Fantastic experience: I’ve been to dentists over the years that continually told me I needed a root canal on one tooth. They never listened to me or what I wanted in my treatment plan. The pain got borderline unbearable so I came here, hoping for help. Turns out…I DON’T need a root canal! First dentist to not say I did. Ideal dental was ripping me off and they also ripped off my husband saying he needed implants whenever the dentist here said it could’ve been fixed with a simple bridge. The staff here are so friendly and kind and even made me laugh! They also helped me find payment plans so we can go ahead and start fixing up my teeth! My husband is going here from now on too. I’m so grateful I found this dentist office. Ten out of ten! Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Help on time ! I went to another doc for a pain and that doc told me that there is nothing wrong and I might have bitten some strong ! Came back and had swollen right jaw and pulsating pain in the teeth! I suffered with pain for 2 days straight! As soon as I reached Dr Khan, he was available with a FaceTime ( as weather outside is so unpredictable, slow and sleeting, he is worried about me and his staff and ready to come to office for me any time) , suggested me some and ordered some more medication! Offered to see me in his office as soon as weather gets better! Hopefully it will resolve the issue ! Once it does, I will update this review again ! My rating is for his quick response and ability to be available!

Positive experience: So disappointed. Had the four on four implants top and bottom. And now they don't fit together right. Kept telling me we'll fix it next time we'll fix it next time. Next time never came. Last time I went in they told me it was just for a cleaning and they wanted to charge me $300 in my opinion, they're not done with what they started 2 years ago...... Dr Khan is a good person but I had three different people working on me seemed like they didn't work together to form a good plan for me. My teeth look good from the outside but just don't feel right and they don't bite together right. For the amount of money I paid, I expected a little bit better out of them.....

Negative experience: Absolute worst dental experience I have ever had. I am newly relocated to the Sanger area. Saw their office and called to make an appt to have my teeth cleaned. I have absolutely no dental issues. They sent me the usual web link to complete all the detail it seems like any doc or dentist wants these days, essentially your entire medical history. And it of course included detailed insurance information. I spent 30+ minutes completing everything. I arrive today and first question, we need your insurance. I told her they have it. She said they did not. That was the first red flag, their procedures there are obviously terribly mismanaged. So I fortunately brought my insurance and gave it to her. Then they wanted to perform a standard xray panel. Ok that's fine my insurance will cover it. The tech told me that is all they would need. Then they tell me they need more xrays and they cannot confirm my insurance would cover it because I didn't provide it. By this time I had lost all patience, they were the ones that totally dropped the ball and should have had all my insurance coverage verified before I walked in the door. But they could care less about that aspect as 100% of their intent was centered around trying to throw the blame back on me, that I was being difficult to deal with. I of course know that its not a pretty picture when an insurance company doesn't cover your medical or dental expenses and was only trying to protect myself. Long story short after an hour and a half of them continuing to try to upsell me on everything I told them I was leaving. Never got my teeth cleaned. This was completely mishandled and mismanaged from the moment I stepped in the door. I would of course never recommend going there but if you do and are a new patient make absolutely sure they do all their insurance verifications upfront before you arrive. Because 100% of their business model is upselling.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic Dental Clinic. Certainly worth the drive to Sanger from anywhere in North Texas. Doctor Khan is a very caring and professional in dealing with patients. He takes whatever is needed for the patient to understand their dental needs and a progressive program to resolve all issues. His staff from the front office to include Dr Rodrigues, oral Surgeon, the dental assistants and hygienists are all very professional and extremely friendly to all patients. I am speaking first hand about this clinic and state plainly….it is the best period. I am a professional retired manager with years of experience dealing with other dental clinics and none can compare

Negative experience: They attempted to charge me twice for the same fillings, and only corrected it after I showed proof of payment. The dentist also didn’t offer different treatment options, just the most expensive one. When I asked about a more suitable and less costly alternative (metal crown vs porcelain crown), they refused, saying I had already agreed to the pricier choice. The dentist is not customer oriented, and I will be going elsewhere.

Negative experience: Prior to 2023 I would have given a 5 star rating. Please do not trust pricy dental plans from this business under Dr. Abdul Jabbar Khan an Dr. Hasan, get a second opinion before having any work done.

From my first consult until now, they made a big, scary process feel totally manageable—and even comfortable. Consult & Planning: Dr. Rodriguez and his staff took time to explain every step, answer all my questions, and walk me through the timeline and costs up front. No pressure, no surprises—just clear options and what to expect. Surgery Day: The office was spotless and calming. The team checked on me constantly, made sure I was numb and comfortable, and talked me through each stage. The procedure was much easier than I expected, and they sent me home with simple aftercare instructions that actually worked. Follow-Up & Healing: They checked in after my appointment and were quick to respond when I had a couple of “Is this normal?” questions. My healing was smooth, and I never felt rushed at any visit. Scheduling was flexible, and I always felt like a priority. Office staff is amazing and always so pleasant. Bottom line: If you’re nervous about implants, go see Dr. Rodriguez. He’s skilled, gentle, and genuinely cares. The whole team is professional, friendly, and organized. I’d give them more than five stars if I could. Highly recommend!

