. They are kind, gentle, they don't rush , and they understand those of us who cry like babies. The Dentist is wonderful... she knows how to give shots with out pain! Negative experience: Not very happy although the service is good they made it a point to get paid not telling me I'm out of network seemed deceitful and obligated me to pay on the spot in wich I did not have it to put out being on a fixed income I will be looking for a new Dentist that's Honest and in network!!!

I have had nothing but the Greatest customer service from the time of my initial call to schedule an appointment to the day of my visit. In today's time and in this rush rush world people tend to not care about customers, and give you robotic I don't care customer service, but I do not normally give reviews, but I am excited about giving these ladies and doctor a great review, and 5-star A 1 . Fantastic experience: Went to see Dr. adams about what I believed was a small abscess near a capped tooth with very little left to attach to. I received a careful evaluation and with more concern for the loss of the tooth than I had Dr Adams recommended close monitoring and a wait and see approach. I think it’s going to work out as the thing seems to be going away This is just another reason why I trust Dr Adams and caring modern dentistry!

Negative experience: I've been a patient with Dr.Adams since I was 5. Long before it became caring modern dentistry and it was more of a family environment. I scheduled an emergency visit the day before. Confirmed my time and was good to go. I get a call from the office a hour before my appointment when I've taken the day off work saying I have a balance and will need to pay it. Call my insurance and they are sending me a check for the visits needed. However it would be a few days before it came in the mail. Call the office back to tell them that, only to be told I could be seen as a cash visit however no services could be done without the checks. The dates of service was 1.5 years prior. I have not heard anything else from them about it. I even got a call to schedule my cleaning. Instead of seeing me for the appointment scheduled the day before they choose to let a long time patient not be seen. It's sad to see a small family practice servicing the needs of patients now turn into this. Understanding the business needs to operate however not holding your appointment and letting the checks come in to be paid is not the correct move in my opinion. I would not recommend this new organization for anyone looking for a long term doctor. Sad to throw away long term patients and friends.

Positive experience: They are super nice, welcoming and comforting. Although, I’m not sure which man it was but I was told I would have to get a few teeth pulled and that my tooth couldn’t be saved. I got a second opinion and was able to get a root canal same day at another practice. I wouldn’t let this stop you from giving them a chance, everybody has off days and I’m giving the benefit of the doubt. I’m just very glad I called around after. I do give them insane props on taking me in last minute without me even calling, I just showed up when they opened and they let me fill out the paper work and I was good.

Negative experience: I had porcelain veneers installed nearly 20 years ago at great expense by a DDS-FAGD. The first failed by decay in about 10 years. The rest are failing in varying degrees. There is no way to maintain hygene of the living teeth so they rot from within. Then you must decide when to have the roots removed. The result in time is to be caused to endure great pain until having all veneered teeth extracted. Their is also a correlation between decay and heart disease. Remember dentist are not medical doctors and are not subject to the hypocratic oath. And the "statute of limitations" is typically 2 years so there is no way to recover the cost much less damages for pain; suffering or alternatives for reconstruction. Fair warning.

Just as (or more) important, my hygienist is gentle, thorough, patient, and very knowledgeable; she takes time to explain everything. Office staff are warm, friendly, and very efficient. Everyone here is good at their job and seems to love it!
