Fantastic experience: I've been to 3 dental offices in Sierra Vista (due to insurance changes), and this is by far the best. I would highly recommend them for your dental care!

Negative experience: If I could do 0 stars I would. They barely looked at my poor 2 year old, said they needed to pull his top 4 front teeth and tried to get me to schedule the appointment. I cried for DAYS thinking about him getting bullied for having no teeth. I got a second opinion and they capped/filled and fixed his teeth no problem. Now theyre trying to get me to pay this big bill for barely looking at my son's teeth. Horrible place. Don't recommend. Always get a second opinion.

Negative experience: The dentist said my lower jaw bone was not able to accommodate a lower plate. However my lower jaw bone was the same as it is now when I got the set I have now! I even explained that I don't need adhesive to keep them in. So he said I needed a specialist!

Fantastic experience: Dr. Wait was great in listening to my dental history. The hygienist who cleaned my teeth was extremely thorough and articulate in her explanation of my dental care in the proper use of my electric toothbrush how to brush with it to thoroughly clean my teeth and gums. She also gave me sound recommendations on changing my electric toothbrush head every three months and why, to help my teeth stay healthy and look their best.

Negative experience: I called this morning because, as I told them, in having a dental emergency. A tooth that had gone bad. I was excited that they were able to get me in the same day. I get there, do the paperwork, go back, they do an x-ray of the bad tooth. Then, the dentist comes in and tells me that there is no saving that tooth...umm, DUH. I said I just need it pulled. He proceeds to tell me that he doesn't pull teeth, and wants to give me a referral to an oral surgeon in Tucson! What kind of dentist doesn't pull teeth??? This is a simple extraction of a tooth that had literally started growing out of the bone. It's just barely in there. It's not a complex problem, but he wants me to be in pain for the two weeks before I can get an appointment, pay 4times what it should cost because it's an oral surgeon, have to miss a whole day of work to travel to and from Tucson. What? I obviously picked the wrong dental office to call...I left without the referral.

Fantastic experience: I really enjoyed my daughter's hygienist. She provided guidance to me as a parent on proper hygiene tech while using a water pik. The dentist followed through with encouragement to my daughter..letting her know she was doing a good job. Both professionals we saw today were new to us. I hope they stay!

Fantastic experience: They were absolutely amazing!!!! Amanda is a great asset to their team. The Anesthesiologist was absolutely above and beyond amazing. This mamas nerves was freaked out as having my almost 2 year old put under for dental work. He made me feel so comfortable and truly took the time to answer my questions and reassured me and my husband both everything was going to be smooth. It’s soo hard to trust people with our son let alone someone who is going to put him to sleep. So many variables. However, he was amazing and came out on top. I can’t thank them enough for being so calm and patient with me.

Fantastic experience: I was hesitant to seek out a new dentist since moving here. I have a phobia about dentist, since childhood. Well, I struck gold. My very first visit, I was met with a friendly front desk staff. My X-ray tech, Allie was friendly and helped me feel at ease. The Hygentist ,Maria was friendly, gentle, knowledgeable and helped calmed my fears. Dr Waite talked to me about a potential issue we need to keep an eye on. All in all a great visit. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Got two fillings here ... and it was awesome . Swear to god, I was blown away by how quick and painless it was. I dont even think it took him 3 minutes per filling. I was legitimately impressed considering the rating on Google wasn't amazing. But trust me... this is the place to go

Negative experience: A very quick in and out! They billed my insurance $94 to put my baby’s head in his lap, look into my baby’s mouth, and tell me “everything looks normal”. No educational material. No instruction. No explanation for my concerns. Just “normal”. We were treated like just another number here.

Negative experience: I'm giving two stars becuase of the great service from one of the ladies at the front desk (the one who seats on the right side (blonde)). Otherwise, no stars.....The clinic is dirty, the floor, seats, bad odor are unsatisfactory. No eye protection, napkins, not even mouthwash, didn't even gave water to rinse after cleaning. While the Dentist and the assistants were amicable, due to these reasons I won't recommend this clinic.

Negative experience: Terrible experience. Went in with a broken tooth and exposed nerve and all they did was prescribe me amoxicillan and sent me on my way. No extraction or ability to work with your needs. Why even have a dental office if you aren't doing dental work? Seems like a scam to me and insurance companies beware.

Dr. Adams is no longer there, but we had the best experience with the new doctor that is currently at General dental my son came in for an abscess they were able to get authorization to extract the tooth. He pulled tooth all under 30 minutes we had the best experience.

Negative experience: Would give 0 stars if I could. I shouldn't have to argue about using numbing gel on my 4 year olds teeth before shots... period. Never in my life have I had such a non-caring-endless-string-of-excuses, experience. The nurse must be paid to argue nc everything i said she has something to say about something. I miss the old doctor, the owner dr. is overconfident and rude. I dont care if you think you give good painless shots. Moving to 1st dental for a better bedside manner. Even the staff was like....we understand.
