Fantastic experience: The staff is very friendly. To my surprise, I never have to wait long before I’m call in for my appointments. Unfortunately, that doesn’t seem to be the norm in many medical offices these days. It seems common to be asked to show up early but when things are running behind no one ever texts you to say they are 20 to 30 minutes behind schedule so there is no need to rush in at exactly your scheduled appointment time so you can just sit while looking through a collection of old magazines. This place seems to stay on schedule which is a welcome relief. My questions are always answered with clear explanations. I like my experiences here.

Fantastic experience: Great dental office!!! From the front desk staff, to dental assistant Jaime, and of course Dr Braun all were very informative. They took their time to explain everything. It is a very comfortable setting as well! I’m 65 yrs old and, this dental office is the best I’ve ever been to!

Fantastic experience: This wasn't a dental appointment it was a PARTY! I haven't had this much fun in a dentist's office since I was a kid, and they gave out lollipops! Honestly, that was the most comprehensive dental exam I have EVER had. I think I'll stick around to see what happens next!

January 23 I had a cleaning appointment and it went just like the others spot on. These are great people, great attitudes true professionals. Just great people. June 3 as always the people who work here are great at their jobs. Got teeth cleaned and a filling done in a very timely manner. The doctor and her staff keep everything light and upbeat I will say again great place.

Fantastic experience: Amazing dentist (Dr Braun) and all of their staff! They're EXTREMELY caring. It had been 25 years since I have saw a dentist regularly, bc of major PTSD. Dr Braun is so gentle, ensuring that I had zero pain with even my cleaning. They're about your overall comfort and that is a breath of fresh air to me! I actually somewhat like going to the dentist now.

Fantastic experience: I’m so happy that I found this practice for my dental care. Dr. Braun and her staff were very thorough in their exam, and her explanation of their findings was consistent with my dental history. The staff and the office were very calming and pleasant. This practice also coordinates sleep studies and creates dental appliances for sleep apnea patients. Patients who can’t tolerate cpap should consider this option.

The new patient process was straightforward and easy to navigate. Though scheduling out a reasonable amount of time, I requested to be put on a cancellation list and was able to be seen much sooner! Fantastic experience: My appointment today at Roseburg Family Dental Care, was to see my hygienist for x-rays, checkup and cleaning. I had a good check up and now I have some helpful tools to care for my gums and teeth for my fall cleaning appointment. Fantastic experience: I am giving a dental device for sleep apnea. A whole new ball game for me. The doctor and the staff are all infection, everything fit as it was supposed to and they explained the procedure to use it and how to clean it and adjust it. I was very impressed. I can't wait to try it. It will be my first time without AC. Pap machine in over twenty years. I will be back later and let you all know how it worked if it doesn't. It's no fault of that excellent staff and Doctor. And the bonus is they also take v a community care.

Fantastic experience: Just started going to Roseburg Family Dental Care 6 months ago and my first visit was awesome, teeth cleaned and a plan for the future based off X-rays. Recently had pain that I hadn’t experienced before and RFDC was able to fit me in the next day to diagnose, Which ended up in a root canal and fixed next business day. That was last week and today’s check up and six month cleaning along with the filling for the root canal was not only painless, but pleasant. Everyone there is friendly and genuine, and my Hygienist was top notch!!

Fantastic experience: I had a specific problem with a couple of my teeth. Dr Braun thoroughly examined my teeth and diagnosed the problem (s) I was having with discomfort and ‘adjusted’ my bite so that everything was ‘fixed’! I feel very comfortable with Dr. Braun and her excellent staff. The entire office is very professional and I always know I’ll get ‘taken care of’ when I go there! I highly recommend this doctor and office !

Negative experience: Financially, misleading, condescending attitude by a 20 something. I am sure you will justify everything with your reply. I’m not going to go into all the details but when a person waits months for an appointment and was quoted a rate and they saved up for it to find out that it’s going to be Triple what you were told is simply WRONG

Fantastic experience: I have had issues with the dentist since I was a kid. Multiple bad experiences made me absolutely dread going to the dentist office. Life changed when I started coming here. I was beside myself with the amount of caring this staff exudes. They were so friendly and asked me questions NO other dentist has. Questions that showed they cared about my experience. I didn’t feel like just another victim in the chair. Listen, I’ve been going to the dentist for darn near half a century and not a single dentist/hygienist has ever told me my mouth had occlusal. Meaning its shape is different, so the xray tags dig in extremely painfully. Whoa, X-rays that don’t hurt or taste like blood. Nice. Then they mentioned the color of my facial hair and told me about how I have a receptor that doesn’t really process the shots. So for the first time in half a century, I had pain-free dental work. It was such a nice change to not be white knuckling in the chair, wondering why everyone didn’t complained about the dentist and why I was so weak. Some of these things may seem very obvious to some of you, but to me it wasn’t. The great thing about this place is they will educate you and take care of you. It’s priceless. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: I visited Dr. Braun to for a problem I was having. I asked for a full evaluation of my mouth. A full digital x-ray was performed with photos of all my teeth! I had never had such a thorough exam in years. I am a retired hygienist and was really impressed with her thoroughness, the complete explanation of my concerns and her friendly, caring , gentle chair side manner. She made it a point to give me an opportunity to share any concerns or past issues that I may have had with other dentist so they could be addressed. Dr. Braun also recommended specific steps for care, but ultimately let me make the decision based on needs, treatments, procedures and timelines. Sauni was a pleasure to work with on the phone as well as in person. Jamie was an extremely personable and gentle. Both Sauni & Jamie were patient with my questions as well as humor. Hygienist was full of random dental facts which were both interesting & helpful to remember as reasons to take care of my teeth.
