Negative experience: What a joke. Dentist was aggressive and unconcerned about my child’s anxiety. Instead of being patient (with a child) decides to refuse to do the procedure leaving my child without care. And no wonder they don’t let parents back…. They are not caring for our children or displaying any type of good bedside manner. Terrible experience.

Negative experience: The dentist was a older lady that looked like she should have been retired my daughter was nervous and anxious she was in the chair for less than two minutes before The Dentist said she couldn’t do it and turned it over to a dental hygienist I think if she can’t even look at my child’s teeth without getting upset, she should no longer practice. The dental hygienist assistant was wonderful and took charge looked at her teeth and brushed them.

Negative experience: Genuinely horrible dental office I went in needed a root canal and I felt the entire process I was crying the entire time in pain and all they said to me was I was okay I tried telling them I need more numbing but they didn’t listen at all it was a horrible experience

Positive experience: My overall experience was amazing for our first time here but there was one thing that I didn’t like.There was an older nurse (she had on all black scrubs) and I don’t like how she assumingely thought that was son was in foster care though there is nothing with being in foster care.

Negative experience: The work completed was done in excellence. However, I do not appreciate the nurse speaking in the presence of my child her political opinions about the celebration of Dr. Martin Luther King that is not appropriate for the workplace and could ensue legalities.

Negative experience: I was able to schedule an appointment really quickly so that was great. BUT, we waited almost an hour past appointment time to be called back. Once back, it was too many chairs in not enough space - like, no privacy or anything like that. They rushed through my son’s appointment once they did finally get to him and I didn’t feel like they were through enough. They were nice enough, but we won’t be going back.

Negative experience: I took my kids to Peach Tree for Kids today. They wouldn’t let me go back with my kids. After the cleanings I was given an appointment card for procedures and an antibiotic prescription without any explanation. After a LOT of questions, I finally found out one of my kids has an abscess, one needs 2 fillings and a root canal (all in baby teeth). How could the decay be so bad when he had zero cavities at his appointment 6 months ago? I’m thinking they missed it at his last appt. My 3rd kid I never even found out what hers was for. She said either she has a cavity or a filling fell out? I never even saw the dentist at all, let alone spoke to him. So frustrated and confused right now. This is our 3rd cleaning (plus a procedural appointment) and I still don’t know the dentist’s name or what he looks like.

Negative experience: My son received service yesterday afternoon for a chipped tooth, it just felt off right after leaving the office I been calling all morning and nobody answer bad service, and horrible customer service ugh

Fantastic experience: My 11yo son has autism. The hygienist and dentist was more than flexible and accommodating! He didn’t want to be in the chair? No issue. They provided services from a regular chair. He didn’t want to let them in his mouth? I bit of coaxing from me and distracting with our iPad and he started to comply. They worked around and with us!! At every turn both the hygienist and dentist maintained a bedside manner that was understanding of sensory and personal space issues we battle. I — as a father of the special needs patient — am VERY happy with the services we received.
