Fantastic experience: We recently visited with an emergency dental need for my husband. I have to say that we were treated with the utmost respect and kindness. They were very thorough in explaining payment options for today's procedure and a treatment plan for the future. All in all, I was impressed with the fact that they seemed to care more about the patient's overall health than anything else.

Fantastic experience: I had a really good experience today at Alpha Dental as far as the service and the dentist in the nurses everybody was great I didn't have to wait very long at all just a few minutes after I filled out my paperwork and they took me back and right away start doing x-rays and within probably 10 minutes I was seeing the dentist. I would definitely recommend going there and I will definitely go back

Fantastic experience: i done the the molding for my dentures! I'm very excited about getting my dentures the staff told me it would take approx a month n I will have them! All the staff there were very nice. matter of fact I was running about 20 mins behind schedule so i called to see if it was ok to still come in...she was very understanding and thankfully was able to still take me when I arived! I was treated with a smile, no waiting! the procedure was well explained n went smoothly.. I have my next apt in 2 weeks! I can't wait!! thanks to all of u!!

My daughter also came to Alpha, and Kayla connected with her on a personal level as well. She was able to help me teach my daughter all things dental. Ty Kayla for all your hard work. You rock. Dr Shawn is awesome. He did so much dental work on me and never let me feel pain. I have a huge fear of pain and dentists. He calmed all my Fears and got the job done. I can't say enough great things about the staff at alpha!! Highly recommend them!!!

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Alpha Dental in Logan for four or five years. Patti the dental hygienist is the best at that job of anyone I’ve ever been to. The dentist is exceptional, for example he repaired a rather tricky root canal for me a few years ago and there have been no issues with it since. Friendly staff. If you have to go to a dentist I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Negative experience: Poor experience attempting to schedule with them for a wisdom tooth extraction. I waited 4 days for a call return from my voicemail left. I ended up calling in again, waiting on hold 15minutes to be told im getting transferred to someone to schedule with. They were hard to understand, had an obvious language barrier, and transfered me to voicemail instead. I called back in, waited another 15 minutes and got another person who also had a language barrier and they then made it seem like there was a high likelihood they couldn't do the wisdom tooth extraction, then hung up on me.

Fantastic experience: I had an excellent experience at Alpha Dental in Logan. From start to finish, everything about my appointment was great. There was barely any wait time, and everyone I interacted with was pleasant, professional, and genuinely helpful, from the receptionist to the dental assistant to the dentist. I originally came in for some tooth problems I was having, and even though their next available appointment was a month out, they had a cancellation and were able to squeeze me in right away for a cleaning and fillings. I really appreciated how accommodating and efficient they were. I couldn’t recommend Alpha Dental Logan more. They truly go above and beyond for their patients.

Negative experience: Last time i was here a male asian doctor poked several of my teeth with the second needle for the pain killer not my gums like it was meant to, i think he thought i just wanted more not that i could still feel everything. Then as he worked on my teeth he decided to grind flat the tips of 3/4 of my canines, which hurt for months and im really scared of it cracking down the middle the way he grinded it

Negative experience: They have a call center making their appointments. I made an appointment scheduled for the next day after driving an hour there they said I did not have an appointment scheduled. I called the call center back got ahold of the same lady then she told me I said I didn’t want the appointment I said I never said that. She argued and yelled in the phone talking over me very unprofessional!

Fantastic experience: Going to Alpha Dental was great! This was the first time my husband and I went there and we were a little nervous, but everyone at Alpha Dental was so kind and friendly!

Fantastic experience: I drive an hour to get to Alpha Dental because they are the best in the area. The staff is professional, friendly, and always welcoming. They’re exceptionally thorough and take the time to explain everything, which makes a major difference to me. Even my teenage kids, who used to dread going to the dentist, don’t mind going anymore since we started coming here. That says a lot. If you have dental anxiety or a phobia, I highly recommend Alpha Dentistry. They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and cared for.

Fantastic experience: As someone who has not been to the dentist for tens of years and has had a history of teeth problems, I was extremely nervous to schedule this appointment. In fact, I almost didn't exit my car after arriving to the building because I felt like I was going to vomit thinking about the various ways my appointment could go badly. However, I am so glad I bit the bullet and entered anyway. The staff was incredibly friendly, concise, and did not shame me at all for my lack of dental work. The appointment went so well that I feel silly for being anxious in the first place. I am now scheduled for at least two more appointments (and assuredly more in the future).

Negative experience: My daughter was seen for a wisdom teeth removal consultation two months ago. We were told we would receive a call back with a scheduled appointment for the procedure within three days. Not only did they not call me back, but every time I go directly to the office, they are closed. Additionally, when I call the main line, I start to talk to someone and they disconnect. Every. Single. Time. Is this place a fraud or a front for something?

Fantastic experience: Posting for Rick Martin. Upon my arrival I found that parking was easy and when I entered the building I enjoyed the good natured banter of the staff. After a less than 10 minute wait I was ushered into a well lit, very clean examination room and the nurse immediately started asking questions, because this was my first visit. She explained why she needed the information and why she was doing a cat scan of my teeth. Upon completion of the tests she informed the doctor of my needs. He explained what he felt I needed done, the costs of the procedures and if I would like to have them done today. Everything went smoothly and I'm recovering nicely.

Positive experience: They are very good as well as kid friendly. Both my kids and my husband goes to alpha and never complain about how the employees treated them it's always very fast in and out no waiting. They have always gave us referrals to other places if they could not to the work in their office so we love going to alpha dental in Logan Ohio. The one and only thing is if your running late and try to call it's a waiting game in which they do get very busy and you have to wait till it's ur turn just to tell them ur running a little bit late in which normally they will work with u even being late so I would recommend them to anyone and every one

Patty Lewis was my hygienist, and I can’t say enough positive things about her. Her chair side manner was polite and professional. She politely reminded me of my shortcomings in failing to floss my teeth. And the consequences of my actions. My appointment concluded with Dr. Sean. Dr. Sean Advised me of some repairs that needed to be made in the near future. In conclusion, I would just like to say that Alfa Dental in Logan Oh. has a polite professional, personal-able staff that makes attending the dentist a more pleasant experience.
