Fantastic experience: This was my first time going there, and everyone treats you nice, and my cleaning was very good, it felt like a good cleaning! And Dr. Mehta & the hygienist explains things very clearly to me. Yes this will be my Dentist from now on!!! Thanks! My 2nd time coming here was great Dr. Jeremy was Awesome, cleaned my teeth very well, Thanks Jeremy!! My appt today 8/7/26 was very good and everything went well!! Dr. Jeremy does a good job and he's really nice. So is all of the staff!

Fantastic experience: All staff were very proficient at their different tasks performed. All were very polite, professional and caring in their tone and demeanor. The office itself was exceptionally clean, and efficient with the use, of the space, in that building. Parking easy and plentiful. Modern updates were very appreciated with the latest equipment to increase the comfort and diagnostic ability for the patient. All staff intermingled in their jobs, and had pleasant conversation among each other. A great team approach. Dr. Mehta very proficient, matter of fact, and realistic about the needs of the patient. I never felt the decisions made, were hers alone. She was pleasant, caring, and full of appropriate information that she was happy to relay before decisions made. Her work was exceptional in diligence to achieve the best of what could be attained with the situation presenting itself. I appreciated the office manager who spoke financial requirements plainly, and with sympathy for cost of extended work needed. All staff worked together to move around their schedule to help in a situation that was time sensitive. All in all, an excellent visit that greatly improved my dental life.

There for a filling and a deep cleaning I was very comfortable and impressed with their work. Shout out to Denise who made me feel comfortable and confident with the filling procedure. She assisted Dr. Mehta with the filling which was painless and quick. Feeling good about the results I moved on to Jeremy who did my deep cleaning. Everything was done quickly and professionally. Fantastic experience: I had my first visit with this dentistry today. My appointment was at 8:30 and I arrived a little early and they called me back at 8:27 which was awesome. First impression was it was a very clean and very cute office. Kolby checked me in and was super efficient and kind with new patient forms. Juana performed my cleaning and she was very thorough and explained what she was doing every step of the way which was considerate and informative (also every single thing she told me, Dr. Mehta came in and told me the exact same thing so that was nice to hear. Go Juana!!). They also suggested I get Invisalign (which they do through their office) and went over some options for financial plans and never once made me feel pressured into it. They even offer a free consultation to see if it was something you’d be interested in. They also gave me other suggestions if Invisalign wasn’t something I’d be able to afford. All in all I felt well taken care of, the staff was friendly, and it was a very clean environment. OH! and I called Tuesday and they managed to get me in the next morning at 8:30am which was nice.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to South West Dental Associates for about 3 years now. In my opinion this is the best Dental Office in Rocky Mount, VA they do excellent work, make you feel cared for and are courteous and professional. I would refer family and friends to this Dental Office.

The office was a bit shorted staffed however; it didn't show at all with my visit!! They also showed deep concerned for the missing staff member which I appreciated very much! So appreciate the office location to my home.

Fantastic experience: My first visit for a cleaning went very well. Dr. Mehta seemed to be a very nice Dentist, and I appreciated her follow up. I also thought the free snacks, and the drinks in lobby was a surprisingly nice touch. Let's just see how my second visit goes. : ) The only thing I dislike is an excessively long wait in the lobby after my scheduled appointment. This long waits seem to be a trend at Dr. Mehta’s office. However, the staff, and their dental services continue to be great.

You won't be disappointed! Add On: My son had a (what I thought to be a dental emergency ) situation with one of his baby teeth today. We're talking full on Mom Panic Mode Activated! The ladies, always INCREDIBLE, worked my kiddo in on the fly! Had him seen within the hour and out the door all fixed up! I could never brag enough about this office as it is. But today they had my son (who is so SCARED of having any dental work done) LAUGHING in the chair, he was so comfortable with them all! This is the place you want to have working on you. They are all incredible at what they do, and always go above and beyond!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Mehta and her staff are fantastic! I went in yesterday with a chipped tooth, because the tooth had a big filling and a cavity it would need a crown. Due to a surgery coming up I needed it fixed ASAP. They came through for me. Temporary crown yesterday and a permanent one today. Just one example of the care they provide to patients.
