Fantastic experience: Had an appointment for a Wednesday, and they were kind enough to fast track me on a Monday, because of the gravity of my situation. That's a new experience for me. 10/10 A+ 100% ⭐️ Will return.

Negative experience: My wife Made an appointment before the year was over because it was all that was available was told it would be no charge over the phone but come the next two weeks after waiting was told a blatant lie about system changes and malfunctions I would have payed anyway because of the wait and the fact the other office I went to gave me the same run around even after paying but my wife was fed up after being reassured three times over the phone it wasn’t. Don’t Recommend

Fantastic experience: Aspen Dental in Hobbs New Mexico was truly blessed to have Doctor Pond as their dentist there for the last 2/12 months. His credentials and experience as a dentist for over 20 years is such a valuable asset for any Dental clinic in any state, especially in Hobbs New Mexico. He has excellent chair side manner, and shows appreciation, and compassion for each and every patient. His focus on care and professionalism is shown in what he does as a dentist for every patient that he takes care of. He will be very missed by every patient he treated there. The 5 stars are given for Doctor Pond and his excellent service to those he treated during his time at Aspen Dental in Hobbs New Mexico. Where ever he ends up, treating patients, they will have an awesome caring Dentist to help the patients in need of a high quality Dentist who really cares about helping people.

Fantastic experience: Let me start by saying I have delt with my rotten teeth for years. I was to the point where I considered just having all of my teeth pulled and putting fake ones in. Over the years I've been in and out of different dentist a handful of times. This is the first dentist I've been to that actually sat me down and walked me through all the steps not just with the procedures but with the financial side of things as well to actually get my teeth fixed so I can start enjoying life again. They walked me through it step by step, they were extremely thorough and extremely nice and professional. For the first time in my life I'm getting the work on my teeth done that I have needed to get done for years! and it's because of the excellent service I got from the team at Aspen dental. My prescription was called in to my pharmacy before I left and my finances were settled. I had a good experience considering I was losing my tooth.

Fantastic experience: Everybody was lovely and patient. I'd come for a second opinion on a problem after a procedure with another dentist to see if Aspen would understand what I was describing and they did; their x-rays also showed it much clearer than those from the other place. I'll be switching my care to them now.

Negative experience: Wasn’t the best today. I see a different dentist everytime I go in for my appt. I was upset that the dental hygienist quit. And when she cleaned my teeth she did an awesome job. Today when I put my parcels back in the stuff a new girl cleaned them with wasn’t rinsed off and I wanted to throw up. It was awful. Second time it was still on them so ended up bringing them home and cleaned them myself. I was in there two hours and my appt was at 10 and 4 people went before me. I’m about done with Aspen.

Positive experience: All the people were exceptional, but the room I was in had a dirty floor with white particles Some were large some small.

Negative experience: Completely unacceptable. My daughter and I went in for a check-up and cleaning. The doctor was great, and the staff was fine, but no one told us there was no hygienist on site until the very end. That’s basic information we should’ve had upfront. We would’ve gladly taken our business elsewhere if we’d known we couldn’t get the care we scheduled for. Then today, we get a call canceling the rest of our treatment because the office is shutting down for two months. No doctor, no services, and suddenly our insurance won't even be accepted anymore? Now we’re left scrambling to finish a half-done treatment plan unless we drive hours out of town. This is not just poor management, it’s a complete lack of professionalism. Patients deserve better.

Negative experience: Whatever dentist they have in there doesn’t accept insurance. The original dentist that I started with left town so the dentures I went to go get they wanted me to pay more money and that they couldn’t wait for the insurance to pay, so now I have to start over with another place that does accept my insurance.

Fantastic experience: Great experience overall. It took a little longer to get my partials due to some unforseen problems. My partials were ordered supposedly on the 5th of April to arrive in 2 weeks now each appointment is rescheduled because they can't seem to get my partials. I started this process in January and it's almost May. Horrible way to treat someone who has to hide and can't have a life due to not having teeth. It has really disrupted my life.

Negative experience: Website shows 98 to 268 for a tooth extraction. The dentist wanted to charge me 400 that includes the xrays. I will not over pay someone especially for false advertising. I dont appreciate such bad service.

I’ve waited for four years to have something done after having a severe osteomyelitis infection of my jaw. So I’m very excited to get this done, finally! And I do believe I made a great choice in choosing ASPEN.

Negative experience: Horrible service and communication from office staff including the office manager. Rude, and they say one thing then do another, give you the run around. The woman said we can get our deposit if we don't get it pulled and now she says no they can't give it back that it will be mailed. She called us dude, walked off on us, told us whatever. Wanted to tell our business infron of people but when we called her our on her lies she wanted to take us to the back and talk. She gave us advice "off record" about another dentist. I would advise anyone be careful there office manager is a snake and keep your receipts and record.

Don't have insurance, and you can't be seen.Poor customer service when it comes straight from the manager. She will not even attempt to try. She puts in old information and that's how it is find another dentist. They don't care for your needs at this place.

Negative experience: This visit was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had, first they tell me to come in cause I broke my tooth then they have me wait in the room for over 2hrs to see a dr. Dr comes in and says he can’t do anything for me cause he needs blood work first!!!! They could have asked me for that before having me drive from Carlsbad to Hobbs for nothing. I don’t recommend this place at all!!!!

Negative experience: Initial visit seemed like it went well then nothing went well! Asked for refund with exception of first visit charge due to poor service, and they said they wouldn’t fully refund due to “service rendered” for a model for a partial that was not made correctly for my boyfriend. Yes, looks bad on their end after he had to go twice to get the model made, and still was not made correctly! Then turned around and said you can wait another 5 hours if you want to fix it, left it in their hands and left, NO THANK YOU! Won’t be going back and do not recommend!

Negative experience: Not good. Went for denture repair they said not possible neeeded a new one. Pushed sale of electric toothbrush and insurance total estimate.$3950.48. Went to another dentist got repair for $268. Felt conned. Will not be recommending them for sure.

Dr. Samuel was very forgiving when I bit his finger because of my anxiety. He pulled my bad tooth out . Then I told I had gone to two other dentist who I would tell them about my jaw bone and they would just suggest mouth guards. Dr. Samuel saw it knew exactly what to do with it and got it done all in one visit . If I could give 10 starts I would . Hobbs Aspen Dental is definitely the place to go for anything to do with your teeth . Thanks again to all the wonderful staff .
