Fantastic experience: Been going there for over 20 years. The Dentists and Hygienists are so friendly and caring. I have always felt like I get the best care here.

Negative experience: I'm not one to write reviews, but this needs to be said for future new patients. I left this dental practice on June 2 for a number of reasons. Without getting into specifics (I would have to write a book for one), I left and later made a phone call requesting a copy of my file which was to include all notes sent to the lab numerous times. I never got the lab notes. However, starting from day one and for the next year and a half following a second surgery needed, my umpteen appointments were noted Here is the problem......they AREN'T factual!! Who the hell was I trusting here with my care because I can say as of this writing, my trust has been severely broken when this kind of crap goes on. It has raised a number questions. The trust issues now are also a reflection on the other two dentists I have never seen. In fact, it has me questioning Tennessee's standards and do all dental practices here in this State operate the same. Again, not fair to anyone who hasn't betrayed my trust .....yet. I called and left a message that I would no longer be requesting a refund because I ain't signing ANYTHING to get it. Not until I get the many answers I need! And there are many!! This is unacceptable what happened here. If you have to repeatedly lie how things actually went along the way, one can only assume one's goal was far different than the patient was lead to believe. I'm not going to be seen by anyone that doesn't own their mistakes, but blames others, including patient, let alone can't even answer questions they should have been able to. Number of red flags here. Right now all I got out of this is one big fat dental debt. THOUSANDS of dollars. To an elderly person no less whose income is limited as it is. All I know for certain is I was upfront and HONEST! PERIOD! I got nothing to hide or lie about. smh

I recently had a chip on my front tooth fixed and was so happy with the outcome, so I told Dr. Bryant I thought it looked great, he paused for a second looked at and said, “it does look good, but I can do even better!” And he did! Fantastic experience: Dr Balch did one of the easiest crowns that I have ever had. Him and his assistant Kaylee were a great team. They talked me through the whole process and put me at ease. Also, I highly recommend ear plugs when getting a crown. I used them for the first time and the noise block is worth it.

Fantastic experience: I can’t say enough good things about this office and every person I met. So nice and professional. Dr Worley is amazing! Everything was explained, the dental assistant was very gentle, and I was not anxious at all after meeting everyone. That absolutely put me at ease, and I have always been terrified to go to the dentist. (Bad childhood experiences). Highly recommend!!

Fantastic experience: I just went here for the first time today and the staff in the front office were amazing and helpful. The staff in the back were also amazing and explained what their technical terms meant and the dental plan. The assistant, dental hygienist, and Dr. Balch was amazing and helpful. I was definitely impressed and wished I had known how good and kind they were a long time ago. I definitely recommend them.

Negative experience: While the actual hygienist and doctor are good at what they do, this place has never once kept an appointment time. Every time i have been here it has been at least 20 minutes past the appointment time...THAT THEY SET!!! Brought my son in today for his 10:20 appointment at 10:10. It was 11:00 before he was called back and then they didn't do all of the work that was scheduled for today because they were running behind. Instead I have to take another day off from work to make sure my son makes it to his appointment in another two months. My opinion would certainly be different if we just walked in off the street, but the fact is, the appointments are made at least three weeks out...and I make plans around appointments, not the other way around. My time is just as valuable as those taking it from me. Going to try and find a dentist that keeps appointment times, and if they can't still does all the work that is scheduled...not someone who cuts my appointment short to make up for lost time with another patient.

Fantastic experience: The Staff at Maple Leaf Dental are top tier. The Doctors are the best I’ve ever encountered in my entire life. The level of care is unsurpassed. Mia was my hygienist and she has been one of my favourite since the first cleaning I had with Her. Dr Bryant has always exhibited the absolute best in care. Today I was seen by Dr Worley and She seems to be very thorough and professional as well as personable. I absolutely recommend Maple Leaf Dental to anyone looking for good dental care.

Fantastic experience: I get my teeth cleaned by their great team three times a year. They are an outstanding dental provider. I highly recommend them. Most recent visit was today, August 17, 2021, and I just love this place. They are efficient (hardly have to wait) and are thorough. Thankful for them. Back again today (January 17) and once again, they were awesome. Love their team! Professional reception, clean facilities, hygienist top notch (Michelle), and Dr. Bryant is wonderful. Love this place.

