Fantastic experience: I chose this practice because of its glowing reviews. This practice is out of network for me, so more $$ out of pocket. I have severe dentistry anxiety so was seeking a good but gentle and understanding practice. My first visit was outstanding! Dr Lesh and his team, Rebekah and Kristin were so welcoming and accommodating, I felt at ease immediately. I look forward to having them continue the work on my many dental needs.

Fantastic experience: Dr. Lesh and his team are amazing. We have been coming here for over six months and have always had a wonderful experience with them. They have treated us with respect, patience and kindness (as well as plenty of "dad" jokes!). One thing I like about them, that I never got at other places, was the transparency of what is included with my insurance and the pre-estimates for future visits. I always know if I have to pay anything, and why insurance won't cover that specific item. I've never had to wait more than a few minutes after checking in, and they are amazing with my six year old. They answer all of our questions, give feedback on what we are doing right/what could be better, as well as they tell me why we are doing certain things as well as showing me pictures of what needs to happen next. I do have a bit of anxiety with dentists, but Dr. Lesh can really make you laugh while he's working with your teeth! Kristin is always amazing as well, she's down to earth and makes you feel like you are part of the family. I am so happy to have found this team, and we will keep coming here for foreseeable future! :)

Fantastic experience: I hadn’t been to the dentist in four years and was very nervous about my visit. I was afraid of being judged on how bad my teeth are. BUT after going to this dentist I realized I had nothing to be nervous about. They were all extremely kind and non judgmental. Not only were they kind to me, but they’re all kind to each other. You can tell that they like their jobs. I will definitely keep going to this dentist.

Positive experience: I left a direct review on 3/6/26 with details about my last experience and haven’t heard peep from them. For me it just shows that they don’t actually care about your experience. Although I have been going there for several years, I will find a new dentist. Edit: They have reached out to me not only on here but personally and have apologize for the miscommunication. It sounds like they are implementing new steps now they are aware of the client’s perspective. They have also expressed that they’re taking an additional step to make it right.

Fantastic experience: Had tooth extracted today was extremely nervous but they were able to get me calmed down. The extraction was painless. I used to be really scared of dentist but they are taking away my fear. Thanks for the great care you have given me.

Fantastic experience: UPDATE: I finished my dental treatment today and cannot imagine going to another dentist. The entire team is amazing and made me feel so safe and HEARD during my procedure. 10/10, cannot recommend highly enough, especially if you have a fear of the dentist. Rebekah, their office manager, is so sweet and understanding. I have a huge fear of the dentist (as most people do!) and they made me feel so comfortable and calm—even before I sat in the chair. Dr. Lesh’s team is amazing.

Fantastic experience: As a stay-at-home mom with two littles one of which is a Velcro baby haha the thought of going to the dentist for me was a nightmare... let alone going to an apt for all three of us! But not only do we receive grace every time we come running around with our toddler energy; Yelm Dental also provided their energy and patience and after a day that seemed like a "Monday" the help was much appreciated

Fantastic experience: Complete dental phobe here. I have a hard time getting numb but Dr Lest is watchful for any signs of discomfort. I usually add nitrous to any procedure requiring numbing. He has done an extraction and a crown and I didn't feel a thing. His staff if great and together they create a very relaxed atmosphere.

They were very thorough going through my health and dental history while getting me ready for Dr.Lesh, who was amazing. Dr. Lesh did a very thorough examination. The exterior property is well maintained. Inside the establishment has the latest dental equipment available. Very clean and welcoming lobby. Employees all were very nice. Office manager is easy to talk to available to answer questions or help with potential cost savings routes to consider. Overall experience was excellent. The overall health of my teeth is great now. Fantastic experience: I hadnt been to a dentist in far too many years, I was fearful with anxiety however I knew I had to see a dentist. I googled dentists and their web site immediately caught my attention. When I called they made me feel welcomed. The staff spends quality time with you. They are kind, gentle, and caring, and make you feel as one of their family not just another office patient in line. The business is also in a charming old house so if you fear going to a dentist, which I do, you feel more relaxed and can even wait outside on the old covered porch.

They responded outside of business hours and got us in within about 20 minutes to assess and determine correct action. MY daughter was highly concerned and nervous but they did an outstanding job making her feel at ease and turning a difficult situation into a pleasant experience for all involved. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I scheduled an appointment due to some tooth pain, i also had trouble flossing due to tightness between teeth, doctor helped me with both, free of charge, and explained the source of the issues. my bite feels much better and there is zero pain in my tooth and i’m now flossing more comfortably. The staff was also extremely nice.