Negative experience: I came into this office with localized pain around 1 tooth. Pain continued for 4 days until I came to this office. I explained I didn't care how my teeth looked, I only cared about pain management. I do not have insurance and I am paying cash for everything. I was prescribed antibiotics and pain killers (codeine) and was sent on my way. I get to the pharmacy and after an hour of waiting the pharmacy still has not received the prescriptions. The pharmacy calls North Texas Family Dental and they explain they "got busy" with another patient and forgot. After another 20 minutes they finally received the prescription for the antibiotics. The Pharmacy tech asked if it was only one prescription and after explaining I was suppose to also get a Codeine prescription she called the dentists office AGAIN. The time it took for me to pick up my prescriptions alone was over an hour and a half simply because the office "forgot" about me. That night, the pain was so intense I scheduled another appointment for two days out to get the tooth removed. Antibiotics worked however and that next morning I was no longer in any pain. I followed up with my appointment and during this appointment Dr. Khan continues to try and sell my mother and I on "full on fours" or Full Implants. He explains the total cost if I pay for it all at once is $50,000 and everything is in a "package". Keep in mind, I'm in here for localized pain around one tooth and I don't care how my teeth looked AND I don't have insurance. I steer the conversation away from implants and focus mainly on my one tooth that's causing issues. He suggests it needs to come out and I agree to the extraction. As Dr. Khan left, the office staff came in with the paper work. We noted the extraction was going to cost $1160 and we asked them to explain that price and to itemize it for us. They explain the extraction is $360 and the implant graft is $800. I asked the staff why we're doing an implant graft and she said it's recommended to do it at the same time as the extraction. Meanwhile this is the first time I've heard of doing any sort of grafts. I ask the staff why it has to be done today and why it has to be done at all.. She failed to answer these simple questions and I asked her to bring Dr. Khan in so he could explain it. After 20 minutes of waiting Dr. Khan comes back in and he asks what the matter was. I explain to him flat out, you're telling me one thing and the staff is hearing something else.. We need to figure it out because $1160 for a procedure we were initially quoted $360 for is an issue. He explained there's "risks" associated with waiting such as "leaving the jaw fragile" and "causing infection". He was convincing enough to have me agree to just the extraction at $360. After 40 minutes of waiting and thinking.. I decided to leave mid appointment to get a second opinion. As I'm walking out the door the staff asks why I want to get a second opinion. I explained it's because of the lack of communication between the doctor and staff, the severity of the money we're talking about and the severity of the teeth condition. Dr. Khan is a great salesman, he is also a dentist. This office has been hellbent on selling me $50,000 implants when they know I don't care about HOW my teeth look. This office knows I don't have the financial means to make a car payment every month for the next 9 years yet they pushed for it anyways. Second Opinion Dentist who will not be named, but you'll see my review on, did the extraction on 2 teeth for the price 1 would have cost here at North Texas Family Dental. They also seriously downplayed the risks brought up by Dr. Khan explaining the risks of my jaw breaking without the implants would be just as high as they are with them. This office doesn't care about your well being - They care about your money. Dr. Khan, Google has a feature where you can reply directly and publicly to these comments. I will not be speaking privately about this matter. I'm glad you decided to reinstate your company face to Google after I moved my Review to Yelp.

Fantastic experience: I couldn’t recommend this dental office enough. I have seen so many dentists in the last 4 years trying to fix my situation. I was always met with judgement and never kindness until I found Dr.khan and his team of lovely assistants. He took his time and truly wanted to work with me & not just want to take out all my teeth. They worked with me with financing which I never thought would be possible. dr.khan and everyone involved have truly given me my life & my confidence back. If you’re reading this because you’re trying to find a dentist, please don’t go to those corporate places that don’t care about you. Negative experience: Sent my mother in law here based on reviews after she broke a tooth. After 2 hours, the extraction that she was initially quoted to be $300 (roughly) to extract the tooth turned into a $17,000 estimate to do a whole slew of work. Then after pressing them to just remove the broken tooth, it turned into over $1,000. The dentist gave her tons of excuses why it has to be done the more expensive way, and it just felt like a sales pitch rather than a helpful solution to her current situation.