Negative experience: The ladies that helped the dentist was extremely nice. But the dentist cracked 2 of my son's teeth trying to pull out perfectly good fillings to replace with fillings they put in. Which in itself isn't that bad. But to add on top of it that they never told us and all the pain my son went through. Until another dentist figured out what was happening, is what makes it so terrible. After we contacted maple leaf they was rude and ended up not giving any records or info to help us and another dentist to proceed forward. So the 1 star is for the staff.

Fantastic experience: I have extreme anxiety and panic attacks and they are amazing, kind and patient in their care of me. Dr. J. Heath is amazing to work with as is the staff in general. The office is set up nice as is the "bays" for cleaning and dental work, so organized and efficient. Don't hesitate to give them a try. Thanks Maple leaf and Dr. Heath!

Negative experience: If I could provide zero stars for this dental facility I would. I was referred to this facility by another dentist for an implant. The dentist was wonderful and the first part of the procedure went so well; however, the office staff and office procedures are horrendous. After the bone graft was placed I had a four month waiting period before the next step. During the four month period I contacted the office to schedule a routine cleaning. Two weeks prior to my cleaning date the office called and stated they had to cancel my appointment since I was a referral. Apparently the office procedure will not accept new clients for routine visits only for dental implants after waiting two months for the cleaning. There was miscommunication about the second part of the implant. I was under the impression after 4 months of healing my next appointment would be to have the screw placed into the bone. This was incorrect. I spoke with the office staff which explained the procedure. After all of this, I decided to proceed with another dentist to finish the implant. I called the office staff to cancel my appointment and there was a refund over $500 on my account that had been there since August of 2024. For 5 months, the company did not contact me or mail me any information about this overpayment on my account. If I had not called and proceeded to cancel with this appointment who knows if I would have ever been notified of this refund. I would recommend any other facility as the office procedures seem shady and geared toward not caring at all about their patients.

Negative experience: I have been going here for 20+ years. Up until the last few years, I loved going here. However, the past couple years, especially my most recent visit, have been really disappointing. During my last visit, I was scheduled for a cleaning and a filling. This was scheduled 6 months in advance. Less than an hour before my appointment, I was called by the office and asked if I would rather have the filling or cleaning because they would not be doing both. I explained that I had drove an hour and half, and had taken PTO for both of these appointments. There was no empathy from the receptionist regarding the situation and the situation was not resolved. Due to this, and past visits, I have decided I will no longer be going to this office. I had to call three different times today (during normal business hours) in order to get ahold of someone regarding sending my records to my new office. What was once a great office, has unfortunately gone severely down hill.

Negative experience: Frustrating experience at this dental office this morning. Scheduled appointment for routine exam AND cleaning back in early December for mid January (today). Confirmed day before the cost of services and process all to be told after my exam today that I would have to schedule cleaning at a later time. What was the point of setting an appointment for BOTH to begin with? With the cleaning set for an additional month and half further out. Ridiculous. Spent 30+ minutes or more waiting on them to call a doctor to confirm something irrelevant from 12 years ago that has not yet been an issue with any other medical provider from dental to physical . THAT could have been my cleaning time. Overall waste of my day. Please be sure to get confirmation of services prior to wasting your time.

Positive experience: My first visit with Dr. Bryant was very pleasant. He is thorough and helpful in suggesting different treatment options for me. Hygienist Kelsey was also very thorough during my first cleaning with her. Front desk ladies are friendly and Cynthia took the time to explain the different treatment plans for me. Fantastic experience: My kids and I had our cleaning appointment today, we saw “Doctor Myki”, as my littles call her My almost 5 year old has his second time cleaning and my 3 year old her first time ever and they were just so happy with the experience! I would say we definitely recommend Myki and everyone there! Dr. Bryant and Dr. Chitwood we’re awesome! Oh and the ladies upfront just so great too… We consider the place family anyway!

Positive experience: Work was done well but the price was very expensive as compared to other dentist. A tooth extraction cost $355.00 for me compared to $110.00 that my wife had at another dentist a couple of week before.

They are always polite and listen to your concerns. Have never had a problem getting the appointment i need. I was a little worried the first time because I thought they were going to try and get me to switch over to implants, but it has been the complete opposite. It has always been what is best and not once have they said anything about implants. They have a patient for life.