Negative experience: I had a very painful experience on my last visit with this dental center. After numerous appointments Dr. Hasan slipped off my tooth while drilling and the drill hit the inside of my cheek. It started bleeding pretty badly and required 3 stitches. He immediately said I closed my mouth, which didnt happen because I had blocks in my mouth to prevent that. Those stitches came loose within 15 minutes and I was left with a scar on the inside of my mouth. I never returned to them after that happened. No compensation was made on the bill and further review of all charges showed their prices are twice that of charges my wife is paying for dental work with another practice. I plan to spread the word on other dental websites so other patients don't face the misfortune I did at North Texas Family Dental. Dr. Khan has refused to take responsibility for a mistake by one of his employees.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to N TX family dental for the last few months. The staff are amazing friendly people. I went into the office for a routine cleaning and Dr Hassan greeted me with a friendly smile. He looked over my X-rays and got concerned with what he saw. He was very patient as he explained what my teeth needed to be healthy. I was in need of a deep root clean. Immediately I wanted to run backwards. As I had a dentist yrs before attempt to do this procedure and it was excruciating. Felt as if no anesthesia as he started into my gums. I left and never returned. When Dr Hasan began the process I was nervous to say the least. He was very sympathetic to my past experience and with the best care he turned my smile into something I’d never experienced before. It’s beautiful and he is the reason why. . I can smile without feeling self conscious! My family can’t believe the difference! I recommend Dr Hasan to my family and everyone I meet. He’s made a friend for life for his caring professional compassionate care. Negative experience: I'm not sure who has been giving this place good reviews but absolutely do not go here unless you want to be sitting there for hours just waiting. Then after hours and hours they come in and say oh sorry we are short staffed. They rush through whatever you have to get done because they are in the middle of working on someone else.

Fantastic experience: Today I had the pleasure of meeting a wonderful dental hygienist at North Texas Family Dental. Her name is Juline. She was easy to talk to, making me feel at ease by explaining everything she was doing and constantly asking if I was all right. She had a unique coming effect. Juline also gives fantastic advice. Above all, she doesn't make you feel stupid for asking questions, either. If you are nervous about going to the dentist, I would highly recommend that you make an appointment at North Texas Family Dental. The doctors are amazing, and the staff is Incredible. Negative experience: Neal Bhatt is Extremely unprofessional. For someone that’s an educated adult, they act extremely childish. Being edgy isn’t cute when you’re over 30.

Negative experience: THEY SCAM YOU! I was told i needed 8 fillings, and other treatments. I went to get a second opinion and had NONE! I was blown away they would straight up lie. Then i went to an orthodontist to confirm and they did. They also billed me for a cleaning I never got here because I canceled my appointment due to the second opinion from a dentist office in Krum. I called and they said it was a mistake in the notes but they never got it off of my insurance which tells me they just want money. They will try to rush you to get dental treatment you dont need. Please be very careful thats how people get messed up teeth for life. Google reviews can be bought fyi be careful seeing the 5 star and thinking they are good like i did.

Negative experience: I can no longer recommend. Left a great review before but that was three years ago. The practice has apparently been sold more than once since?? No one has known definitively what’s going on inside of our file/account or whatever for months. You’re not dealing with the same staff twice in a year. They neglect to tell you important information about follow up plans/your next visit all the time. We’ve had our insurance billed for work they never did, which prevented us from having care else and having it covered by our insurance, for months. They called me three times to collect on it during that time. Had to block their number because they wouldn’t stop calling to tell us we missed an appointment that we cancelled (in advance/with months notice) after we told them we won’t be risking going there again. Most of their pictures on here are from their old facility and the new one is more cramped and not as nice. The don’t have the current examination rooms pictured on their Google reviews at all. In the name of fairness and transparency, we haven’t seen the newest dentist.

Fantastic experience: I had my Stabilliteeth done over a month ago and it was the best decision of my. I had partials and knew the rest of my teeth were going to fail. I thought about implants and when I talked to Dr. Khan and the staff at North Texas Family Dental I was sold. I had no issues at all and very little to no pain at all. I can’t wait till I get my permanent set and able to enjoy the food I have not been able to enjoy in many years. If you’re afraid to smile fully, and can’t enjoy corn on the cob, call Dr. Khan at North Texas Family Dental. You’ll be glad you did.

Fantastic experience: I had a wisdom tooth removed at this location today that was causing me an extreme amount of pain. The staff was incredibly kind and made me feel at ease the entire time. All my questions were answered thoroughly and they provided pricing before any work began. Negative experience: Don't believe the reviews. I moved here from Minnesota this was the first dentist I want to I'm still having problems with my teeth today and I never had any problems with my teeth until I went to this dentist. And they also overcharge you so watch out don't believe the reviews.

Fantastic experience: I found this office because they were the only place I could get an appointment on a Friday. But man- they took AMAZING care of me in every way. I was anxious because I haven’t had much dental work done outside of routine cleanings in the past, but I needed a root canal. Dr. Hasan explained things as he was doing them, and he and Brandon consistently checked to make sure I was alright. Melanie helped with financing, and everyone was so patient and helpful as i was on the phone with my husband figuring things out. They even stayed late so I could get taken care of today. I will be back and would definitely recommend!

Negative experience: Extremely bummed! I have really bad anxiety when it comes to the dentist. Went out on a limb, drove 30 mins because I had heard so many good things about this office My appointment was at 3 and I showed up 10 minutes early. By 330 I asked if I got my appointment time wrong and they told me no but I would be called back in a little. I also asked how long the appointment would be and they said a hour. I let them know if the wait was any longer I’d have to cancel. Another girl interrupted and said it would most likely be another 15 mins. So a total of 1 hour and 45 mins in office + the 10 mins I showed up early- not including drive time I obviously understand things come up and appointments run late but it was the excessive amount of time in addition to lack of communication from the office.
